APGA FELICITATES WITH MUSLIM ON EID-EL-KABIR

Muslim all over the country have been urged to live up to the tenets of the Eid-el-Kabir by showing restraint in the face of persecution, suffering and chastisement.

In a Sallah message which he personally signed and released to newsmen on Friday in Abuja, the National Chairman of All Progressives Grand Alliance (APGA), Ozonkpu Dr. Victor Ike Oye charged Muslim to remain faithful to their faith by shunning those things that run contrary to it.

He condemned the evils that currently plague our society and blamed the elite for the worsening conditions of living among the citizenry.

Dr. Oye expressed dismay at the heightening insecurity in the country and advised security agencies to brace up to the situation and save Nigeria from unwarranted loss of precious lives through kidnapping, robbery and corruption.

"We can only move forward as a nation if we shunned corrupt practices, ethnicity, hate, and clannishness", he admonished.

He called on all Nigerians not to despair in the face of growing inflation, high cost of living, insecurity and other anti-social factors confronting them, expressing strong conviction othat not too long a time from now God would show us mercy.

The APGA boss charged those celebrating the annual event to do so responsibly and moderately.

He prayed God to bless and protect all Nigerians as we marched towards 2023.

Edozie Njoku and his Co-travellers Must be Arrested for Perjury and Forgery!

Below is a Simple Extrapolation of the Undiluted Facts of the Issue in Question;

The Supreme Court of Nigeria on October 14, 2021 delivered a judgment in the suit filed by one Jude Okeke, who as it were has turned out to be a ghost!

In the said suit, the court affirmed the judgment of the Court of Appeal, Kano which categorically stated that Ozonkpu Dr. Victor Ike Oye is the authentic national chairman of APGA.

It dismissed the appeal of Jude Okeke and all the motions relating to it. The court also dismissed the application for joinder made by the impostor Edozie Njoku and others, and awarded a cost of N1m to APGA and Ozonkpu.

It is instructive to note that the said Edozie Njoku was never a party to the suit at the Supreme Court. Even at the Court of Appeal, Kano his appeal was dismissed.

From the blues Edozie Njoku, after the suit he filed at the Federal High Court, Abuja over the leadership of APGA was struck out, started parading what he called a reviewed judgment of the Supreme Court which was delivered on October 14, 2021 and matter closed.

Now, this is where the entire saga assumes an interesting twist and exposes the crass criminality of the said Edozie Njoku and his band of satanic infidels....

Our inquiry at the Supreme Court showed that he doctored the lead judgement of Justice Mary Odili to mislead INEC. But to his utter disappointment INEC was wiser for it and ignored his brazen shenanigan.

The truth of the matter is that Edozie Njoku is not a member of APGA as he was drowned in Imo river a long time ago by his ward excos who roundly expelled him from the party last year. Till this moment, that expulsion has neither been revoked nor challenged! Hence, Edozie Njoku does not exist in the eye of the law.

Put simply and straight, he is a chronic imposter and meddlesome interloper, a political gangster whose stock in trade is brazen forgery, crass criminality, and arrant extortion of gullible citizens.

Recall that APGA under the ebullient and dynamic leadership of Ozonkpu Dr. Victor Ike Oye held a national convention on May 31, 2021 in Awka duly monitored by an INEC team led by a national commissioner, Prof. Anthonia Simbine.

In the evening of the same day we saw on the social media that Edozie Njoku claimed that he held a national convention of his own "APGA" in a hotel in Owerri.

This was mere subterfuge as thorough investigation showed that he just holed up in a hotel room in Owerri awaiting the outcome of our national convention.

For more clarity, let's pose this question: "Can INEC monitor two different national conventions by the same party, the same day?" Of course, the answer is a capital No.

The truth is that Edozie Njoku and his co-travellers are notorious for coming up with the same ploy of laying claim to the leadership of our great party every election circle.

He did the same thing in the run-up to the Anambra State Governorship Election in 2021 where he even stood as the Governorship candidate of his own so-called APGA.. .

This is a man who comes from Mbaise in Imo State standing for Governorship Election in Anambra State as a candidate.... Now, can you begin to know!

But as expected INEC ignored him and he fizzled away as all lies always do.

Now he has come again with another ploy, but this time he will meet his waterloo as the matter has been duly reported to the police.

It is important to conclude that by saying that characters like Edozie Njoku should be caged in Police custody lest they pollute our democracy and bring the collective efforts of true democrats and Progressives to utter ruin. So help us God!

BRINGING TO A HALT CHEKWAS OKORIE, EDOZIE NJOKU'S DUBIOUS ACTIVITIES USING THE NAME OF APGA

Chekwa Okorie the founder of the de-registered UPP is a well known political scammer, whose stock in trade is to appear every presidential election to fleece well-to-do individuals and lie to them that he is contesting election and that he need funds to prosecute the election, then go back to his bedroom to enjoy his loot. He will then wait for the next four years to continue from where he stopped.

Chekwas Okorie, who was the dismissed as APGA's national chairman in 2003 for criminal act of using APGA as a vehicle to dupe unsuspecting and ambitious politicians.

Chekwas Okorie has a partner in crime named Edozie Njoku and together they were expelled in APGA in 2003 when they tried to sell APGA mandate won by then APGA's candidate and Governor, Mr Peter Obi to Chris Ngige of the PDP.

While Chekwas Okorie continued his gambit by forming a mushroom political party he called UPP, which he used to access INEC's financial benefits to political parties, but was de-listed after 2019 general elections for lacking in prerequisites for a national political party. His partner in political crime, Edozie Njoku went back to his nude club business.

They have united again in 2022 by setting up a fake Presidential campaign using APGA's name when the duo are not registered members of APGA.

It was Chekwas Okorie who mocked our revered Ikemba Nnewi, the eternal leader of APGA by attributing Ikemba's illness before his passing on to glory 'as the striking of the gods'. An abominable statement made against the late Biafra Warlord who was his political benefactor and Igbo leader. The words had been haunting him since then.

What was Ikemba's sin? Ezeigbo gburugburu chased Chekwas Okorie and his partners away from APGA in 2003 when they tried to sell and dissolve APGA into PDP after they lobbied Ngige to pay them some millions of naira in other to kill APGA's case in court, which Peter Obi was pursuing then.

Chekwas Okorie from thence has been a political vagabond and a crass wanderer who has been eating political grass just like King Nebuchadnezzar of the bible.

Chekwas Okorie's latest blackmailing adventure and spurious claims to APGA's Presidential candidacy is consistent with the political curse he attracted to himself since 2003 when he derided and mocked his political chi( Ikemba Nnewi in his sickeness) and the consequences has turned him to political poverty, political confusion and political leprosy.

Where was Chekwas Okorie when the indefatigeable national chairman of APGA, Ozonkpu Dr Victor Ike Oye nominated and delivered Obiano as a second term governor?
Chekwas Okorie was busy at that time milking Osita Chidoka dry as his preferred gubernatorial candidate using his scam party, UPP.

Where was Chekwas Okorie when the ever hardworking national chairman of APGA, Ozonkpu Victor Oye nominated and ratified the candidature of Prof Chukwuma Charles Soludo in 2022 and returned him as the executive governor of Anambra State?

Criminally minded Chekwas Okorie was busy forging court papers to return his partner in crime Edozie Njoku as the phantom national chairman and also guber candidate of APGA in Anambra , when Edozie Njoku was from Mbaise, Imo State.
Imagine such political hallucination and mindless act towards APGA.

It is this lousy character called Chekwas Okorie that was calling a press conference, declaring himself a Presidential Candidate of same party he so hated and has been fighting all his life to kill, even saying that his partner in crime, Edozie Njoku is National Chairman of his kindred not APGA? God forbid.

Chekwas Okorie and Edozie Njoku are well known political scammers who are not aware that APGA has concluded INEC recognized and monitored primaries in both ABIA State and IMO states their home states respectively and has produced a Presidential candidate in the person of an erudite Professor and a former Chief Judge of Anambra State, Prof Peter Nnanna Umeadi, whose candidature has attracted endorsement from well meaning Nigerians.

Next time you see Chekwas Okorie and Edozie Njoku ask them where in Anambra did they conducted APGA Primary elections for house of assembly, House of reps and senate and by extention where in all the states where APGA produced Governorship candidates, national assembly candidates, and state assembly candidates in Nigeria, did they participate?

GROUP RAISES ALARM OVER EDOZIE NJOKU, CHEKWAS OKORIE'S POLITICAL ABRACADABRA, SWINDLING BUSINESS

A group under the aegis of the All Progressives Grand Alliance, APGA, Candidates for 2023 general elections, has called on the general public to be wary of Edozie Njoku and Chekwas Okorie's political abracadabra as well as their swindling business and manipulations.

In a statement signed and made available to APGA New Media correspondent, Francis Oguno, the group's spokesperson and leader, described the duo as conmen without iota of integrity and pedigree, even as they enjoined Nigerians to do away with such characters.

The statement read in part, 'Edozie Njoku, Chekwas Okorie and their team of political turncoats are imposters, swindlers and bunch of opportunists.

'Chekwas Okorie who is the founder of the de-registered UPP and shameless Edozie Njoku have always portrayed themselves as ravenous lions looking for whom to devour, especially during every election season.

'It was Chekwas Okorie and Edozie Njoku who tried to sell the APGA ticket of Mr Peter Obi in 2003 to Sen Chris Ngige of PDP and they got expelled from the party.

'Since then they have been going about looking for unsuspecting aspirants to sell fake APGA forms to. They are also good at publishing fake Court Judgements on different social media platforms during every election period claiming what they are not.

'These jobless political merchants went as far as lying bareface that they have been recognized as an APGA national leaders. Blatant lies,' the statement read.

The group took their time to reel out some of the landmark judgements that nailed Edozie Njoku as a political fraudster.

The judgements are as follows:

1. High Court, Abuja, has in the past threatened to send Njoku to prison if he disobeyed the court.

"Abuja, Oct. 23, 2019, an Abuja High Court, Presided over by Justice OC Agbaza cautioned one Mr Edozie Njoku on the consequences of disobeying court orders.

"Njoku, the 2nd defendant in a suit filed by Ozonkpu Dr Victor Oye was restrained from parading himself as the All Progressive Grand Alliance (APGA) National Chairman.

"Following an application by a Senior Counsel, Victor Agunzi, Esq counsel to Ozonkpu Dr Victor Oye, the APGA current National Chairman, the court warned Njoku of the consequences of a violation of a subsisting order of the court.

"I will not hesitate to send you(Edozie Njoku) to Kuje Prison for contempt, if you ever disobey court orders again,’’ Justice Agbaza said.

"The court had since July 4, also restrained APGA as a party from recognising the said Njoku as its National Chairman until the determination of the substantive suit.

2. Again, On Sept 08 2019

APGA Wins Again as Court Restrains Njoku from Holding Primaries or parading self as National Chairman.
With this, the All Progressives Grand Alliance (APGA) under the leadership of Chief Victor Ike Oye (Ozonkpu) yet received another confirmation as the legitimate and only organ of the fastest growing Political Party in Africa with no crisis nor factions.

An order of Interim Injunction was granted by His Lordship, Hon Justice C C Okaa of the Anambra State High Court, Awka Judicial division restraining Chief Edozie Njoku and his co-travelers from parading themselves as members of NWC of APGA and from further interfering in the process of nominating the candidate of APGA for the 6th November, 2021 Gubernatorial elections.

The court equally restrained them from organising any primary elections on behalf of APGA in Anambra State and from submitting any name of candidate whatsoever to INEC

The order further gave credence to the current legitimate position of the Independent National Electoral Commission (INEC) who insisted that "APGA has no faction" as the names of the authentic Chairman (Ozonkpu Dr Victor Ike Oye) and Secretary can be found in the INEC website.

It would be recalled that on Wednesday the 23rd of June 2021 at Awka, under the leadership of Ozonkpu Dr Victor Oye, the All Progressives Grand Alliance (APGA) held a seamless and successful party primaries (duly monitored by INEC) that clearly produced Professor Charles Chukwuma Soludo as its Candidate for the Governorship election of November 6, 2021.

3. In April 2022
The FEDERAL HIGH COURT, Abuja once more reaffirmed Ozonkpu Victor Oye as the National chairman of APGA while striking out the suit by Chief Edozie Njoku for being frivolous and vexatious.

Futhermore, The Federal High Court, Abuja Division presided over by His Lordship, Hon Justice A. R. Mohammed dismissed the Application for Mandamus brought by one Chief Edozie Njoku and his hirelings against the Ozonkpu Victor Oye led leadership of APGA. The trio of Chief Edozie Njoku, Barr Hamman Buba Ghide and Adamu Danjuma Musa had brought an Application for Mandamus vide Suit No. FHC/BAU/CS/10/2020: Chief Edozie Njoku &Ors v Independent National Electoral Commission praying the Honourable court to compel INEC to recognise the said impostor as the National Chairman of APGA.

In an erudite judgment delivered on Wednesday 6th day of April, 2022, the court held that the said suit constituted an abuse of court process and an exercise in futility. The court further held that the court lacks the jurisdiction to dabble into matters connected with the internal affairs of APGA. The Learned trial judge further stated clearly that he lacks the powers to sit on Appeal over the subsisting judgments of the Court of Appeal, Kano Division as well as that of the Abuja Division. The court firmly asserted that the judgments of the Court of Appeal has laid to rest the issue of APGA leadership by affirming Ozonkpu Dr Victor Ike Oye as the National Chairman of APGA.
The judgment therefore brought to an ignominious end the over 2 years sojourn of Chief Edozie Njoku and his hirelings.

4. The Fake News that Supreme Court Sat on 26th May 2022 and delivered judgement in favour of Edozie Njoku with fake court documents posted on social media was all a plot to dupe and confuse people as usual.

Setting the record straight, Edozie Njoku's application for a joinder was thrown out by the Supreme Court. A cost of N1,000,000(1 millon naira)was awarded to the second Respondent, Victor Ike Oye and APGA. And the cost is yet to be paid.

The truth of the matter is that the so called Edozie Njoku was never a party to the suit in question. He should therefore be discountenanced and the story dismissed in its entirety as fake.

It is worthy of note that the Supreme Court did not sit on the case in question at any time after it delivered the landmark judgment of October 14, 2021 that put to permanent rest the nagging issue of APGA leadership.

In conclusion, On the 22nd of May 2022, the Surpeme Court released the certified true copy of the judgement on October 2021 which affirmed Ozonkpu Victor Oye as the National Chairman of APGA.

All the duly elected Flag-bearers of our great party APGA, presidential candidate, Prof Peter Nnanna Umeadi, for Senate, House of Reps, Governors and State House of Assembly members for 2023 general elections emerged under the leadership of Victor Oye and the process was monitored by INEC.

Consequently, Edozie Njoku, Chekwas Okorie (Who is claiming to be Edozie Njoku Presidential Candidate) their gang of conmen are chronic political fraudsters and will remain sore losers until they stop defrauding unsuspecting Nigerians for their own personal aggrandizement.

The long arm of law will surely catch up Edozie Njoku and his gang of political scammers very soon.

Our attention has been drawn to an unfortunate incident that happened today on AIT live broadcast where a band of political buccaneers and misfits gathered under the guise of NEC of All Progressives Grand Alliance (APGA) to purportedly announce the suspension of our revered National Chairman, Ozonkpu Victor Ike Oye and some select national officers of the party.
We wish to state without any equivocation as follows:
1. That the so-called Jude Okeke and his cohorts are not officers or financial members of our great party and, therefore, did not have any powers to speak on behalf of the party.
2. That there was never a time our national chairman, Ozonkpu Victor Oye convened a NEC meeting of the party or any other meeting of the party for that matter
3. That in accordance with Article 13 of the constitution of APGA 2019, only the national chairman of the party could convene meetings of NWC, NEC and National Convention. As we wrote, no such meeting had been convened.
4. That the Supreme Court had made it expressly clear that only the National Convention of a political party could remove the National Chairman of a registered political party
5. That the so-called NEC meeting on AIT was a political hatchet job to create undue tension in the party and misdirect our teeming members. But it was dead on arrival.
6. That the leadership of the party under Ozonkou Victor Oye is intact and working assiduously to deliver on its governorship primary in Anambra State scheduled for June 23, 2021
7. That we are determined to bring the full weight of the law to bear on mischiefmakers and their sponsors who are bent on causing disaffection among our members.
8. That law enforcement agents have been placed on full alert to deal ruthlessly with anybody fomenting trouble in the party as APGA remains a peaceful, law-abiding party where peace, justice and equity prevail.
9. We urge millions of our supporters to ignore the rantings of the rabblerousers and go about their businesses without fear of molestation.

THE ARMAGEDDON CALLED THE AWKUZU SARS, ANAMBRA STATE UNDER CSP JAMES NWAFOR.

AN EYE WITNESS ACCOUNT.

This is going to be unusually lengthy for my piece but, it is necessary to enable a comprehensive understanding of the modus operandi of Awkuzu Sars under Csp James Nwafor. I will try as much as possible to narrow it down to the essential points.

My coming in contact with the outfit started on August 1st 2013, when my Upper class hotel was demolished. On the very date, I drove into my hotel from my residence at around 7.30 in the morning. Minutes after that, a truck load of Police men arrived and surrendered my hotel. It did not take long before the crowd started gathering outside of the hotel as I looked through my office window.

It took sometime before some of the police officers walked into my office with Dr Justin Nwankwo. My other hotel staff has already been beaten to a pulp down stairs. I introduced myself and they said that they wanted to search the whole of the hotel premises and I said no problem.

We started from the last floor of the hotel, room after room and most of the rooms were occupied by guests that are mostly traders from Cameron. We finally got to the first floor but before then, one of the officers had demanded that we show them room 102.

When we got to room 102, the door was locked and I turned and asked Dr Nwankwo Justin whether a guest paid for the room the day before and he said yes. I asked about the manifest of the hotel lodging and he said that he had submitted the police copy to SCIB at the Central Police station Onitsha which every hotel is obligated to do before 7A.M. every day. I instructed him to bring our own copy which he hurriedly did and we showed it to the police. The guest gave his name as John Obi.

The officers insisted on breaking the door and I pleaded with them to wait for the guest for some time. the customers of Upper class hotel are predominantly traders from Cameron and Niger republic and that they carry a lot of cash with them. That has been the case since 1974 the hotel was built because of its nearness to main market Onitsha.

Before I could finish, they broke the door and entered the room. We saw black polyethylene bags ( waterproof) all over the room with an open suitcase. The officers then opened the wardrobe and brought out a bag. Inside the bag was two human skulls with sand all over them and two rusted and unservicable AK47 guns.

I was promptly leg chained on both legs and Dr Justin Nwankwo was handcuffed. I was taken to the outside corridor of the hotel and made to kneel down while holding the exhibits and they took pictures. At that point, from the faces I saw amongst the crowd with axes and matchet , I then knew where the whole incident came from, hazzard of land business along with motor park duel.

By the time I was led downstairs, practically most of the police officers has all headed back to the station with the exception of the ones that accompanied me. The crowd were surging to clearly mob me. Luckily for me, I came to the office with my Q56 infinity SUV and the leg chain gave me some space to drive.

As I entered my SUV and started the Engine and pushed down the vehicle auxiliary, I turned around to the police officers and told them that I already know what happened and that if the crowd rushes at me, I will fill up the MORTUARY at the general hospital Onitsha including myself. As I surged on, one of the police officers opened the vehicle door and started firing rapidly in the air. That pretty well saved me and some of those people.

From the Area command Onitsha, we headed to Awkuzu Sars with Csp James Nwafor and his team. Dr Justin Nwankwo and the staff were packed in one vehicle while I myself, Csp James Nwafor and three other Sars officers were in another vehicle .

When we got to the present ROAD SAFETY office along the Enugu/Onitsha, before you get to Awkuzu Sars, James Nwafor turned around and said to me:

1. You will never see that hotel again.

2. He will kill me whether I am innocent or
or not and that, if I am innocent,
may my blood be on him and his
children.

When we then entered Awkuzu proper, Dr Justin Nwankwo was kept in their torture hall while I was taken behind the torture hall where James Nwafor mostly does his killing. Behind the very torture hall , I was chained to a local weight lifting device . After some period James Nwafor came back with some officers along with one other officer I latter discovered to be his deputy by name Csp Sunday Okpe.

Sunday Okpe inspected the exhibits for some time and asked me the following questions:

1. Where the exhibits recovered in my office and I said no, it was recovered in a guest room.

2. Do we have hotel manifest and I answered yes that we submitted the police copy early in the morning but that my manager has a duplicate copy.

He inspected the exhibits yet again and said that the skulls looks old and that the guns has not been in use for a long time, why all in one bag he asked while the rest looks on. As a turned to leave, he muttered; this looks like mago mago.

His observation did not stop James Nwafor. Not long after that, one of the officers came back with an already written statement and I was asked to sign. I refused saying that I am quite capable of writing my own statement.

My torture commenced immediately. I was overpowered and my shirt was removed from me. They then wrapped my neck with the shirt and then followed it will a green rope and they started pulling from both ends. Gentlemen I was gone. They then appended my thumprint on the prepared statement that substantiated the allegations against me. Meanwhile Dr Justin Nwankwo was seeing hell in the torture hall.

When I eventually regained consciousness, I found myself in their death chamber called cell 5. It is the cell that is reserved for those James Nwafor will kill. Congested and extremely dirty. Food is not allowed in the very Cell unless periodic loafs of bread which is shared in slices. One bucket of water every day for drinking.

The shock of my life happened on the second or the third day of being in the very cell 5. There is this small boy of between the age of 19 and 22, a second year Engineering student of FUTO. He calls me uncle. He told me that he is an only son of the mother and that his supremely rich uncle, based in lagos wanted to annex his own father's portion of family land and that his father is late. His resistance against the uncle landed him at Sars as a kidnapper and armed robber.

Then, it was either in the second or third night of my staying in the condemned cell, the door of the cell opened late one night. What I saw was a touch light. Names were being called one after the other, 17 names in all including the small boy and they were ordered out and the door closed back.

It did not take more than 15 minutes, gunshots filled the air, nne moh nne moh is all I could hear. The 17 young men were slaughtered cold blood.

I lost it that night. My system just shut down.

It was either the 4th or 5th day that the door opened one morning and it was the same Sunday Okpe that called my name and told me to come out. No energy was left in me because I have not eaten real food except periodic slices of bread. He bought me something to eat along with a malt drink.

I was subsequently transferred to cell 1. After some days, I was called into James Nwafor's office to see my wife and my lawyer professor Umenweke Nnama Meshach. I tried to get Dr. Justin Nwankwo to join me but they refused.

As time went on, I discovered that the case has hanged because there was no complainant. Even James Nwafor voiced out some frustration when he said, the hotel demolition was too fast. This is the same person that told me that I will never see the hotel again.

He became unusually friendly towards me but I knew it was a damage control .The latitude then allowed me to study what truly obtains at the AWKUZU Sars. I witnessed some of the tortures and I became aware of some their cases along with what really happens in the place.

1. I witnessed an incident when a young trading apprentice was arrested by Sars on behalf of the master over a missing 250,000 or thereabout . He broke his spinal cord and died when he was subjected to what they call HANGING TORTURE. He was written off as an armed robber.

2. I witnessed an incident during what they call verification excise or something like that. All the inmates will be brought out in the open yard and all will be seated on the ground. When your name is called, you will stand up and answer some questions. There is this boy that was called up and James Nwafor asked him; Are you from Ogidi ? before the boy could finish saying no, James shot him with a silver coloured pistol which is always with him. The boy bled to death right there.

3. I also witnessed the practice of shifting inmates in the middle of the night to Nneni for the purposes of dodging official inspection of the place. Nneni Sars annex is another abattoir. Starvation of inmates and outright shooting is the rule their. If the government undertakes the excavation of the perimeter of the Nneni anex, The Ezu river will be a joke compared to what will be discovered.

I saw other killings at the very place. Every morning, the inmates of CELL 1 will be called to carry a dead body or two behind the torture hall. Any individual that has been detained by Sars for an extended period of time will tell you exactly that.

Let me clarify an issue here. Csp James Nwafor does not release proven kidnappers or armed robbers, he kills them but, with a negotiated huge amount of money, James will at most, charge the person to court. Outright release of the person is off as far as I know.

What I also know is that, he can be bought to do a particular job, death inclusive, if the price is right.

Let me stop here but there are more details. If the government of the day is desirous of appeasing the victims of Sars, the government should offer immunity to some officers that served under James Nwafor and they will lead investigators to the exact location of corpse dump in the vicinity of Nneni. Some of the Sars victims can at least recover the body of their loved ones for burial.

President Buhari Appoints National Chairman of APGA Member National Steering Committee for Preparation of Medium Term National Development Plan (2021-2025), Nigeria Agenda 2050.

President Muhammadu Buhari (GCFR) has appointed the National Chairman of APGA, Ọzọnkpu Dr. Victor Ike Oye, as a member of the Steering Committee for the Preparation of Medium Term National Development Plan (2021-2025) and Nigeria Agenda 2050.

In a statement signed by the national public secretary of APGA, Barr. Rex Okechukwu and made available to APGA New Media in Awka, the two plans would replace Nigeria Vision 20:2020 and Economic Recovery and Growth Plan, both lapsing by December 2020.

Membership of the Steering Committee is drawn from the public and private sector, as well as opinion leaders among others; who will play key roles in providing oversight, guidance and direction for the preparation of the 2 Plans aimed at accelerated coordinated national economic growth, lifting millions of Nigerians out of poverty and improving the general well-being of Nigerians.

The committee will be inaugurated by the President soon.

Ọzọnkpu's presidential appointment is well deserved and a profound testament to his leadership acumen and sagacity, as well as his demonstrated capacity in people oriented endeavours and nation building.

A stalwart of the All Progressives Grand Alliance (APGA) and the Senior Special Assistant to Governor Willie Obiano on APGA Affairs, Hon. Nnanna Nzewi on Saturday, 9th May 2020 at Umuogboo Obiofia Nnewichi Nnewi, in Nnewi North Local Government Area of Anambra State distributed bags of 5k rice, bags of 5k beans, cash gift, and numerous face masks.

Distributing the items at the Palace (Iba) of Obi Umuogboo, Hon. Nzewi enjoined all to master the art of giving, noting that it was in giving they would receive, adding that the situation at hand called for almsgiving, showing of compassion as well as genuine philanthropy.

Nzewi who is the Coordinator of APGA New Media Group called on sons and daughters of Umuogboo Obiofia Nnewichi and other individuals who were well-to-do individuals in Nnewi to support the poorest of the poorest in society financial and materially.

He admonished the beneficiaries to take solace in the fact that they were hale and hearty, emphasizing that many had died as result of what he described as a killer disease, urging them to endeavour to put on their face masks, wash their hands regularly, maintain social distancing, and also try as much as possible to shun crowded places or environment.

Sit-At-Home : United For Zero Violence Foundation Distributes Bags Of Rice To Six Communities In Anambra

Six communities in the state have benefited from the largesse of the United for Zero Violence foundation, UZV, a non -governmental and nonprofit making organization to cushion the effects of Coronavirus pandemic lockdown.

Flagging off the first phase of the distribution of bags of rice to the selected communities, the coordinator, Mr. Ken Nwabueze, said food remains essential in fighting the pandemic.

Mr. Nwabueze, who is a former Special Adviser to Ex-President George Bush of USA on Science and Technology and the Prime Minister of Ogidi community, who spoke through the state chairman of the Foundation, Mr.Ikechukwu Ikele explained that the Foundation is committed to eliminating all forms of violence in the society adding that without food, people could resort to crime as a result of the hardship.

He disclosed that one thousand bags of rice are to be delivered to the traditional rulers of the selected communities which included Ogidi, four hundred bags, Ogbunike two hundred bags, Nibo one hundred bags, Mgbaukwu one hundred bags, Aguleri one hundred bags and Atani one hundred bags and assured that efforts are being made for more distributions to additional communities in Anambra and Kano states, urging all to stay safe.

Receiving the relief items at his palace, the traditional ruler of Nibo community, Dr Sir Michael Ngene, who appreciated Engineer Nwabueze for his magnanimity, said the gesture will bring succor to indigent and the vulnerable people in the community, adding that his community has complied with measures rolled out by the state government to contain the rampaging virus.

On his part, the Traditional ruler of Ogidi community, lgwe Alex Onyido, who received four hundred bags, expressed gratitude with the Foundation towards ameliorating the sufferings brought by COVID-19.

The Royal father also thanked Governor Willie Obiiano and the COVID-19 committee for their relentless efforts in protecting the citizens and appealed to other well to do individuals and organizations to assist the state government to alleviate the plight of the people.

Reacting to the gesture, the President General, Ogidi Union Nigeria, Mr. Chuka Onubuogu, the Woman Leader, Associate Professor Amaka Okeke and Honourable, Nnanna Nzewi, attributed the charity work to brotherly love and commitment towards the holistic development of the state by the donor and asked other affluent stakeholders to key into such initiative to contain the rising challenges of the pandemic.

This year's Easter comes at a time our nation and the whole world are at a crossroads. It calls for sober reflection by all Nigerians, especially the political class on whose delicate shoulders lies the survival of our great nation. It also demands a rededication of oneself to God and nation for the expiation of our sins.
The awry incidence of the past three weeks have left mankind bleeding and fretful.

How did we get to this frightening situation? This is a question all of us must collectively find answers to.

Humanity now lives in fear of the unknown. All our earthly acquisitions have not helped us to ward of the unseen enemy, COVID. This is why we must engage in soul-searching to see areas our lives need immediate panel-beating.

The world cannot afford to continue to exist if all is well. In fact, it will never be business as usual. This is why we must shun all divisive tendencies occasioned by clannishness and differences in religions, cultures, political parties and tribes. In their places we should nurture love, altruism, patriotism and simplicity epitomized in the death and resurrection of Jesus Christ.

We cannot grow as a nation if we failed to assimilate and put into practice the lessons we learned the hard way during Lent, culminating in the crucifixion of Jesus Christ for the sanctification and salvation of mankind.

This is also an opportunity for all to make amends and lead upright and decent life for the good of our fellow countrymen and women.
Finally, we should work hard to concretize the ideals and ethos for which our forebears fought and died so that our ongoing democratic efforts will yield the desired dividends as we grapple with the new challenges thrown up by COVID-19 pandemic.

ANAMBRA STATE SOCIAL SERVICE IDENTIFICATION (ANSSID)
NUMBER REGISTRATION HITS 300,000 MILESTONE


ANSSID – the acronym for Anambra Social Service Identification, is a creation of the present Government of Anambra State.

It is introduced to uniquely identified all its citizens and residents of the State for planning, social development and other Government social benefits.

The identity management system is coordinated by the Anambra State Board of Internal Revenue Service – AIRS.

A Nigerian fully- owned Software Development Company, Appmart Integrated Limited, was contracted to develop the system in early months of 2018. Using its cutting-edge information technology, the system/project was completed and inaugurated in April of the same year 2018.

Since its launch in April 2018, the system has registered 273,653 individuals and 12,393 business in Anambra State.

The target is that in the next 4 years, it would have registered 60% of Anambrarians - both resident and non-resident, and her residents.

Several gains and advantages can be garnered from the deployment of the identity management system. Chief among them is the fact that it has assisted the State Government in area of enhanced security by identifying the citizens and resident therein. Others are in the areas of planning, implementation of Government policies and social and economic welfare of the citizens and resident of the State, amongst others.

It is hoped other States in Nigeria will also key into this laudable programme for a better Society.

I am glad to convey to you the heartwarming news of the purchase of a magnificent property in Abuja sitting on 4000 sq metres and situated at Katampe near Maitama and Ministers' Quarters.

The property was tastefully finished and very expansive, with two floors and a penthouse and space for future development.

Search and other investigations on the property didn't reveal any encumbrances.

The cost is N220,000,000, including agency and legal fees.

The transfer of ownership and documentation have been completed.

This makes APGA the first political party in Nigeria to own an office complex in FCT. APC and PDP are currently occupying rented offices in Abuja.

Recall that I promised during our National Covention on May 31, 2019 that our great party would move into its property in Abuja before the end of the year. That promise has now been fulfilled.

Anumudu and his foolery, the tactless blackmailer and his dubious Mail leakers

......Court instituted in January,abandoned and now breaking news in July

....EFCC Petitioned in March 2019 and abandoned in May 2019 after they sighted a copy of the letter gifting the said car to Oye by Himphrey Anumudu.

.....Social media trail via his Co-travellers leaked email in July 2019. We are not daft.

Anumudu will not tell them the truth of the matter.

The truth is as follows:

1. Some time in July 2018 Humphrey Anumudu called Victor Oye who was holidaying in London and told him that he had a surprise package for him for his 62nd birthday. Oye's birthday is Juky 17. But Oye not amused asked him what the package was all about. Oye told him he didn't need any surprise package but rather insisted he should reveal what the surprise package was. After several days, he told Oye that it was a birthday gift of Landcruiser car and that his son in law had delivered the car to his house. Oye asked him to go and remove it.
It was after a long period of pleading that lasted over two weeks that he offered to write a personal letter dated August 1, 2018 gifting the car to Oye. He later on insistence brought the original particulars of the vehicle as well. Oye directed that no member of his family should drive car. All the stories by Anumudu were a mere after-thought and well-choreographed to blackmail Oye. Unbelievably, the car is still packed the same way it was delivered in July 2018.

2. Humphrey was a regular visitor to Oye's homes in the village and Lagos where he was lavishly entertained each time he visited.

3. That Anumudu after losing the primary in October/November 2018, started pressing for a return of SUV having crossed over to ZLP. There was never a time the issue of primary was mentioned throughout the communication between Anumudu and Oye.

4. That the previous letter he shared on Facebook with 28 November 2018 date on it was full of concocted lies and blackmail

5. That he (Humphrey) went to court in January 2019. Oye matched him with a SAN. When he realized that the game was going against him after the SAN had filed a reply to Humphrey's lawyers' submission in court. He abandoned the court case and ran to EFCC. He petitioned the EFCC against the wife of Oye.

6. In his submission at EFCC he had deliberately concealed the facts of the matter and instead told them bare-faced lies by twisting the truth to suit his wicked plot.

7. EFCC invited Oye's wife in May 2019. It was there that she tendered the same letter gifting the car to Oye by Anumudu. She also told the EFCC operatives that the matter had been taken to court by Anumudu. This infuriated the operatives who said clearly that by hiding the facts from them Anumudu would have put them in trouble with the court. They took Mrs. Oye's statement, apologized and asked her to go. Humphrey was later reprimanded for lying and bringing a case he abandoned in court to EFCC and when confronted he begged for forgiveness.

9. In May 2019, 8 clear months after, a certain Anambra politician approached Anumudu requesting him to give him the fictitious petition to enable him to use the same to blackmail Oye and stop his second term bid before Governor Obiano. He also told Anumudu that he was going to give the fake documents to his media attack dogs, including Eneh who is now working for him based on an alliance with G-Wagon and Oraifite.

10. Anumudu's fictitious petition now found itself in the leaked email for social media trail. Everyday in the media they try effortlessly to misinform the reading public.

11. All the noise in the media by Oye's traducers is a plot to stop Obiano and APGA in 2022. And we know the truth.

This is the whole truth and nothing but the truth.

⚖Equity Demands That Next Governor of Anambra State Comes from Anambra South - Oye

The National chairman of the All Progressives Grand Alliance (APGA), Chief Victor Oye, in an interview with newsmen, said that equity demands that the next governor of Anambra State in 2022 comes from Anambra South Senatorial district.

Oye said, 'Is that in doubt? The zoning arrangement was started by Peter Obi as an APGA governor then.

Obi insisted that the next governor that will succeed him should come from the northern district, and now that north has done five years, we have just three years to go, and it is very likely it will go to the south.

"When it has gone round, then it can start again from where it started. Everything about the future is in the hands of God, but as a political party, I would like it to go to the southern district for equity sake,” Oye stated.

Reviewing his four years as national chairman of the party, Oye said that APGA had grown to a level where the welfare of its members should be given priority.
