Politics / Re: Magodo Residents Now Enjoy Stable Electricity After Signing An Agreement by jaybee3(m): 7:14am On Aug 28, 2019
CeterisXVII:

The telecoms industry should never be compared to the electricity sector. Both of them are totally different from each other.

The barriers to entry in the power sector are infinitely higher, than those in the telecoms sector. The mode of operations are different, and even the returns on investment are poles apart.

It would take the power sector about 6 times the number of years it would take the telecoms sector, to upgrade and overhaul its' infrastructure.....not to mention the prohibitive cost of doing so.
I could have sworn they are under the same utility and as such conform to the same competitive pricing modulation

There should be equal access. Access should not be based on whether you can pay higher tariff.

Competitive pricing will increase access and in turn improve customer experience

Think about the Telecoms model of open market

Electricity in Nigeria is no more a right and a social a memory but a commodity that is now being sold by the govt to the highest bidder.. If this is true then it's a shame

It should be free for all or what exactly is your point?

data downloaded from INEC server in .csv.

The real server snapshots before the download are attached after that excel sheet and you can also see them on the website I referenced in my op.

Why are you confusing yourself dude?

You can download data from SQL server in any specified delimited file format be it flatfiles (csv or txt) or excel

Anyone can recreate the image using the same data and table names. You need to be able to provide activity logs on the server to prove the figures were manipulated

Just so you know this is a dead end for PDP, if INEC truly does have a database storing all these information, the script used for collating the result might be using a truncate and load meaning data are constantly being refreshed. Unless you can match historical view of the table which INEC might not have, it will be impossible to reconcile the figures PDP are using for their defence.

So, there are no Christian that are fit for the position, would you have reacted this same way if the table turns around.

Decision should be solely based on capability not direct discrimination because Nigeria is a secular nation.

This is a secular nation for crying out loud.
You are even polite with your abuse. Phew!!!

So by your own estimation, how has the religious/tribal sharing formula safeguarded us from corruption or inept leadership?

Why should we keep doing the same thing and expecting different results?

Shouldn’t we be clamouring for the best people holding leadership positions irrespective of their known fault lines?

Your analysis is devoid of reasonable logic. From what is going on, it's obvious elections were manipulated in favour of the APC in the Presidential elections. The presumed integrity of PMB is a fallacy. We need electoral reforms for the country to move forward.

How can it be devoid of logic when outcomes are different despite having the constant?
Constant = Electorate

Unless your claim is that both outcome was engineered/manipulated of which that will be beyond ridiculous

does those look like spreadsheets to you?

you see server config details including IP and Mac addresses and you still call them spreadsheets?

You think it’s hard to configure a server with those details?

You think Inec will be stupid/non security conscious to allow remote connection to their databases to enable data extraction?

Recreating such image by uploading spreadsheet result using import wizard is as easy shaku shaku

The only way to access information from a server that’s connected to a closed network is via whistle blowing after forensic integrity of extracted data will have to be ascertained to validate claims

And this is one big mistake many ladies make and I will take time out to explain.

I always tell these ladies abroad..." if you love him, take the risk" whether he has papers or not.

Shits happen and marriage crash for many reasons but if the marriage between two western citizens break up they tag it irreconcilable difference but if it is between a western citizen and a foreigner who is not a citizen they call it scam marriage or green card marriage...how weird.

If a lady is good and very wifeable I believe almost every man will love such in the shortest possible period cos I know it takes at least 2years to get papers through marriage in U.S and 5 to 11 years in U.K so if a guy lives with you for a year and he still has no interest to be with you then something is wrong somewhere.

Secondly, most guys with papers don't want ladies with papers cos they know they are better of single considering the hot girls looking for guys with papers...so this simply means most ladies with papers who font want guys without papers may remain single for a very long time.

As i wrote earlier...if you truly want a guy..paper or no paper...GO FOR HIM AND TAKE THE RISK.

You are still here chatting shyte as always

I hope you are giving all these advice as a married man sha?

You do realize that Jonathan got 1.4m votes in Rivers the last time yeah?

I’m sure you know River State Majorly used Incidence Form as opposed to PVC in the last election. Basically, the vote cast was massively inflated and it ain’t going to happen this time around.

The margin % wise will probably reflect reality on ground but absolute vote cast won’t trend like last election
