I am not sure what you are complaining about?
We can not answer every person with a detailed, personal list of how to apply for a visa, there are just too many.
("Tell me everything about UK, USA, Canada, Shengen visa."wink
There are hundreds of pages of information here for people to read and learn from, then we can try to answer detailed questions.
Most people want to learn and better themself.
We do get a few that want to sit on their bottom while someone else does all the work for them!

ok sir,
but u also need to understand that this is 'visa' we are talking about, for someone to create a thread for 'uk visa' is enough reason to know that even after reading through the pages most first time travellers still need detailed and extra informations..

Well u wouldnt understand though

No its very rude to be ungrateful and unappreciative. I have been answering your questions since yesterday even when some of the answers are here already. I have a job that takes 12hrs of my day Mon-Fri and still make out time to help as much as i can and you have the dam gut to tell us how to help people here.

Do you pay me? Go pay an agent for your questions.smh

well, it's your thread, u volunteered to serve people which i really appreciate, u didnt force me to comment either, but reading through all the pages is a bit difficult too...

And there are first timers on the thread who need urgent informations, not everyone has the luxury of sitting for hours reading through the thread, i really tried to..

Sorry then, i was only making a point but its fine

and i dont need an agent...

Thanks!

okay so what should i ask from her...

I just want a detailed list so i dont get refused and to avoid misunderstandings...

So it means i can use her bank statement then

what about evidence of strong tie with nigeria?? Im only 21 and a uni student, aside the id card is there any other document i can tender to show strong ties?

well i believe this thread was created to help people with the visa applications, getting a uk visa is not something that an average nigerian know about..

And it doesnt matter how many people u have helped secured a visa, this thread was created to help novice with the step by step guide, i see the 'gurus' in the house reply people with harsh words or even ignore them for asking questions thats bothering them... You wouldnt have created this thread if we had the knowledge of visa processing..

One other thing is the fact that everyone commenting here has different problems and questions regarding their visa application, we all want visas but we are in different dillema, so i'll strongly appreciate if you people perform yur duty by helping and answering everyone's questions on this thread cos that is the main purpose...

I think its insultive to ignore people, we wouldnt be asking visa questions if you didnt create the thread... Thanks

evidence of accomodation is no problem, that should include house rent receipts right?
Im guessing evidence of finance is bank statement right? If thats it then thats where the problem is
she doesnt have millions in her account but my uncle does and he travels to the uk everytime, how can this work sir?
Travel / Re: General UK Visa Enquiries - Part 3 by iamfree25: 10:04am On Sep 22, 2016
she doesnt know much about this so i'm the one putting her through, i asked her for an invitation letter, proof that she's a british citizen, tax payment receipts...

I dont know what else to ask, can u put me through sir
Travel / Re: General UK Visa Enquiries - Part 3 by iamfree25: 10:57pm On Sep 21, 2016
hello house,

i dont wanna use a travel agent cos i heard that visa is really cheap if u have your documents right..

Im 21, only travelled to ghana, i intend to visit my step mum who's a british citizen in the uk this christmas, she was here last christmas with my step brother and sis, we had a good time together so she wants me to come over this christmas..

She's a nurse but she pays for the rent, bills and all so she doesnt really have enough savings asin (millions) in her bank account to tender as bank statement but she sure can take care of me during my stay..

The problem now is that, im new to all these, im a 200level student in the university, i want to know the documents required and also, i have an uncle who travels to the uk twice a month, so i was thinking if i could use his bank statement if thats gonna work..

Also with the things ive read on this page, im planning to tender my a photocopy of my school id card, hoping it can stand as a tie with my country naija

and also, i want to know if using my uncle's bank statement will work since my step mum is sending the invintation letter and other documents

My bosses in the house should help me torchlight this matter asap abeg
Business / Re: Advise Needed Urgently!! How Can She Get A Loan?? by iamfree25: 10:46pm On Sep 21, 2016
Amatorishero:
Sorry about your mum. She can get a loan with Renmoney, you can check them up online, its easy with them especially since she has a collateral but you have to be careful so you dont lose the house to the financial institution by defaulting in payment. Another thing is, you can persuade her to loan a smaller amount of money, starting a business on a loan is bad enough, starting with a huge amount is worse still. my two cents. Cheers.

okay thanks, can u pls shed more light on the 'renmoney'

and also, how much do u suggest she start with? Thanks
Investment / Re: Can Anyone Help Me With Loan Advise? Im Confused by iamfree25: 10:29pm On Sep 20, 2016
psucc:
OP, the truth is, it will be difficult getting loans these days due partly to the economic crisis in Nigeria.

Also that she has a house as a collateral is of no import to banks as they are looking for survey plan of the said land and a C of O before such property can be accepted.

Howbeit, prayer can work the magic.

Caution must be taken that you people don't fall into the hands of the evil men and or borrow from the "python's mouth".

God help you.

men, this is serious

not even a private organisation or phillanthropist or individual? sad
Business / Advise Needed Urgently!! How Can She Get A Loan?? by iamfree25: 9:57pm On Sep 20, 2016
Ive posted this in the 'investment' section but im posting it here too to get more views and comments.

Economy recession and porverty has made my mum come to the conclusion of obtaining a loan and using our house in agbado area of lagos as a collateral..

Mum doesnt have a job for 2years now and things have been rough, she's not a government worker which makes it hard for her to get a loan from the bank even with the collateral..

So ive decided to help her ask here on nairaland how she could get a loan of 1-1.5million naira to start a profitable business that has to do with food and kerosene sales...

Please anyone should give me options available for her, if theres an organisation or individual who has enough money to loan her, we've heard stories about money lenders who use voodoo and charms on people to make it hard for the borrower to pay back so they can have the collateral, thats why we want to be safe
... the current situation is not helping matters... She's ready to use the house as a collateral to show seriousness..

I need answers asap please.. Thanks

Religion / Re: From Atheism To Jesus: My Testimony by iamfree25: 1:45pm On Aug 17, 2016
okay, nice write up, but all I see is another man's point of view
we all live a different lifestyle, some people will never have an encounter with God till they die...
as I always say we all met ourselves in this world, everyone was given birth to by a woman, we all grew up as little kids without knowledge of anything.... we were thought everything we claim to know today by a human who was once a kid with no knowledge.....
Not gonna argue about God's existence or not ... but no one actually knows the truth... if God is nice enough to show to you that he exists , it should be easy for him to show everyone...
at least we've seen stories in the bible , jesus going up into the sky, walking on water and all sort...
if there's truly a higher power then he should show us.
I'm not an atheist..... i'm a freethinker
