1. passport issued by?
2. authority to return to?
3. profession for which trained?
4. place /date.........

1&2 are in the passport info section of the form.
3 is towards the middle of the form,?
and 4 is at the end (smwhere bside the passport photo, arround the place where we are to write our email.....

please, people who hve done their interview should help on how these sections of the form should be answered..........vielen danke.......

The first step is to go online and fill the blocked acct opening form, take it to d embassy urself (mon to wed) u don't need an appointment.. After that, u will book appointment while at d embassy as my ogas @d top have said..

Ndyoo: @ sapphire2sap When they sent you email of your interview, did they state time of the interview or is there an expected time for you to arrive for the interview. Why I asked is that I noticed they're strict with time.

This is the brake down:
0.5% (commission) of the 8040, 5% on the commission charges(vat), N4000( telex fee), 25$ or its equivalent in euro(off shore charges). When I did mine it amounted to N25K, dats is approximated value. If u calculate it u ll get the exact amount.

You cannot open a blocked account without an admission letter. But u said that the school said they ll admit you, and that they ll sent the hard copy to u. I feel u shld mail the school to send u a soft copy via the email so that u can carry on with ur accnt opening. I used my own soft copy to open the blked account and I waited for the hard copy so that I cld use it for interview. So try mail the schl to send u the soft copy.
