Guys! MOWIN WAS RIGHT. I JUST GOT TO FIND OUT THAT I WAS SCHEDULED FOR INDUCTION BUT WAS NOT CALLED OR SENT TEXT OR MAIL............. PLS DONT ASK HOW I GOT TO KNOW. NOW INDUCTION IS OVER BUT I KNOW MY GOD WILL FIND A WAY. HE WHO MADE IT POSSIBLE FOR ME WILL COMPLETE IT IN JESUS NAME. AS GOD GRANTS JOURNEY MERCIES I WILL BE IN HQ MONDAY MORNING.

@ Abubaka. Hw was ur induction? Pls were there a lot of ppl for customer care manager? And pls were there ppl that were absent for the induction? Just trying to put one and one together. Ur reply will help us to logically put things together for those of us that applied for the same position.

You have a point on this matter but you see the issue is this, the group is for NIMC Staff while this forum is for NIMC Applicants LOL. While the discussion on that group will be about goings on in organisation which should be privileged information, the best we can do is to appeal to those who have already been appointed to keep us up to date as to matters relating to us, best regards

pinaroll: My dear people, I was priviledged to enter the NIMC training hall today, please all of you going for training should carry corporate wears, all of them were in corporate wears. I applied for a managerial position so was asked to bring my MBA certificate so we were looking for the HCM Manager, thast is what took me to the hall.
Shebi I don try for una. Heard Managers won't do training, they will only undergo a few days induction. That is all I heard today. Cheers
