I actually learnt this from my mom until it I understood why years later. Your mom in law is not wrong in this context. She is just trying to help perhaps not knowing the implications.

Op, if ur wife can express into bottles and refrigerate, it can help. If not buy Nan1 and the Baby drinks, when mama gets home it should be breast milk all the way. There's nothing wrong in a minute old baby taking Baby milk.

She do try to bring out milk and keep in filling bottle but d milk doesn't come out much, they say she should get breast pump but she fear it has side effects...

Since there is no side effects, we will go with milk... The mum breastfeed her and we use milk when she goes to school.... She spend maximum 7hrs in skol, so the rest time of d day, d baby sucks...

If d baby lost d mother and use milk, the milk will be healthy for her but if d mum is alive but circumstances beyond her control couldn't make her give milk exclusively, are u saying, it will not be healthy....

It is harder to make firstclass in University than to make Distinction in Politechnics.
Here is my Mathematical Prove.

For University to make first class, you must get atleast 4.5 GPA out of possible 5.
That is 4.5/5

To make distinction in Politechnic, you must get atleast 3.5 GPA out of possible 4.
That is 3.5/4.

HENCE
4-------------3.5 (For Politechnics)

5/4 * 3.5 = 4.375 (Equivalent For University)


CONCLUSION
3.5/4 GPA (politechnic)
is equivalent
To 4.375/5 GPA (University)

But if you get 4.375 in University which is equivalent of 3.5 in politechnic, You will not make first class because what is needed from you is atleast 4.5GPA.

So with this mathematical prove above, I hereby conclude that its harder to make first class in university than to make distinction in Politechnics.
