Agriculture / Is Cassava Flour Paleo-friendly? by Jebfoods: 10:27am On Sep 30, 2021
To answer straight YES. Cassava Flour is Paleo Friendly, Let me explain in more details.
Cassava is a starchy root vegetable that is also known as cassava or Yuca. Cassava flour is Paleo and also AIP-Paleo compatible (while almond flour is not)

It has a light taste that is most reminiscent of potato flour.

Cassava is a gluten-free, grain-free, and nut-free tuberous root vegetable.

I can go on and on, but I will love seeing this full article for more clarity.
Hope it helps

Both products are made from cassava root, but cassava flour incorporates the whole root, whereas tapioca flour is made up of only the starchy part of the plant.
In most recipes, cassava flour can be swapped evenly for tapioca, but the fiber content gives it slightly more thickening power.

There is more to cassava and tapioca flour.

Lets see the usefulness and the baking properties.

Agriculture / Do You Know Cassava Can Make Your Skin Softer And Fresher....see MORE by Jebfoods: 10:11pm On Aug 23, 2021
I have been a fan of cassava flour for the past 8 years and i must say that living healthy is more than just munching away on something that we think is nutritious.

Getting to know what is healthy and keeping us alive is really important especially if you are a baking geek like me.

If you are not into baking as well, I advice you should look into this.

Children loves to bake and they will become articulate when they are introduced into baking.

Now let me stay on the topic, there are some incredible benefits of cassava flour which includes skin exfoliants and can be used as face mask as well.

There are more healthy benefits like, it is gluten free and nutritional benefits

If you can support,why not?
Cassava is the most simplest crop to grow if you know the technical know how.

Very well and i am hoping the environment in Nigeria will be good enough to allow for farming especially on a larger scale
Agriculture / Why Are Nigerians Not Into Cassava Plantation by Jebfoods: 2:00am On Aug 10, 2021
Let me say here that i am very much aware that the insecurity in the country is a major factor militating against Agriculture in Nigeria.
Few years ago i ventured in to cassava plantation. hmmmm Dont let me say what happened to my 10 hectares of land in one small town in Osun State.

Them never begin kidnap like this then o.. (2007)

But then i didnt even make my money back from what i invested in the farm. hmmmm But here now i see the huge benefit of Agriculture especially Cassava.

Do you know how many things cassava can do either locally or internationally.

You can make money and i mean a lot of it if you can successfully plant and harvest cassava in your location. The good thing is, it will alwasy grow no matter where you are in Nigeria.

Okay o...Let me answer what i guess you are itching to ask away...

Is cassava planting profitable..

To answer you straight, yes it is profitable. At least from the one i did, i guess i was not patient enough then to wait till the second year.

I already moved before profit came to the farm.

Let me tell you more about the questions here...

SO i will not have to write twice.... wink..
