Religion / Re: To Tithe or Not to Tithe? by Julee(f): 12:50pm On Oct 18, 2006
@hnd
Reading about Rev. King will not stop me from paying my tithe cos I know where I pay it. Those who payed their tithe in his church have wasted their money cos I can't pay my tithe in a church like his or any other headed by a fake pastor.
Religion / Re: If Your Mum Is Practising Witchcraft On You by Julee(f): 11:46am On Oct 18, 2006
I pity those who say that witchcraft does not exist and no human being can use supernatural power to kill. Don't worry, when you are attacked one day, you will know it exists.
Religion / Re: To Tithe or Not to Tithe? by Julee(f): 11:15am On Oct 17, 2006
@TV01 and HND Holder
I have read through some posts and I don't have the time to read through all of them.
I am only saying what is right .If you are not paying your tithe, fine and stop complaining about people who are paying and those who receive it.
I don't have time for arguments.

Religion / Re: To Tithe or Not to Tithe? by Julee(f): 11:20am On Oct 16, 2006
It is compulsory for a christian to pay tithe. I don't know why some people are bothered about how tithes are being used by the pastors. If the pastor of the church where you pay your tithe is fake, leave that church as you can not enjoy the benefit of paying your tithe and look for a good church.

Politics / Re: Is Nigeria Ready For A Female President? by Julee(f): 3:48pm On Sep 20, 2006
@ Nkila
Women can neither teach men or rule men

What of the countries like Liberia, Germany and Ireland where women are ruling.
Why do you think Obj appoints women in certain positons especially where men have failed to delivered?

I think the best is Prof. Dora but she is not willing to contest.
Politics / Re: President Of Nigeria In 2007: Who? <Poll> by Julee(f): 3:32pm On Sep 20, 2006
Those who have ruled before should go and rest especially the old ones so that the young ones can rule.

And I think it is high time we got a female president.

Politics / Re: President Of Nigeria In 2007: Who? <Poll> by Julee(f): 1:43pm On Jul 24, 2006
You are welcome,Eurphoria

Every state claims that their governors have done a lot of things for them in their state and especially those coming out for the presidency which makes me to wonder what they did.
The governors who are coming out for the presidency can't make good leaders. They are only advertising them.eg in Portharcourt, Aba there is serious flooding especially in Aba where majority of the roads are in a very terrible state. And the governor of Zamfara is also contesting and this makes me to think of what will happen to Nigerians especially the non-muslims if he eventually wins. The most amusing is that when Peter and Uzor are contesting, Achike is also contesting. All these things makes me sick when everyday most of the time I hear vote for this person vote for that person. One certain day, I saw women of Akwa Ibom state committing the person they have chosen to be the next president to the hands of God.I was expecting to see maybe a woman, who I saw was their governor. when I saw him, I just laughed.
When everybody are claiming that their governor is the best candidate I wonder who am going to believe. undecided

Education / Re: About Your Primary Or Secondary School In Nigeria by Julee(f): 2:38pm On Jul 21, 2006
I attended a catholic primary school so most of the time time they like to discipline the pupils. When greeting the teachers, we use their names as in good morning Mrs. Okobi she was the headmistress then. The supervisors are usually reverend sisters. Their was this particular one we had that if we see her as we are making noise in the class, the whole class will be as silent as a grave and not only her, the headmistress also. Then we were told not to buy anything outside and if you are caught you will be in real trouble. So we buy thing s when there are no pupils around. Also I can remember that every morning they inspect the pupils in order to bring out the dirty ones and those not putting on white socks and a brown sandal.

Education / Re: Your School Anthem by Julee(f): 2:02pm On Jul 21, 2006
I attended Our Lady of Apostles Secondary School Yaba Lagos.
Verse 1
Queen of apostles oh Mary we hail thee
Queen and mother of us thou art
As we pour sweet praises upon thee
As they rise from our loving hearts
When they reach thee beyond the skies
Grant to us your merciful eyes
Chorus
Watch o'er our children
Our queen and our mother
, (can't figure out the word) to our service our hearts are sworn
Pray for us,speak for us,walk with us,plead for us
Queen of our apostles
The star of the morning.

I don't know the rest of the anthem.
