slimyem: Where is the op? How could it have been a pre-meditated move?! Lights on by 2pm in da day, door was habitually ajar, d laundry lady claimed that she was even to have been at d market at that time... what was i to do?...shout 'who is there?' as if in da bush! after constantly & unnecessary paying power bills due to such regular irresponsibilities! No ö, i never knew she was there ö, i was only trying to cut wastages! |

Recently, I gave a strict warning at home that no light must be on whenever there is nobody in the particular room (Prepaid meter blues). One evening, I saw the maid's light on and muttered, 'these people no dey hear word ' and entered to switch it off only to see the maid in her naked glory towelling both her huge 'twin peaks' (she' about 20 yrs with a crazy physique for a local girl)...Quickly I froze, apologized and chastised her there why she couldn't shut the door. She just smiled and said 'sorry sir'. Since then she's been giving me some stupid coy looks, and looking for every opportunity to sweep my room whenever my wife isn't home etc etc. Should i just tell my wife what happened?, Should I fire her because of this her new funny attitude? Or Should I simply ignore and play along o? huhhh! |

igaro: Is it proper for a guy to allow his wife, a God fearing woman, the leeway to go meet an uncle (not related o, just family friends) at a hotel he's lodged in, simply because he wants to assist her with a deposit into his account which will inturn reflect as a boost on her own target in the bank for that month? Whoa, Fellas can u imagine?!…it turned out that the Uncle came into Lagos on Dec. 18th, Tuesday for a conference being held at the hotel on the 19th (learnt he was a keynote speaker) and practically ensured that the lady in question sat in the audience throughout the duration of his lecture (on the grounds that being a banker, she should update herself with current trends in the global money/capital markets…imagine ![]() Na wa o! ![]() |

Billyonaire: You have made a valid point. I have both BB and Android phones ranging from Galaxy Tab to Galaxy Note, none gives the economy found on BB, apart from just 3k per month on MTN, the call rates are reduced about 19kobo. MY Galaxy Note, 200MB of Data costs me 1000 Naira and I exhaust it in one day using same youtube and media sites I use with BB that lasts a month. I want someone to tell me without sentiment what application I need in a phone that could make me follow the hateful bandwagon...of BB haters.Gbagaun! True yarns. |

Hi guys, My friends and i are about starting an advertising/print business, but looking at many startups in nigeria that commenced operation In d last 10years, few amongst them are still fully functional. This i believe has been due to different social, political and economic factors in the country. However, many have failed due to poor management decisions and greed, inept processes and procedure. It would be appreciated if the house can shed more light on the key pitfalls to avoid when starting or running a business so that it won't fail. Regards |
