Thanks Man, some people needs it hard before it sinks in. Both order and Loyalty a WO owes a Lieutenant. But you know as usual, most of this WO are matured folks and are even looking forward to retirement. So in age the Lieutenant respects the WO..But WO shouldn't push it further.

The same thing do happen in the police, A friend of mine in his mid 20s was an ASPII from POLAC, There was a day that an Inspector (about 50 years of age) disrespected and refuse to follow his orders.. The inspector was locked up for 3 days and after several pleas from the superiors, they release him and transfer him to a remote area in Ekiti, the insp. is regretting it till today..

Some people will just be talking about what they don't know..
A WO will always take orders from a LT even if the WO has spent 34years in service and the LT was commisioned yesterday... but the LT go dey give him respect because the WO ghat more experience.. but when it comes to Obeying ORDERS, the LT is superior and the WO must obey him/her.
