achukwunet: "I go buy moto to carry you oh"

Yet he deh sit on bicycle

I go, means he is promising to do something that he has not done yet. So the bicycle is on point. Just like a guy telling a girl I will buy you car ...etc even when he doesnt have the dough yet. Thats how you should see that scene.

How Police go work when you give am GUN and no gree pay am salary? We lucky say Naija police good, if na America... na another thing we go dey talk. By giving him a GUN and not treating him right you are actually telling him to fend for himself with his Gun.
Politics / Nigerian Police Is The Best by Kaboom1: 8:15pm On Jun 25, 2012
The Nigerian Police are probably the most hated group in Nigeria after the Boko Haram. Most of the citizens can't stand them. But the most important question that need to be answered is; Are the Nigeria Police always like this or how did it come to this?

Religion / Are You Surprised About Pastor Chris Okotie’s Divorce? by Kaboom1: 3:00pm On Jun 25, 2012
With so many people giving their opinion on this particular divorce, one of the best we have found so far is from Nollywood Director and Producer Mr Charles Novia titled PASTOR CHRIS’ CRISIS
I was a member of that church from 1996 to 2005 and I can readily testify that PC is a gifted teacher of the word. However, I’m inclined to look beyond such spiritual adulations and dissect the fallibilities of the man and his foibles as a human being. For those who would be inclined to comment that ‘ don’t speak out against a Man of God’ and other such crap, please take your sanctimonious comments to the Gentiles who need such.http://studio90online.com/pastor-chris-okoties-divorce-are-you-surprised/

Family / Re: Which Stands Better In Marriage, Love Or Children? by Kaboom1: 11:34pm On May 08, 2012
ifihearam: Let me very clear here: there is no such thing like true undiluted love without kids....
When a man and woman that claims to be madly in love finally gives birth,my dear the man and woman transfers 80% of the love they have foe each to their child/children as the case may be.
In a nutshell the primary aim of marriage is for children becos if a sitation presents itself God forbids between making a choice over ur child between father and mother,u will be shocked that everyone would prefer the child.. So u see.

Are you making a generalization, or just in Naija alone? Cause my former neighbors opted not to have kids and when I asked why, they said they wont have time for the kids, their love is just for each other... Lots of couples in Europe and America are like this too so yes there is true love without kids. There are also others that would choose each other over their children. I saw a woman who said she love her husband so much and would choose him over their beautiful kids, to such, the kids would someday grow move on and live their own lives

Religion / Nigerians Might Judge GOD! by Kaboom1: 10:15pm On May 08, 2012
If somebody says Oyedepo, Adeboye, TB Joshua or Chris Oyakhilomen might not make heaven all hell will break loose here why? Most would not even notice the key word MIGHT, like Rambo they would tear whoever made such a statement, but why? Simply reason is we are currently in the dispensation of Pastor Worship where we forget that they are all mare mortals facing the same human life of Sin even when they might aspire to serve God. People no longer see these people as mortal men, but demi-gods so the very thought that they wont make heaven is unthinkable and many here might Judge GOD if their own pastor don't make heaven. This line of thinking has made many put their trust on their pastors, bishops and GO's rather than the Bible. So it is very common to hear "My Pastor says.... and not "My Bible says.... The saddest thing about these Pastor worship is the tireless "Touch not my anointed and do my prophet no harm" A verse people quote out of content because they don't understand who it's meant for.. Why don't people quote one of the greatest commandment God gave, "Love your neighbor as yourself"? but they will be ready to say all type evil things about each other just to protect their demi-god Pastor. This post is not to put any pastor down or tarnish their image, but to get Christians minds off their pastors and back to GOD. Dont spend too much time defending your pastor, spend time defending your GOD, spend time defending your Bible.
Religion / Re: Here Is A List Of Churches That Has Derailed In The Message Of Holiness. by Kaboom1: 9:52pm On May 08, 2012
A lot of you bunch never seems to amaze me. The OP made his point known and instead of correcting him if he lied you are busy insulting him. If what he said is true, then how is he judging? Salvation is personal, so whether he mentions your church or not should not bother you, what should bother you is your personal relationship with GOD. By the way is your church preaching Salvation 80% of the time? If yes then what the OP wrote should not bother or offend you
Politics / Re: Osun Kicks Off N300m Hydro-power Project. by Kaboom1: 9:27pm On May 08, 2012
So with N300Million such good projects could be carried out? Yet some of these politicians see this amount as peanuts to be spent of their girlfriends and frivolous lifestyles. That's why they steal $billions like child's play.
Family / Re: Does A Father Have The Right To Excessively Beat His Children? by Kaboom1: 6:58pm On May 05, 2012
pheesayor: Ayo and Tunde are brothers, Ayo is 11 while Tunde is 8. (Not real names, they are actually igbos).
They live with their father, their mum is seperated from their dad. The elder is very brilliant and catches up easily, he's in jss 2 and his father shows him much love. The younger however is in primary 4 and is not as brilliant / sharp as his elder brother. The father expects him to be as brilliant as the other so he spends time everyday teaching him and overloading his brain, at times to as late as 9-10pm. If he makes mistake the father beats him mercilessly, at times he punches him and even spits on him. Now the boy feels less important and his morale drops by the day, his mother is not home to defend him. The father simply unleashes anger on the boy, as I'm typing his head is swollen and the father has refused to listen to anybody, he has the strong belief that overworking his brain with assignments will make him brilliant. The boy needs help but there is no one to help him.
I know the beatings are not justified but how can the boy be helped before the father kills him?

The Idiot should first look up the meaning of the word "FATHER" it does not include battering your kids. You should call the cops because even in Nigeria it is against the law. By keeping silent of this gross child abuse, am sorry to say you are also part of it. The Man is EVIL for spitting a somebody created by God

tpia@:

yes she looks like she is suffering in silence.

that's how suffering people look.

No she is not suffering in Silence! She actually has the upper hand in this relationship. If she is fed up with the marriage, she will kick the man out of the house and still get child support. In Holland, the law favors the women so much and there is little you can do about it.
Celebrities / Re: Picture Of Anita Hogan With Her White Family by Kaboom1: 9:10pm On Apr 26, 2012
naijarican: Ewwwwwww, that relationship has got to be about money cuz I don't see how beautiful black women could get with old arse crackaz like that!!! He must have knew Jesus in kindergarten. shocked

This is what Hate and Racism does to people! Look at the words you used in describing the Man. Well it is not about money because if it were, she has no business having kids with the guy...and if you know anything about Holland, you will realize that most people there live an average life. It's not like The US where you have the Rich, Middle Class and poor. Most people in Holland are middle class, not Rich or poor
