there are many factors involved....but technically you have to take 50% of the blame in this issue, as you are the one who spread your legs to this dude.

if you can no longer take care of her, go seek help with your family, friends, acquaintances and/or his side of the family (parents siblings etc)

as much as unforeseen accidents do happen, if you didnt have a set plan to care properly for that child (emtionally/physically/financially) for the next 18yrs, then you probably shouldnt have had that child.
