It is very possible because history made it known that a lot of africans were taken as slaves to america ,they remained there after regaining freedom generations later .This was what led to Black Americans or African Americans.Who knows if T.d Jakes forefathers were captured that same way from nigeria to america.Alot of black american celebrities have traced their route to african countries.After all they are not from the moon.

I would  attend based on two conditions, first if we broke up on a friendly note  and secondly if i am happily married before then. If these conditions are not there especially the second one i won't attend.

The reason your girlfriend gave to you for passing the night in another guy's house is very lame.I guess that to a very large extent you should be able to tell what she is capable of doing or not.It is not proper for her to have slept there atall? First and foremost it could be possible she went there with a clean heart, not intending to mess around but what about the guy,can same be said of him? Secondly since both of them are humans and are not related by blood you can not rule out the possibility of an affair. Am not saying that they are having affair but it can happen in this type of situation.You should not take this issue lightly because this is a lady you are planning to spend the rest of your life with, otherwise i  would say you quit the relationship than marry a lady you might not be able to trust.The issue of lack of trust and unfaithfulness has destroyed so many marriages today.
