Career / This Leke Ademo Sef! by iamleke: 10:44pm On Sep 17, 2019
Ok, so I'm an extroverted introvert!

Are you wondering what that is? Well, what it means is that I like being alone most times, I like my space, but sometimes, especially when SUGAR is high, you might catch me playing like an extrovert. I'm simply an introvert that has learned some strengths of the sanguine and adapts it once in a while.

One thing you should know about me is that I love LEARNING and TRAINING.

Once in a while, you might catch me in a training room either being trained or training others.

I'm currently being trained at Daystar Leadership Academy where I'm doing my ADVANCED CERTIFICATE IN LEADERSHIP course.

On Friday, I'll be in Oyo, training the great people there, helping them acquire DIGITAL SKILLS to improve their businesses and personal brand.

From there, I'll be heading to REDEMPTION CAMP to train youths there as well on Saturday.

Thinking of training your staff, colleagues or members on Leadership, Digital Customer Service or Digital Marketing?

Business / What Is Content Marketing? Is It Worth It For Entrepreneurs And Employees? by iamleke: 2:30pm On Oct 17, 2018
The Question, ‘**what is Content Marketing**‘ is one that 21st-century entrepreneurs (https://theinspireddream.com.ng/10-daily-habits-of-successful-entrepreneurs/), small business owners (https://theinspireddream.com.ng/product/sell-anything-make-money-instagram-ads/), and Career Professionals (https://theinspireddream.com.ng/online-colleges-worth-check-list-free-affordable-ones/) need to understand. It remains relevant in 2018, 2019 and beyond. Understanding Content Marketing strategy is important to grow your brand whether you are in paid employment trying to build your career or you are a start-up entrepreneur or small business owner.
This is a question that is being asked all over the internet in places like quora, nairaland, facebook, twitter, linkedin, reddit, etc. An understanding of it would go a long way in utilising it to boost your brand.
Before we proceed to answer the question: What is Content Marketing (http://theinspireddream.com.ng/), let’s understand the root words – **Content** (https://theinspireddream.com.ng/need-a-website-blog/) & **Marketing**.
**What is Content Marketing?**
This is the real deal (https://theinspireddream.com.ng/25-inspirational-motivational-quotes-dreams-can-share-friends-social-media/). Content Marketing is an important part of marketing. With an in-depth understanding of what content is, mixing the two together brings us home to how and why content marketing is important.
So many people have explained what content marketing is and how to maximize it to boost your brand. OptinMonster (https://optinmonster.com/content-marketing-examples/) says content marketing is all about using content to attract and retain visitors, and eventually turn them into customers. Kunocreative (https://www.kunocreative.com/content-marketing) is of the opinion that content marketing is a strategy that leverages content, tailored and distributed to a specific audience, to attract and convert better-qualified leads and keep customers engaged long-term.
According to postcron (https://postcron.com/en/blog/content-marketing/), **Content Marketing **aids the ***attraction of interested people towards your brand’s proposals***, and it also ***transmits your business’ identity and values ***while enabling you to secure a spot in these people’s daily lives through the use of Social Media (https://theinspireddream.com.ng/trending-amazing-artist-sparks-up-social-media-with-pencil-art/).
Content Marketing is a part of Online or Digital Marketing where digital tools are used to market over the internet. Content Marketing cuts across the various channels of online or digital marketing (https://theinspireddream.com.ng/6-free-online-marketing-tools-every-blogger-social-media-marketer/). Digital Marketing simply has to do with the use of online tools (https://theinspireddream.com.ng/6-free-online-marketing-tools-every-blogger-social-media-marketer/) to reach your desired audience. This includes email marketing, social media marketing, google adwords, Whatsapp marketing, etc.
According to Investopedia (https://www.investopedia.com/terms/m/marketing.asp), as of 2015, approximately 70 percent of U.S. adults shop online at least monthly, and 33 percent shop online every week. Experts expect online sales in the United States to increase from $445 billion in 2017 to over $600 billion in 2020 and over $1 trillion by 2027. This tells us that online marketing is big and getting bigger by the day.
**What is Content Marketing Strategy?**
When it comes to marketing, to achieve success, there has to be an effective (https://theinspireddream.com.ng/10-ways-to-communicate-with-your-teams/)**strategy** (https://theinspireddream.com.ng/10-ways-to-communicate-with-your-teams/) (https://theinspireddream.com.ng/10-ways-to-communicate-with-your-teams/)employed. An effective strategy is what differentiates the results of successful people from failures. Value is a very important aspect of great content, so in formulating an effective content marketing strategy, you need to ensure that you use relevant and valuable content to attract the readers.
In formulating an effective content marketing strategy (https://theinspireddream.com.ng/10-daily-habits-of-successful-entrepreneurs/), you need to be consistent and understand keyword research. if you use keywords that people are searching for in your niche, when they search, they will find it. Your job is to consistently write on what people need and help them, in so doing you would also achieve your own goals.
Among other things, Content Marketing does 2 things:
1. Help your organization stand out as a credible, reliable and trustworthy provider
2. Attract a steady flow of qualified leads, and nurture them through the buyer’s journey
**What is Content Marketing and SEO**
Since the evolution of content marketing to what it is today, it has added Search Engine Optimisation (SEO) as a major component. Most people distribute their content through social media, but SEO is equally as important.
Search Engine Optimisation or SEO (https://theinspireddream.com.ng/3-reasons-list-business-website-blog-online-directory/) as it is generally called is a sure way to get your content ranking on Google’s Search Engine Result Pages (SERP).
SEO is very important because it helps you get found by those that are looking for you through the keywords they search on google. Also, if you set up your content for search well, they’ll enjoy free traffic to your site.

Sports / What Happened To Our World Bests: Christiano Ronaldo And Lionel Messi? by iamleke: 10:28pm On Jun 30, 2018
Just in case you have not heard, Christiano Ronaldo (Portugal) and Lionel Messi (Argentina) were defeated out of the world cup the same day (today).

It’s no longer news that Egypt’s Mohamed Salah didn’t get to the round of 16, what is news is that Christiano Ronaldo and Lionel Messi who each saw their teams to the round of 16 got defeated today.

It’s quite amazing. I saw both matches. I wanted Messi’s Argentina to lose because they defeated my country, Nigeria. What I didn’t like is that Portugal also lost to an obviously...

Do you love food? What of Nigerian Cooked Soups?

How did Oreoluwa get to become The Soup Cook that she is? Hear her:

Religion / Happy Sunday by iamleke: 3:40pm On Sep 17, 2017
Happy Sunday!

Its a Sunday again and today I woke up in an extraordinary way. There's always the glitz and glamour of Sundays with fanciful clothes on display.

Sundays shouldn't only be about fanciful clothes and attires. It should have some kingdom relevance too. By this I mean that Sundays should make you reflect about your purpose on Earth and your destination after here.

First, it is important to note that your purpose is the reason why you are on Earth in the first place and, I believe it is the reason why you are still here and not dead.

We also, however need to examine our lives after our purpose here is completed. This famous question: 'where are you going after here, heaven or hell?' pops up. Another, 'God forbid! If you die not, where would you go, heaven or hell?' also takes shape. They are fundamental questions every human being must ask before they die.

There is a way...Jesus Christ which leads to heaven through the release of his grace. It is something that everyone must come to terms with. Ephesians 2:8 says "For it is by grace you have been saved, through faith —and this is not from yourselves, it is the gift of God"

Also John 3:16-17 says, "For God so loved the world, that he gave his only begotten Son, that whosoever believeth in him should not perish, but have everlasting life.
For God sent not his Son into the world to condemn the world; but that the world through him might be saved."

My question now is 'are you saved?'

Enjoy your week ahead.

Food / N4500 Buffet Lunch With A Difference At Chesney by iamleke: 12:26pm On Aug 24, 2016
When I first heard it, I was stunned, not that I am a glutton or anything like that, considering that in a buffet you serve yourself and you can practically take anything that you want as long as it is on the menu.

Think of it! An opportunity to have a 3-course meal at an amazing price of N4500 and at your own pace too! From the starter down to the main course till you eventually seal the deal with the dessert at the lunch buffet which starts from 12 noon to 4pm on weekdays.

Chesney is a unique brand known for quality and outstanding customer service. Its ‘nice people...nice service’’ brand statement is second to none and well lived. It is located in the serene financial hub of Saka Tinubu, Victoria Island area of Lagos.

It is an hotel with a difference with state-of-the-art facilities which includes an ultra-modern conference hall for meetings and presentations, a gym, swimming pool, concierge services, shuttle services, bar, restaurant, complimentary breakfast (for in-house guests) and a breath of fresh air with its air purifiers available on every floor.

The ‘nice people...nice service’ brand is known for excellence in and outside the shores of Nigeria with numerous awards to show. The most recent being the Luxury Travel Guide Award for Africa and the Middle East which Chesney won this year 2016 and the International Diamond Prize for Excellence in Quality, Vienna (2015) among others.

Chesney’s food is great! The a-la-carte and buffet servings are mouth watering and inviting. From Monday 22nd of August, Chesney’s Lunch buffet would go for an amazing N4500 from its former price of N6000 with the same Chesney international quality.

If you are a foodie like me, Chesney is the place for a perfect date with your loved ones.

Career / The 3 Reasons Why Success Is Sure by iamleke: 7:42pm On Mar 15, 2016
In life, I have seen that everybody craves for success, but not everyone attains it. This is because not many people do what it takes to succeed. In my meditation yesterday I discovered that there are 3 reasons why success for me is a must and why I believe I would
achieve it. I found out that if these 3 are in place, success is inevitable.

I have decided to use these three principles to grow my website.I have just restarted this blog which would soon be a much talked about blog in Nigeria because of these principles. Very shortly, with these 3 in place, it would be an online co-creators' hub for teenagers. I have a vision for teenagers. This blog would showcase it... http://www.lemmeinspireyou.com/2016/03/3-reasons-why-success-is-sure.html
