These people should better start by removing the subsidies in their salaries and send the corrupt people to prison before we will believe that they are not ripping us the poor masses.

I do not condone fraud in anyway, but what do you think EFCC in Nigeria will do? They will sing hallelujah and see your brother as a vine yard and will even encourage him in what ever he is doing so that they will keep coming for their own cuts.Don't be surprised if you are eventually questioned by the authority. The best is to talk to him and maybe get people with a sincere mind that will ask him to stop.
