Thanks modath, i will definitly try to keep faith as i do the chest exercises, i really hopes it works, at the least the minimum firmness i can get. Its been somehow crampy these few days so no exercise still. Walked for 50 mins yesterday though, stretched a bit. None today too, but i should resume fully tomorrow, all things being equal. Meals was unnecessarily scanty yesterday, my mouth is voluntarily going on break, my tongue is tasteless and everything taste like sawdust and pepperish at the sametime. Take care @all |

About the scale stuff, i think its very accurate cos i used my 4kg dbs ave been weighed severally. When i refer to firmness it has to do with the direction of the tits. When its still pointing forward and firm to grip, its in shape but when it starts pointing downwards and soft i think its the beginning of sagging. |

@ genB, That part and my nose are the best part of my body, i know it and ave so adored them. That is why its a concern to me now since i think my friends are already noticing it too. I dont know if there are any firmness workout for me. I ll try though to intensify chest exercises, it should work for it. For today, its a crampy day so no exercise, but on the move for two hours, resting wen tired. 7.15am - 3 slices white bread and 1/2 mug of beverage + a cube sugar, 2pm - 2 handfuls of garri + 1 pc of fish, 7pm - 2 slices bread + 1 tspn spread, dinner - 1 cup beans. |

@ Dr. Balogun, pls i need some medical advice, it all started with a slight sore throat last week and towards the end of the week i noticed some small rash-like stuff under my tongue, they were reddish but as at today my taste bud is totally dead. What can you recommend. Also a neighbour's daughter who is just 2 has always had ADENOIDS, she snores so heavily you wont beleive its coming from her, she normally has constant flu that refuses to go away no matter the antibiotics used. What can we do pls, she just started school and her teachers are not comfortable whenever she falls asleep in class. Thanks in advance |

20 mins taebo cardio, 4 mins warm up. 2 slices white bread sandwich + 1/2 glass zobo drink, 1 gala + 1 can soda, 1/2 cup rice + 5 dodo, dinner will be fist size pounded yam and okro soup |

Good news!!! I think its exactly 80kg this morning, i know if am standing on a digital scale it will read something like 79.something kg cos its not exactly on 80. I dedicate this to modath and romeo, thank you for everything. Hmmmmmm, i cant wait to enter my 70s, take care all and happy loosing and staying healthy. |

Hi all, no internet connection tonight. Multilinks airtime has become gold o, no where to buy. Anyways am doing good. Exercise is still nil today, meals still in check and looking forward to resuming running tomorrow. @123, 16km is a whole lot o, i will surely post that here too someday soon, lol. @ romeo, nice to feel you around once again, i hope you will be done with whatever is in ur hands and come back here, we all miss you. @modath, thanks for the info, but how i so love new things, as in 'na me go tear the rubber' i ll chill till April ending, then i may give the chick a call. No excuse for not exercising other than general debility of the body (my father's grammar), i hope to also connect 2moro, all things being equal. A point to note i seem to be loosing 1kg in two weeks, is that not too little? What can i do to make 1kg per week? Thanks y'all |

Interesting, prolly its d non availability of a god father that had made him clueless/unaware of what the country needs. He said there is no problem with the educational system of dis country, talking about health, he first talked of infrastructure and then bring in foreign what-i-dont-know and so on, see modath you dont need to blow big grammar before we know who is identified with us among these barons. Needful to say i just fell in love with Shekarau, he seems to be ready to try what he has done before and surely if worked before, it can still work now though in a larger community now. I thought general had ruled before (sorry i mean late idiagbon), he could still give us an instance of what worked then, maybe using it now on a wilder-more-exposed-to-corruption citizens, things will change. Dont get it twisted o I am STRAIGHT, but honestly i fell in love with a girl i met in the cab just now. She is so muscular and all the guy's stuff, if not for her voice and her tiny stuff, you ll think she is a guy. Of course i later confirm my doubts, she is a pro footballer. How i imagined how little she thinks of fat and cholesterol and the rest of the story as it bothers me. So far today anyways is an 18 mins bootcamp, on the move (walking)for 1.5 hours. |

I have not been feeling motivated for the past three days now, i think i caught a cold along the way and its made my head rather heavy. Thanks for asking romeo, its not swollen but painful when pressed, i ll try d ice pack as suggested but i think am giving it too much attention thats why its still painful. I will finish the remaining part of the bootcamp tonight and interval training tomorrow morning so the leg better hear and comply, lol. |

Warm up 5 mins, stretch for 3 mins, omotoyen: interesting, nice one then by morning ave finished my calories for the day. I will adjust, meanwhile Omotoyen can you just plan something not beyond 1800 for a day, lemme see it? thanks |

I had and still eating so much today, i could not let it go without an exercise, lo and behold i just finished a BOOTCAMP workout that almost left me fainted, despite doing 4 out of the 10 exercises recommended. I will post the link when i log in later tonight, it can be useful for others too |

I made sure to avoid anything that had to do with the leg, its still painful when there is pressure |

Logs for Yesterday Breakfast 8:00am - 3 slices of bread, 1 serving noodles+eggs and a mug of beverage with skimmed milk 2:00pm - half glass of yogurt Lunch 4:00pm - 2.5 servings jollof rice and vegetables (used palm oil) + 2 pcs of plantain Dinner 8:30pm - 1 serving jollof rice + 2 handfuls of soaked garri (sorry about that, its one of my akward combinations) Exercise - jogging/walking in place 7 mins, jogging around the house and within the room 7 mins, stepups (very fast stepups and slowing down when breathless) for 7 mins and i did flexibility workout for 9 mins and some seconds, holding each exercise for between 45 seconds and 1 min. Logs for Today Breakfast 10:10am - 2 servings rice + beans and 2 stripes Lunch 2:30pm - 1 large unripe roasted plantain and a handful of peanuts(roasted) 7:30pm - a handful of roasted peanuts Dinner 8:30pm - 3 medium slices of yam and egg sauce Exercise - 58 skips (i stopped cause my legs gave way) R4R - I think i have injured my left leg, when is what i dont know but it became worse during the skips this evening. The muscle is just that part between my calve and the ankle by the side. I will try apply some balm tonight and see how it goes tomorrow. @genB yeah a series, i will say. Its like this -: Running wildly for 30 secs, stop a bit to catch my breath and run the next 30 secs again, then continue with jogging for 3 mins, and then lastly to brisk walking for 7 mins, and the cycle continues like this till you finish your time. @carpy, congratulations on your pregnancy @all happy valentine, I love this thread and I love the peeps in it. |
