Romance / Re: "Love At 1st Sight" Is This Really True? by iykefresh: 1:59pm On May 31, 2012
For one to claim to have fallen in love with someone else is nothing but lie, deception or misuse of the word "love" for "like" .
What comes at first sight is likeness, it can develope into love when affection comes in.Affection grows with time. Therefore, the proper way to express your feeling for him or her the first time is "Hi......I like you.......
Finally, the simple mathematics there is, love = Likeness + Affection

Based on personal experience, bad breath is one of the worst health conditions one can find his/herself. To me, it's worst than HIV. The stigma, the embarrassment, the costs - friendship, job and other opportunities and even marriage are better imagined than experienced. There are even cases of suicides due to halitosis.I know what it feesl like to have mouth odour because I was once a victim. It almost destroyed my life, people were avoiding me like plaque . It got to a point I had to tell lies and give all kinds of excuses just to avoid public functions and social gatherings. My self-esteem was shattered.
I know that someone reading this post might be going through similar experience in his/her life. My message to you is there is solution to the problem. Am not talking about expensive oral products which at the end even make the problem worse with attendant side effects. The solution am going to reveal to you costs almost nothing compared to buying oral products. It is very very effective with zero side effect.

Marvis4real: So u want ppl to live wit their problem and wait 4 u to creat a blog? It's not tfair.
Marvi4real, please don't get me wrong. When it comes to Halitosis, some cases can be more complex than what most of the dentists and doctors can comprehend. Real solutiont was only discovered about ten years ago. Therefore, most of them were trained when the solution was not in sight. The minority that have gotten the knowledge will never ever tell you because that will greatly reduce their client base and you know what that means - their income flow will greatly reduce especially the dentists.
Finally, to calm your frustration, it's because of the hydra-headed nature of some cases of halitosis that has informed my idea of creating a comprehensive package that will take care of various types of halitosis ranging from acute to chronic(mild to worse). So I don't want anybody to be left out. Don't worry I will do that very soon.

Health / Re: What's D Healthiest Way For Me To Put On Weight by iykefresh: 6:19pm On May 06, 2012
Since you want to add weight, for fatty foods that contains only saturated fats, eat balanced diets that contains measured quantity of carbohydrates and fibres. A little exercises a little rest. Finally, try as much as possible to give yourself about an 8 hour sleep within every 24 hour. The result would be wonderful.

My solution is not an over- the-counter solution where one had to spend almost his life savings on products, which does little or nothing to solve the problem. This is what no doctor or dentist would tell you because it's your pocket that keep them in business.
Health / Re: Weight Loss/gain For Ladies Trying To Conceive by iykefresh: 9:37pm On May 04, 2012
For one to avoid weight gain one should avoid taking backed foods made with white floor, soft drinks, foods rich in carbohydrate, fatty and oily foods.A 45 minute exercise, at least, four times a week will do you a lot of good. Also, try to find the amount of calories contained in every quantity of food you take. This measure will help you know the number of times you need to perform your weekly exercises so as to keep every unit of calories in check before it wrecks havoc in/on your body.
Take enough fruits and vegetables on daily basis.
Finally,take lots of water.

Politics / Re: 34 People Killed At Potiskum Cattle-Market In Yobe State by iykefresh: 5:36pm On May 03, 2012
Calebsky: At least 34 people have been killed in an attack on a cattle market in north-eastern Nigeria, security officials have told the BBC.

Another 29 people were injured, said Nigerian military spokesman Col Dahiru Abdussalam.

The market in Potiskum, Yobe state, was set on fire by gunmen armed with explosives.

Police say the attack may be in revenge for the killing by traders of a man who had earlier tried to steal cattle.
'

The joint taskforce, a combined operation between Nigeria's army and police, is pursuing the "unidentified gunmen", Col Abdussalam said.

"A group of gunmen armed with around 20 explosives and assault rifles attacked the Potiskum cattle market," police spokesman Toyin Gbadegesin told the AFP news agency.

"They threw explosives and shot indiscriminately, setting fire to the market, killing lots of livestock and wounding many people, mostly cattle dealers," he said.

A gang of men locked the gate of Potiskum's fenced cattle market, trapping many traders and livestock inside, residents told the BBC.

The market - a bustling trading hub, with cattle on sale from neighbouring Chad, Cameroon and Niger - was razed to the ground late on Wednesday and many animals were also burned to death, residents say.

Witnesses say they saw several bodies being removed from the market.

Correspondents say the attack does not appear to be the work of the radical Islamist group Boko Haram, which has carried out deadly bombings and shootings across northern Nigeria, including Potiskum, in the past 20 months.
