No o, it has not been fixed. I called them this evening to complain of what happened as it's been reverse, and they said they are having issues with it, both the login mail, and app. And they are still working on it has people has been calling to complain.

So you can call them on this +443007906268 if you want to know the real status of your application. Get your debit card beside you. Also use Airtel line or Etisalat to call as MTN is not connecting

Just sign in to your application, the mail you received after your payment. They'll automatically direct you to the TLS Website.

in my own opinion, immediately that number 3 on the app ticked green, whether you see collection mail or not, go to TLS and collect your passport.

if your biometrics date is mor than 15 WORKING DAYS, you can go there and try your luck IF YOU ARE AROUND TLS

Is it possible to get the vignette in your passport without receiving any mail from the Home Office/TLS

I thought if it's transferred to VAC that means a decision has been taken and waiting to get a mail for pick up.
Pls did you login through your email to link to track or it's was tracked through the TLScontact app from play store.
I noticed something different, in the login through your mail to track it's shows that Application transferred to VAC but the biometric is still on red. when check through the download app from play store it's shows that Application has been received successfully by VAC ticked by green and no.3. Passport ready for collection or delivery yet to be ticked by green, meaning the next stage is for mail. So which is now correct if I may ask pls is it the downloaded app or the login through your email.

Please I tracked it through the email, That's where the "Application Received by VAC" hasn't ticked green while the "Application Transferred to VAC" has ticked green. I just wanted to know if it's still a glitch since it's been long and the Biometric Enr. still at Red. But on the TLS app, the "Passport ready for collection/Delivery" hasn't ticked green yet.

Maybe that’s why they did the glitch thing.
I think everyone that submitted before the announcement and has transferred to VAC will get their passports soon.

The glitch thing is really keeping longer. Because, mine is still at "Transferred to VAC" & the Biometric Enrollment is still Red.
Biometrics: 21st Oct. My application is still awaiting decision as they replied to my paid mail last week.

What I put on the money I will be spending personally is My estimated expenses and what I put on the sponsor's column is the total money my sponsor will be giving me which is not the same amount.

My expenses is less than the amount my sponsor is giving me.

when I saw your reply, I went to edit my personal expenses to zero, but it refuse to register, it insisted that I put an amount.

In this case what do I do? As I will not be adding any funds because I don't have a pof to show in that regard.
