My brother calmdown.i did my industriall attachment with new town development authourity in 1995, that was when OLAGUNSOYE OYINLOLA was LAGOS STATE admimistration. The entire lekki phase one and two has a map that shows blocknumber and a block may contain between 25 to 40 plots of lands or more with difference sizes(square metres). The map indicated the road network ,drainages, recreation centres and hospitals within the estate. But because of greed of the land owner they trespass their bound,they did not follow the laid down rules govening the building of properties.they build anyhow. If you know your properties is illegally demolished without contrravene the law,u can sue the state government and u will be compensated.
