donwilz: Take a chill pill and stop this old and nonsense cliche of PDP and Ohakim trying to destabilize Rochas. It's getting boring already. If he has not paid them, they have the right to present their grudges in the strongest and lawful way they deem fit. One who lays all his problems on others is a failure or bound to fail in the future. Its as simple as that. Its funny reading the verbal pyrotechnics being spun allover nl by subversive elements like the OP and her ilk. Its been two years already and the promised "utopia" is nowhere in sight. Its becoming increasingly clear to Imolites that they actually jumped from frying pan into a fiery furnace. By the time the fraud of a governor is through, Ohakim will look like a saint.... 1 Like |

Onyegecha: I hope Berem, Abagworo and other Okorocha apologists are reading this. Its only but a matter of time. |

berem: abeg help me tell the eran ko. Please address the issue at hand and quit with the diversionary tactics. I used to think you were a genuine progressive with yout constructive criticism of the Federal Govt but your stance on issues concerning Imo State leave a sour taste in the mouth. How is Rochas different from GEJ? Nigeria is semi comatose and same can be rightly said of Imo State. Rochas happens to be the most lawless chief executive in the SE. Just visit the National Industrial Court in Enugu and you will be amazed at the number of cases pending against the Imo State govt. You might crucify Ohakim but at least Imo youths got gainful employment under him (no matter how you try to paint his job scheme) All we have now is one loquacious governor whose penchant is making ridiculous claims of achievements. The local govt system has been comatose along with the civil service and this is a man who is supposed to be on a "rescue mission". Rescue mission my foot. We will endure till 2015 when we will show him the door but till then, peeps like you and Abagworo should know that you can't deceive all the people all the time. You have no moral standing to criticize GEJ if as an acclaimed Imolite, you think Rochas is the next best thing after sliced bread. 1 Like |

berem: LMAO! Peter Obi has now become the Godfather of Rochas? Rubbish! Hey buddy, as long as you have decided to attack Rochas, i won't fail to do that to Peter Obi! Focus on your state and leave Imo alone! You smack of double standards. You criticize GEJ yet you praise Rochas even when it is obvious that he is running Imo State into the ground. People like you should never be taken seriously. You rightly criminalise the PDP but can't see that Rochas (who is a PDP man to the core) isn't better. Show me one institution that is working in Imo State. I bet my bottom dollar that you are only gonna mention projects that exist on paper only. I'm from Imo State and I daresay we deserve the kind of leaders we get. With all his "progressiveness" we'l see what becomes of Rochas in 2015. In the meantime, keep your bootlicking to yourself. We know what the deal is. 5 Likes |

REAL MADRID will demand Javier Hernandez in any cash-plus-player deal for Cristiano Ronaldo. Manchester United had hoped to tempt the Spanish giants with an offer of £65million plus Nani. But Real want Hernandez and are set to bid £25m even if a deal for Ronaldo falls through. Qatari-backed Paris Saint-Germain have already bid £80m for Ronaldo — the fee United sold him for in 2009. And Premier League champs United are one of the few clubs that could afford the 28-year-old megastar. Yesterday they reported record income of more than £92m for the first three months of 2013. And while vice-chairman Ed Woodward insists there will be no overhaul of the squad, United are encouraged by Ronaldo’s preference for a return to Old Trafford if he does leave Real. Hernandez could clinch the deal but United boss Alex Ferguson wants to hold on to the Mexican. Fergie understands his striker’s frustration after only seven league starts this season. But he said: “There is no reason to think this is not the place for him. “We hope he feels he has made a contribution. “He has scored 16 goals and his enthusiasm to play is always there.” Fergie is also linked with swoops for Borussia Dortmund striker Robert Lewandowski and Atletico Madrid’s Radamel Falcao. coogar: And your point is? Assuming United signs Bale, who says he wont go "Real Madrid/Barca" on our a.r.s.s.e.s before he's 29 talking about he wants to play for the "best" club in the world (whatever the hell that means). Better we get Ronaldo who has actually seen that the grass isn't really greener on the other side |
![]() |
coogar: My point exactly. I'd rather we pay upwards of 60 million for Ronaldo than pay 40 million plus for bale. That's plain ridiculous. We are not Real Madrid abeg |
![]() |
coogar: You are right but then you forget the critical part of the equation which is Daniel Levy. At this point, where Bale wants to play wouldn't matter. It will be a question of how much that greedy bast.ard can squeeze out of any potential suitor. As a coach, I'd rather do business with a Moratti/Wenger combined than touch Levy with a 60 foot pole. |

confetti: Why can't this man be impeached? Damn, Nigeria is rightly positioned in Hell. I remember vividly GEJ telling us during the 6yr term debacle that it wasn't his idea. Now it has become his idea. Lies, lies, lies from a president. How many more is he gona tell? Who will bell the cat? The army of bootlickers and shoe shiners that he has surrounded himself with? Hell NO. The logical alternative will be for the entire nation to endure this apology of a president, wait till 2015 and kick him out at the polls. |

Billyonaire: A single 6-Years Term for Presidents, Vice Presidents and all Governors will be the solution to the intermittent chaos that opposition pours into the Polity with a view of 'taking-over', thereby allowing the Governors and Presidency to focus on developmental ideals instead of defending their actions and inaction through out their tenure. If Nigeria is to speedily gravitate from being 3rd world to the next phase, then I admonish the house to selflessly pass this 6yr single term bill to enable the people stay focused on good governance. With regards to GEJ, He is too sincere, that's the issue here, I personally would have loved him to continue this abled-leadership to the second term (which am sure he will win) but if he chooses to give up the Second term in the event that Single term is passed by law, I can only instruct the Legislatures to exempt Jonathan, He MUST serve 8yrs. SO SHALL IT BE! This dude is a bare-faced i.diot 1 Like |

elampiro: Now the rumours have started. SAF said he has been working on two positions for since four months ago. Could it mean Bale is one of them? That will be the day. I'd rather SAF goes after Ronaldo instead. Given Daniel Levy's blood sucking tendencies, this will be one never ending transfer saga. Well, if SAF thinks it can be done, its up to him. Afterall he holds the cheque book. |

Then they opined that loosing party membership is tantamount to loosing the position of the chairman of the Governor's forum. what slow logic. It is called the Governor' Forum and not PDP Governor's Forum, so membership is no based on being a member of PDP. Amechi can only lose his position of the chairman of the governor's forum after the next election. Well said. It's so sad that the likes of billyonaire and Taharqa cant seem to come to grips with this apparent reality. Billyonaire's analysis of the above issue is so idiotic that one wonders the political rock he crawled out from under. These goons never cease to amaze me with their dysfunctional intellectual outlook Let me state categorically that GEJ cannot win tge battle against Amechi. Amechi does not have much to lose as he cannot seek reelection, it is GEJ that has all to lose as he is desperate to come back, so the war is what is termed an asymmetric war. All amechi has to do is to absorb the attacks and let his term run out. Only the State assembly has the power to remove amechi and with 27 members on his side, it would be impossible to impeach him. Anybody can see that. Talk of Amaechi's impeachment at this point is akin to wishing water from stone. Never gonna happen The Greatest mistake GEJ is doing is fighting his opposition when he is yet to consolidate power. Even General Obasanjo was very genle in his first term doing mumu for everybody, including Atiku, Danjuma, IBB, etc. Imagine OBJ fighting Atiku in his first term, he would have been history by 2003. But he consolidated power in tge first term only to unleash it in the second term. Little wonder he is called clueless. [/quote] |

nuclearboy: The bolded is classic. GEJ's men can rant all they want. He's fighting a lost battle cos Amaechi has nothing to lose and he knows it. I pity his proxies who are doing the dirty work more. The likes of Wike will get whats coming to them soon enought. |

Billyonaire: Rochas Plane needs to be grounded. Traveling from Nigeria to London and to Israel ? Cos of a minor head-cut ? Rochas is as phony as ever. In his Pre-Governorship he went around making noise of philanthropy when he was actually receiving funds from Red Cross Society to cater for the projects and pretended the funds were from his pocket. This Okorocha's wings need to be clipped. What the hell is he doing in Israel ? When was the last time an Israelite visited Imo State ? This appears to be the only sensitive post ever put down by this circus clown called Billyonaire This shows that even a broken clock can actually be right at least twice a day. |

Ejiné: Beautiful piece. Rochas is a clown (a thieving clown at that) who thinks he's the only Imo man with the monopoly of reasoning. "Imo Rescue Mission" my black arse! |
