mashin:Dont be too confident in your belief. Ojukwu fought a territorial war against alied forces & he was blockaded & starved to submission. Niger Delta is a different ball game. Usa with all its might & greatness could not defeat the vietcons after many years of protracted warfare & they were finally forced to pull out in shame!! The ND even has a more treacherous jungle, islands, rivers & mangrooves. A perfect environment for guerilla warfare!! What do you think makes these guys to appear so confident & confrontational? Because they know that nature is in full support of them!!! 5 Likes 1 Share |

BUHARIISCURSED:When they were threatning & stoning the convoy of GEJ upandan the North, they thought they have the monopoly of violence, now karma has gone full circle & their dullard cant even visit the Niger Delta again! lol, Nigeria is indeed a thriller, there is never a dull moment. It sucks to be a supporter of this clueless government. |

dablazor:Dont mind them, they all know what should be done to avert all these crises but greed, laziness, avariciousness, envy, wickedness, hate, contempt & all manner of evil will not allow them to do the needful. Maybe until the Avengers achieve their zero output target, they will not wake up & smell the coffee. Awon Smellos!!! 2 Likes 2 Shares |

Properties / Four Ways To Generate Money From Your Land by InvestinOwerri(m): 12:47pm On Jun 01, 2016 |
(1) ESTABLISH A BUSINESS ON IT; This will depend largely on its location, that notwithstanding, with an eagle eye and a shrewd business sense, one can still establish a business that will solve a particular need in that giving community. Examples of business one can do with relatively low start-up capital include (a)Viewing centre (b)Selling water from a bore hole (c)Relaxation spot/joint (d)Car wash (e)Block industry etc. The beauty in this is that you must not necessarily manage it yourself, rather, you could as well provide the capital, establish a particular business and concession it out with a mutual agreement on what would be paid to you daily, weekly, monthly or quarterly basis while the person managing it takes care of the running cost. If you have the time, you can also go into partnership with an investor and be involved with the running of the business. (2) AGRICULTURE; Sometimes I see myself getting angry unconsciously when I look at expanse of Land lying fallow and unwittingly turned into a habitat for rodents, reptiles and wild trees, when they are not a sanctuary or game reserve for endangered flora and fauna. Irrespective of where any land is located, it would perfectly suit a particular kind of agricultural practice, be it farming or animal husbandry. examples include Plantain/banana plantation, pineapple orchard, palm plantation, cassava and vegetables others are poultry farming, piggery, grass cutter farm, fish pond etc. (3) LEASE; This does not need much explanation. In this era of church proliferation, you could lease your land to a Pentecostal or any ministry. All they have to do is to clear the bush and erect a temporary structure. Aside church, you could also lease your land to be used for a nursery or primary school, mechanic workshop, block industry, farming purposes etc. Though this could lead to problem or litigation in future if not handled properly, so you should emphasize on allowing only temporary structures like shed, "batcher" cabin, etc that could be easily be dismantled without much losses as against erecting concrete structures. Also make sure that every important detail is documented and the tenor should be short and subject to when you will need to make use of the land. (4) BUILD CABINS/ZINC STRUCTURES AND RENT OUT; This is common in big and expensive cities like Lagos, Abuja, P.Harcourt, Owerri etc. In fact, I was shocked when I went to a place in Owerri and discovered that people pay as much as two thousand(2000) to three thousand(3000) naira per month for such slum dwellings! Most times, such places lack facilities like toilets, bathrooms, bore-holes but you can make yours more comfortable for your tenants to live in. source www.galaxyproperties. |

The dullard is beyond help, the !diotic mofo goes about stoking problem all over the country. Thank God the global community is taking note & putting the blame on him, he will not excape the ICC. If Charles Taylor, Gbagbo & Omar Bashir could not excape the ICC, then I dont see how Buhari will go free after all the atrocities he commited & is still commiting since he came to power, from killing of protesters in Aba & Onitsha to killing of shiites in zaria & now the Niger Delta! WE ARE KEEPING THE RECORD!!! 1 Like |

Hahahahahahahaha, Lwkmd! The south west states are the first to go bankrupt, from Oyo to Ekiti, Osun, Ogun & Ondo its the same tales of woes!! Only the no man's land called Lagos seems to be immune to the crises. No wonder why they cry, curse & threaten whenever people mention Bia**a. They cant survive on their own!! |

lmm4real:Stop decieving yourself, how many "litres" of oil was discovered in Lagos & your so called elsdwhere in Nigeria?? Fact is that Nigeria will continue to depend on the Niger Delta even in the near future. Buhari has just realised how futile it is to depend on the use of force & is now belatedly calling for truce!! |
Politics / Re: Nigeria: Security Forces Kill Oil Militants, Separatists-New York Times by InvestinOwerri(m): 4:58pm On May 31, 2016 |
SweetSoup:That's not true, OPEC & indeed all oil producing nations will be happy with what is happening in Nigeria because it will reduce oil supply in the international market & help increase price at our detriment. Countries like Iran, Venezuela, Russia etc will not mind to supply arms to avengers through black market. Even the IOC's will even see the crises as a blessing in disguise! So you see, WE ARE ON OUR OWN!!! |

If I talk now, the mods would rush & ban me. I now have numerous email & nairaland accounts! So I would rather comment my reserve & be watching Nigeria in 3D. Finally, I hope that Donald Trump wins the American election, he is a no nonsense go-getter who would rather help fix some of the rubbish & nuisance going on in the world, expecially Nigeria!! 17 Likes 3 Shares |

freeze001:The funny thing is that most Nigerians knows what ought to be done for peace & progress of the country but due to greed, selfishness, myopia & covetousness by a section of the country & the cowardice induced support of some others. we have continued to move in circles, stagnation, massive loss of lives & property. As things stand now, the confab report is Nigeria's last trump card for peaceful coexistence & progress. It is really curious & shocking that Buhari will choose to dump it in the dustbin of archive! Whose interest is Buhari serving? Is it that of Nigeria or his ethnic group?? 2 Likes 1 Share |
