With this huge amount of allocation shared and Bayelsa receiving over 14 billion naira, it's a big shame that governor Dickson find it difficult to pay salaries early. 8yrs of wastage. No road contructed, no street light, zero project and he's busy making a lot of noise in the state. The forth coming gubernatorial election in the state will be like Indian film to Dickson. Keep deceiving the unemployed with 1000 employment chances when you always complain of over bloated wage bill, carrying out verification every month yet still owing workers over three months salary.
