@ yeyechris. A very good day to you. Please I will appreciate if you can answer the following questions 1. Total salary for Principal Managers. How much is basic and other allowances respectively? 2.Did NSITF provide your accommodation during the induction? 3.Were you asked to resume immediately at your new posting? 4.Is there any car allowance or car attached to PMs' package? Thanks for ur anticipated response.

Hello forumites,i sent someone to Nsitf H/O today, after much dribling,he met with the man in possession of the now moribund list.
The truth is that according to the man with the list, they are no longer using that list so he refused to show him the list rather he asked for my name, ran through his system, asked for the spelling of my surname and told the guy that my name was not in his system. How ever, he told him that if only we could get a letter from a political top shot,my name will be included in the 2nd batch list that he is working on currently.
The import of this is that they are no longer following the list.According to the guy i sent, over 20 letters of employment in care of Chief Tope, have been left unclaimed (those are the only letters and a very few others left in the public domain).
The so called 2nd batch is strictly based on referrals.

This is part of the so called transformation agenda of a government that lacks direction, focus and a sense of responsibility.
One should not be surprised because in the first instance, the MD was the former head of finance in the old nsitf, presently the former MD is facing accusations of fraud that led to his exit, one wonders how possible it was for the Head of finance not to have known about the fraudulent practices;instead he was made acting MD.In this circumstances, one should expect that because he is there based on favouritism,it there follows that every action of his will be highly political in other to please those who ensured his survival at all cost.
I really don't see him as a good administrator.

So my advice is that no one should be deceived into thinking of a 2nd batch based on any list from the consultants.

My candid advice to forumites is that while waiting for the list of successful front door candidates, one should bear in mind, the fact that the backdoor exercise will most definitely reduce the number of those to be taken from the front door.Let's not forget the fact that the employment exercise was based on available and approved vacancies with grade levels and functions. Therefore, the more entrants through the back door, the less the number from the consultant's successful list. For instance,if just 1 PM is needed in unit A for a particular function, and someone with the back door connection with the same qualification seeking for that grade level and function has collected employment letter,it means that the supposedly succcessful candidate in the front door list will have to be dropped.I suspect that the delay in releasing the official list is not unconnected with this development, hence the need to reconcile the 2 books in other to eliminate confusion whereby for instance 2 PMs will be given offer letters for same job.I sent a friend who resides in abuja to nsitf office yesterday to check the list but he was given the impression that there was no such list ready for now. This is just food for thought.

I agree that there is the need for interested applicants who deserve the jobs to be more outspoken in order to get the needed attention.
interestingly,i feel so sad that someone who probably doctored his or her educational profile through hooks, crooks or back door, has also gotten
a government job before those who truly deserve it,through same back door culture.i wonder if that forumite actually sat for the test and interview. If he/she did and passed, does that mean that the standard of the test was poor? Please forumites who did the test was it so cheap that some one without a basic understanding of the use of english could pass and then slip through the chat without being noticed? For the position i applied for i didn't go through the test.i just had a chat at ilupeju but i am seriously disturbed with such grammatical spellings.Forumites please explain-- was the test so cheap?

Afolisho thanks for your observation and remarks. This is my very first contribution here, though I have always followed the thread since november. With these revelations regarding the back door offer letters, one can rightly conclude that nsitf may just turn out to be like every other government institution with the likes of that forumite that afolisho commented about,as staff.I wonder if that offer letter of his/hers was based on a graduate Level.
