Yes you can as long as you got married in truth and your name is included in the form she sent to KCC. You must also have enough proof of marriage authenticity.

I am a DV 2013 winner, was also on Administrative Process and I was eventually called after the Embassy visitation to my house. Let him be consistent in whatever information he gave and be prayerful. ..that is the only action God needs from him and the rest will be a testimony in Jesus Mighty Name. Amen.

Balance doesn't matter. ..have applied with almosr zero balance and I was issued. What is most important is the flow of a healthy account and a proof of consistent income that is sustainable.

I am sure you got the banks wrong. What they mean is that you make a deposit of $300 monthly not minimum balance. ..you can always withdraw your money and put them back each month at a calculated expenses. I have BOA account. ..the only time I did not meet the requirements is this December cos I travelled to Nigeria. Open your account and manage the required monthly deposit.

Every update is received. You can update your forms sent to KCC. I updated mine more than 5 times. The last update was used during my interview. Do your best and leave the rest to God. .

AP is Administrative Process. Yes, was paid a visit on further investigation on my case.

It depends on what the issue is. Mine took 2 weeks for the Consulate visitation and 1 month + 2 days before I was called back to bring my passport. I wish you the best. Hold on to God and His promises for you. He is working on your case.

Go with your Company Registration Certificate and ID Card. I was self employed in Nigeria... just submitted the certificate alongside all other documents. I wasn't really asked but to be on the safe side...go with it to defend your work experience and history.

Option 2 is possible, all they have to present is a marriage certicate, a sworn affidavit of the intention, their sim packs to confirm they are the owners of the said phone lines and application letter for the request duly signed by the couple. It must be made clear that all they want is a print out of just the undersigned conversation because not all conversation will be printed, only the numbers noted and signed for. I wish them the best.

I don't think option 2 is gonna work. Talking from experience. They will never divulge such information to you. Except law enforcement agents.

You can always fill another form and send to KCC...I filled over 10 forms updating my educational informations as it progresses. Even filled a week to my interview. It was the one I filled last before my interview that was used. Do the correction and resend to KCC. They are humans, they know we are bound to make mistakes as long as we correct them for clarity, there is no wahals.remember to swear an affidavit for the name thing. Despite my many forms...the last one was Used and my visa was approved. Stay blessed.

Update the forms sent to KCC which must include the baby. Get the baby's documents ready and go with the baby for interview. You can also call KCC to discuss whatever it is you need clarifications for. There is no harm in having a baby during a DV process. Just make sure u update them. Simple! You will be guided on what to do.

G2Glory: Great forumites. A DV 2014 selectee scheduled for interview in octber just had a baby which she intends to include in the beneficiary list. She had earlier mentioned this with a covering letter during the time she submitted her form.

Right now, she needsyour counsel on whether to contact them on the development right away & how could she intiates that.

Hmmmm.....still right. If there is irregularity with the picture...it is still part of the application that is not right. Did you play it yourself or an Agent. Some agents are clumsy...they mix up pictures and information. So sorry about ur case. Apply for another. All is well. Amen

House ds is wat inside the paper embassy gave me ( this office regrets to inform u dat it is unable to issue a visa to u becuse u av been found ineligible...After careful review of ur application, it has been determind dat u filled out the application incorrectly...u are therefore not eligible to participate in the DV program) but my lawyer asked dem were did I filled incorrectly? Uptill date dey didn't response...Becuse my lawyer av all my copy doc 2 judge deir respons..

The day of my intview co let me knw dat he denied me becuse of my previous picture I used applyed den and he didn't mention any error of my form...

...hmmmm! Qhat kind of paper waa given to you? I am sure they want to take same picture to ur neighbourhood. ..if more than one person can confirm that it is you. I am sure you will be called back. Were you given a contact sheet or denial? You have to strategically plan...do not appeal yet. Verify what thw paper is for. If it is a contact sheet, I will advise you to fill that and submit it as directed so that the consulate can revisit your case quickly knowing that no visa will be issued anymore after September. So sorry about it all.

If you already have your interview notification, you don't need to fill ANY form anymore. Just put together your documents, make 2 copies of each document and 2 passport photographs.
