Is this denial or approval as it isn't stated even in the text message...

just tell your friend to go and collect it at vfs, then check the passport if it was approved or refused. Got the same message and have gotten my visa.

Chioti: So for those of us in Lagos, what's the quickest time one can hope to get a reply concerning the application? Then is the day you book an appointment, the same day you submit your documents.

btw 5-11 days, yes it's the same day.
