The worry is, if she gives birth here in Nigeria, would she need to start a whole new process (Passport, pof, apply etc) for her new baby ? What month can baby be allowed to fly ?

All this "barter" etc, recommendations I don't understand, when there's a conventional approach smiling at us (from GT and FCMB).
