Am also doing good exercise wise, ave also resumed my walking in the office now but my DVDs are resting cos am still unpacking after more than a month of relocation. My new apartment has tiles finished flooring, and exercises of every kind is not funny at all, i should lay a rug in my mini gym this weekend. As per food, am just studying everything all over again and am so surprised to establish that am an "emotional eater" especially in my anxious moments, so am working on that too. Keep on keeping on.

Hi all, hope all is well? Am finally done o, moved the major part of me remaining just a few things. I wish to also note a good terrace for my jogs, straight route, less traffic and it soothes my soul. For a corrective information, am not based in Lagos but my folks does, so a part of me is still there but thank God ketu seems exempted from the flood at least my base sha. Am good really keeping fit but less exercise, i still eat right and am really swinging between 78 and 79kg. Am on my way to Bowen 2moro, i promise to be back and better. Thanks for holding on y'all.

Am good o 123 and all. I should be fully back on my routine this coming week. Moving is not easy my brother, i live upstairs so you can just imagine. You might feel its taking too long but trust me its taking my entire thinking and calculations. I had to get things fixed in the new apartment, i can use hours trying to track plumber or electrician, i pack and transport the small things, i still report and always on the move everyday of the week. So for this week the most ave been doing is stretch my muscles. God's willing this weekend should mark the end of house moving. Never mind y'all i hope you wont be tired of me wen am back. Modath and babsy and toluperf and GenB, THANKS FOR HOLDING THE FORT, we shall all get there.

Hypocritical 123, you are not on a weight loss regimen, why tell us the number on th scale. I think Lagos Fashola is health/weight conscious because the way he forces folks to climb those pedestrian bridges, i just wonder. No matter the intensity of the climbing your heartbeat must be raised. Wow, I am happy to miss Lagos in advance.

Congratulobia!! 123, i know what to do to make you swell now, trust me. Babs thanks for the concern, the big things in the house are my nightmare now, and helping hands are not always there forever. News of the moment, found my way to Lagos today and inside oke-arin market buying souvenirs and printing on them, trust me its a work out searching and bargaining, OWAMBE again tomorrow. Am so weak and tired, am sure if i stand on a good scale now it should be 70kg!!! lol.

123 My guy nothing do you my brother. Am still on, changed my meal this morning with a cup of coffee and 1 roll of home made bread. Fetching my water daily and complementing with taebo. I feel constant pains on my shoulders now, i hope it goes away soon. I dont know how next week ll be, i am moving house and i pray i ll be able to incorporate my normal w/o routine. Thanks toluperf for the info. Sorry TMI, but i realised my weight changes after using the bathroom, the thing dey weigh like that?

Nice thoughts you have for me o modath. Its my week of taebo, doing my 44 mins at once and i have fixed oatmeal and milk for my mornings now with a slice bread or 1 cup beans as the case maybe. Lets see how that goes before end of the week.

Whether you greet me safe journey or not, na you sabi o 123. Thanks for the checks at all. No exercise yesterday and today, am here for wedding of a friend and so much paroles to take care of. GenB, dont wish me bad o, my mairuwa travelled without informing me and i was stranded so i just used that as an opportunity to work with it. I will be going back tomorrow kindly wish me well. I motivated two of my friends to start working out yesterday and one started this morning with sit ups and 30 brisk walk, how about that? I think there is something fattening in this FCT, modath dont mind me o. I love the place sha and trust me i did self discipline these two days.

Well done everyone, food: rice and beans + 1 local cheese, 1 50cl drink, 1 scotch egg, yam/potatoe pottage and dried fish, 1.5 litres water (rainy and cold day). Exercise was 5 mins air boxing and 10 buckets of water fetched from the well up a storey building, no pausing and of course my heart beat was high. On a 7 hour journey tomorrow for wedding, wish me safe journey. Take care.

Modath, i think it depends on the taebo type but in any way, its a concentrated cardio, while shred is strength training to the core. With taebo, i have the least of aches even after running 44 mins at a go but my heart is at exhaustion. Shred works on all muscle groups systematically. Taebo can be used on alternate days with shred to have a balanced work out. Its what i feel as you requested.

I had wanted to correct that too, 5lbs is less than 3kg. We are still cool together for now. I had to rest yesterday so that i wont be useless at work today. I will start with anita for now and take up nathalie as time goes on. Modath, how do you modify jumping jacks?

If i may ask this, how am i supposed to do this everyday, my whole body aches, i wonder how babs and modath do that everyday. Or should i start with the modified version since i walk everyday too and i run thrice a week. Pls lemme know your views. Its nice to know 123 is not having exam fever, where is he by the way sef? Romeo thanks for the answers, i think my troubles don pass that level now. I really realise its good to be ignorant of some medical issues cos it will bother you less. Food log for today: 3 slices of pineapple, 1 cup wheat flakes, milk and 1 cube sugar. 3 cups jollof rice and 1 hardboiled egg, dinner - bean cake and asoky.

Interesting! When i was already imagining how you would have showed some 'macho' today. There will always be other times o modath, not that you dont walk out but i just wish you go among many to show them skill, you know. No exercise today, though feeling better but there was heap of chores to take care of. Still at it up till now.

Its was better today only got very feverish in the evening time but am better now. Modath how far?
