My WAEC certificate was defaced and and as such most schools I've applied to and got a conditional offer are asking for a clear copy of same WAEC cert.

Is it possible applying for another WAEC cert or should I do a court affidavit to back it up?.

Just go to any business centre and get it worked on.

gurus in the house ,pls I and partner did our trad and court wedding since last year but due to some family stuffs ,I haven’t done my change of name .so we went for our biometrics yesterday ,am actually the MA while my partner is d dependent, but on getting there yesterday like two of tls officers askied why we are using diff surnames ,pls hope dis will not be an issue in dere decision making ?

Bank will disclose your balance and they have always done that with or without your consent, you willingly submitted those documents to the embassy and authorised the embassy to verify them. So you have little or no legal standing if the embassy went ahead to verify those documents and the bank corporate.

@justwise I don’t know why people are still on this issue. The banks will give your balance to the embassy without you consent because you have granted the embassy the privilege by signing and submitting your application. Before you submit your application it will be boldly stated there na. Or at least read the terms and conditions.

Other applicant can put a call and attest to this. The bank insisted that dey don't oblige to third party that i need to visit a branch to gv me consent to this. I said before my CAS my school mail the bank to gv them verify my statement but i was copied by the sch as well so i called the bank but since the embassy wud not contact me, i decided to verify and the bank insisted i need to go to a branch to gv me consent. This is subject to verification and not subject to dsicard

The bank doesn’t need your consent to confirm your bank statement to the embassy.

Yes bank bank does disclose bank balance to the embassy, the embassy is not ordinary 3rd party and the applicant willingly give the embassy the right to verify the statement, so you are wrong.

Banks do disclose the balance of your submitted account to the embassy if requested for. If you take time to read the terms and conditions of the visa application you sign you will know that you have signed and agreed to give the embassy full rights to verify all documents you submitted including the bank statement.

On this platform like last year there was someone that was give a refusal letter stating his current account balance as the reason for his refusal.

He was recently denied PSW he worked above 20hrs when he first arrived and tried to stick to 20hrs towards the end thinking it is safe.

Man's already thinking of going back to reapply for another masters.I asked him to share his story here so people can learn. I hope he does

Rules are rules for a purpose,online and offline. These people can get any record they want.

It’s not just him. A lot of people are getting denied now just because of over 20hrs. This is a very serious issue . Please let’s be guided. The 20hrs is taken very seriously by UKVI in granting the PSW visa .

Good day fam. Please I’ve gotten an unconditional offer from my school and they’ve also sent an email that my CAS is ready but they can’t send it yet until my POF is up to 28days.

School will resume on 23rd May and my pof will be ready on 11th April. Then I’ll go for biometrics same week

My question is, now that visa takes up to 6weeks I’m afraid my visa won’t be out before school resumes in May 23rd� Will this be a problem, or can I still be granted access into UK after my school’s resumption date?

Every school has a latest date for you to arrive for physical lectures and registration which is different from your resumption date. When you get you CAS you will see the resumption date and latest date to arrive at the school. You are ok track

Do not make the payment unless the school asks you to. Contact the school and inquire wether you can go ahead with the payment or ask for exemption. But do not make the payment until the school says so
