Helpful reviews here. I am also planning to join the Konnect train. I am based in Igando but work for an international org from home. I use Swift unlimited, Etisalat and Airtel, but when we are on calls, my voice comes on like 10 seconds after I have spoken. Because of my, they stopped video calls in my department, still I get internet problems. Now when we wan do call, na prayer and fasting.

I plan to retain my Swift unlimited for our Netflix and Youtube use. Those are our only sources of entertainment. I also want to get the Konnect for work use so I will not exceed the FUP.

Is Konnect still ok? I also have issues with the weather thingy. I read somewhere that rain affects it a lot. I just wish I stayed somewhere better so I could do fibre to home.

it’s to involve the lawyers, if you went for the trip really. Give proof to the lawyers. Photos, transport receipts hotels etc.

Pls I and a guy I met at the embassy is in this same issue now. We went to for visa interview on Friday 12/08/2022 and because we had previously traveled to Ghana , they claim the stamp looks suspicious and that the passport will be returned to immigration for further checks. For me, the stamp is on my old passport and I was given my new passport but the guy Stamp is on his only passport. Please any advise on how to go about this

It's not really available, or so did my contact say. Mine was ready on the 20th, my son's on the 27th, all because the guy had to collect one booklet for us each at different times when they got them.

So the fasttrack thingy na scam. because yes you have fast track, but the insiders allocate booklets to their own people.

Finally got my passport and that of my son today.

Capture date: March 31st,

My issue date: Apr 20th.
my Son's issue date: Apr 27.

Collection is easy. I go there at 9am, got the passports at 10am. You submit your enrollment slips. They check and retrieve the passports. You join a queue where the passport is activated. You are asked to check your details. If not correct, they collect and reproduce. if correct they activate.

Immediately, I got another email that his payment was accepted. This was confusing so I used Monday to call someone in NIMC office Abuja to verify the NIN and went to immigration on Tuesday. When I got there, I went to servicom and spoke with the guy who helped us with name change. I had called him all day on Monday but the guy was not responding well to me. Which kain thing be this? When I got there, he checked the system for mine and my son's passport. Bot were accepted so he asked me to disregard the email I got.

Some guy gave him enrollment number, he captured in January. Dude asked when he could expect this passport, the servicom guy said the dude's way is still far.

Then I asked him when should i expect to collect in the best case scenario. Dude smiled and said he is hopeful for June. Hahahahahahaha, we have a family trip in may, we are yet to buy tickets and prices are climbing daily. Oga, o need these passports by end of April.

So dude asked me to pay 10k each and that I'd get the passport next week. I paid men, if ticket prices increase peren, I'd spend about 50k more per person.

So that was how I switched from TeamDIY to TeamFastTrack. Fingers crossed till next week.

Las las, if you have time, Omo DIY is the way, I don't believe I'd have collected mine in June but I don't want to risk trying it out, it'll spoil a lot of my plans for the year.


@Toplap I asked for my enrollment slip so I can see the date that I am to collect but as someone alleged, they do not want to give the slip, obviously because they do not want you to have the date either because they want to scam people to FasTrack or because they don't want people bugging them.

I didn't even know the man before he was declared wanted. After reading the man's response and his arrest/ kidnap by Government House police, now i am interested in him.

No. Obviously the NIN did not need verification. The email i received is a wrong info, matter of fact, they verified the NIN about three times before they accepted the file when we went for capturing.

To answer your question, you need to send an email to Abuja. I got this info at the NIMC office at the immigration office. They have a desk where you can give them the NIN and they will check, then they will direct you on what to do. If you have this issue (or if you suspect you have this issue), it's best to call send the email ahead as it may take some days to do it. .
