that's true, things are cost but I'll rather add money to that 450k to get pencil light camry at 550-600k because of assurance

I can't get golf 3 at 400k sef, if I have to get Nigeria used golf 3 at 400k i won't have to spend upto 10k to fix things. a car with 350k that had normal engine is still cool, 50k can fix things there, golf maintenance is not costly, na car I used for a year, I fix my relay myself, the fan which is always the issue with mine

with 1.6 and 1.8 good engine you're good to go

You are right sha, where is your location, make I come check out some cars to doubley huzzle or if you don't mind drop your Watsapp number.

this is not a paper work, that was my first car when I look for Job for years and left with cheap salaries

350k will get u golf from a private user 50k to fix anything that might arise, so far you're not delivering for anyone, save 1k everyday for damages this will cover maintenance

nothing is impossible if you're positive and objective

Bro I understand you, but with the current price of cars in Nigeria, everyone is selling at high price now. At least one can still see a use one that is manageable at 450,000

with that 400k I bought golf 3 from a civil servant 350k, fix it with 50k then I used his documents to hustle for 6months
I got my money within three months, sold the car after 1year to get pencil light camry, he used capital to buy slavery, he need psychological touching

Bro the calculation is always easy on paper, till you find yourself in one. The Golf 3 you want to buy for 350,000 must definitely ask for repair often, again you are not the only driver looking for passengers, there are good and bad days, I am into the huzzle so I understand wellaa. God bless all huzzlers.

I guess u r a SURVEYOR cus am 1. This the best solution, cheers brother

Lolz seriously I am not a suveyor, I am a farmer and I do help setup farms so I know how painful it can be if deligence background check is not properly done on any land before making payment. So it is always advisable to have your red copy survey, this will let you know the purpose of the land you are buying be it residential, commercial, farming, government acquisition e.t.c.

Any money I see from now on I will just leave this shit hole Country for good.

There are no signboard of government acquisition, not everyone knows where to go about these things, this is my second land investment going down the drain

Government will not put any signboard on government acquisition lands, next time before paying make sure a genuine surveyor charted the land at the state ministry of lands before making any payment, you can still go ahead to do a follow up yourself to be double sure, then it is always good to have your red copy survey and building plan to avoid story that touches the heart like this. Peace

I think the guy invested the proceed from the wheel barrow business into another lucrative business that he is not willing to share.

I know ordinary cab boys that stash away 50 to 70k weekly.. how much more sb that makes his rat poisons almost from wastes ,and with profit margins of upto 300 percent. a very poor day's sale of just 10k could net upto 8k as profits

This your quote get as e be ooo cab boys stashing away 50-70k weekly so people that drive bus should be able to save 200-250k weekly then 800k-1million monthly then in a year save 12million and so on, bro it's always easy to calculate on paper than real life. Remember there are days the car would be with the mechanic for few days or week, police and union wahala e.t.c. I am a huzzler and I can put it to you that there are smooth and rough days, no man can boost of the same revenue everyday for 365 days, healthwise, market crisis e.t.c. has there own contribution too, imagine during lockdown last year, Peace

Bro, a tokunbo Micra cost less than 900k. I just sold one this January

Then the micra must elther be the one you converted or the one you reassemble here (I mean the one with its roof cut off and join here). Because a clean and direct micra is way over a million naira now

A used one cost between 350k and 450k

I have plugs who can sell it for you also one thing about this car is that it rarely dies no matter how used it is or the condition it is in, the whole engine cost 80k or so and all you have to do is give it a new nucleus and it has started work again

No sir the engine is now 115k-120k without gear and the part is becoming more expensive now due to the high demand.

Speaking from experience it is not a bad idea

Reason because this car econlisation of fuel is out of this planet

I don’t even think you can calculate the air to fuel Mpg ratio

For instance 500 Naira fuel can last you for journey in between Ibadan to and fro and you end up cashing up to 5k

The car economisation is out of this world
If you want to use it for delivery business it is the best option because it is a car there are some places bikes are too dangerous for and a bike cannot carry logistics in bulk

Forget you see micra in Ibadan in their thousands it doesn’t matter if you want to quickly and swiftly deliver your customer items with little or no cost then pls go for it

There is no other choice
Also the car spare parts are as cheap as bread and butter

Oga you try but the 500 fuel part and cheap part was in the past oooo

From your previous threads I think you and your husband need to sit and discuss extensively on your marriage. God bless you
