KANU's goal against Brazil in Atlanta 96..Oliveira Bebeto cried profusely after that match.

Oliseh's long range against Spain.. thier world class goal keeper, 42 yrs old Andoni Zubizaretta was forced to retire after that match.

JJ Okochas free kick against Cameron..simply fantastic.

then.. the miracle of Daman!!! Algiers 89, does anybody remember Chris Ohenhens long ranger ?? when Nigeria came from 4 goals deficit to win the match??
Rasheed Yekini's goal against Cameron in the 3rd place Match of Senegal 92.

in 2014 world cup finals, Mario Goetze who has been rejected and benched by the German coach was arguing from his bench warming position that he was better than Lionel Messi, when it got tough, he was introduced in the extra time....
in 13 minutes he delivered the goal that gave Germany the world cup, he was vindicated!!!

let the General deliver Nigeria from its problems so that his campaign arguments will be vindicated.

let him not surround himself with wrong people, eventually he will be the one whom posterity will always remember.

The presidential election have come and gone eventually GMB have emerged the winner after a heated contest,
now, moving the nation forward with him as the chief pilot is now imminent, if you were to dish out one meaningful advice to him, In order to move Nigeria to greater heights, what will you tell him?

as for me, I will advice him to go to Aso rock and prove his critics wrong... a lot were said against him when he was campaigning...now he has seen how the incumbent lost out, he can also loose out tomorrow if he fails to perform.

reasonable opinions please... please no partisan hatred comments.

GEJ was like a weak soccer attacking front man who failed to perform in front of his home crowd for the full 90mins duration of play, only to start gingering attack in the last 5mins of added injury time.

in my opinion, from my candid observation, I think the man Ebele Jonathan was never desperate to retain power, he was being pushed by his kinsmen to stay afloat even against his will.. the zeal was never really in him.
.if he ends up loosing,.. well..journey well...is all I can say, but if he manages to win by acrobatics or any other means, we will expect him to sit up... cos his sluggishness have caused Nigerians a lot of heart ache.

as someobe rightly said, GEJ is like a desperate Chrustiano Rinaldo, who played , in front of the full capacity of his home fans at the Santiago bernabaeu stadium, for full 90 minutes without any single goal attempt,...only to start firing from all cylinder in the remaining 5 minutes of added injury time!!!

in this case, just in 6weeks, he awarded contracts on PH/Aba express rd... fr south east to mumuishly believe he is working.
he has reduced fuel price... after scamming us with fake subsidy promise fr 3 yrs.
he has appointed new ministers... to marginalised zones.
he has reduced NEPA tariff.
he has destroyed Boko haram... that he couldn't harm in 6 years

haba...is it not the same GEJ who said he has no magic wand to fix Nigeria?
Nigerians.. use your head.

typical Zombie... until you learn to ask questions, you will never learn.
you pay for salvation huh?.. who does your pastor pay his tithe to?

how much did God collect from him before he gave him salvation?

if Jesus was to reappear, would he have bought fleet of cars and private jets ?

one more question for you, why couldn't you afford to pay covenant university school fees?... after paying all those tithes?
sincerely, considering what is happening in Nigerian Pentecostal churches today, if Jesus was to make a sudden appearance, he certainly will be discouraged.. and probably go back to carpentering!!!

flamboyancy is never among what he thought his disciples.

it's mostly when there is fowl play that the masses might cause any problem, otherwise no need asking them to leave the poling unit... until the votes are duly counted.

These are the kind of comnents that come from haterz. The 1979 cherokee is still kicking due to good roads plus abundance of well trained personnel. Do you have the same in Nigeria? You conviniently forgot to add how many millions of dollars that his "old" mansion costs. As for wishing renal cancer your betters, its not limited to Nigeria...STEVE JOBS who was CEO of apple inc. was in desperate need of a kidney which matched his rare blood type. Even if you are dead broke, that doesnt make you immune...it could be you next.
brother advice no be curse,
the OP was giving out her advice, i merely complemented it, JOBS was In need of a rare kind of Kidney, not money!
and... @ who it could next be, if na curse, make e folo you .

what I indicated was the inability of these celebs to save for rainy days, in a bid to show off . it's as simple as that.

applause to this OP for this write up,
in addition, one the richest man on earth "Warren Buffet" still drives his 1979 Cherokee jeep, and still lives In a house that was built around 1978,..this can never happen in Nigeria!

ironically when a little crisis hits them, they go back to square 1 in less than no time...diseases like renal failure will drive them back to same social media to start begging for money/support... money. which they once had, but spent carelessly.

OP marriage is the only institution where 1+1=1, you should not bring marital issues out in a public forum, 85% of posters here are single , they haven't gotten any marriage experience so if you follow their advice, we will gladly welcome you back to the singles club!!

show some maturity a beg....use your discretion and tidy marriage issues @ your bedroom.

having said that, the question is did they just discover the poor state of that road??

if elections held as at 14th Feb, would they have awarded it? off course we can see the road was already abandoned....
my only regret is that we don't even have a credible vibrant option aside Buhari, else Gooodluck should have been shown the way out.. the dude too dull a beg.

those who call Aieyegbeni does not know how to watch soccer, there is no great soccer player who has not missed at one time or the order in big games!!
Roberto Baguio single handedly took Italy to 1994 world cup only to miss the very last penalty kick, yet he's still idolized in Italy uptil today.

back to the question, for me, the worst striker (s) in the history of super eagles for the last 20 years should be any body between
1) Manga Mohammed, aka brainless fine boy.... this dude, those who watched this dude 1995-1997 should remember him well, he has the record of highest number of over the bar shots.
,
2) Femi opabumi- the dude just disappeared... he was over hyped sha
3) Chijioke nwankpa.. he was never serious with the ball
4)Edwin Donbraye...(1996-1998) this guy came in , was hyped, but had no single shot on target..
5)Macaulay Chrisantus... I heared he was married with kids as of when he conquered U17, ironically age caught up with him and that was the end...
6)Gbonlaho Salami... this one is not a footballer.
7)Bartlomew Ogbeche-this Northern cross riverian is from a rich home, his best performance was his flute bycicle kick and about 3 leg overs
cool Benedict Akwuegdu.. this one is just not a footballer

why will this topic degenerate towards anti-igbo war chants?
whatever happened to banning by mods does to apply whenever it's anti-igbo, yet we claim to propagate a one Nigeria idea.
could this be a nasty business ploy to increase patronage??
well, let the hating continue, but haters should bear in mind that only the successful and achieving tribe like Igbo can attract such gravity of hatred, we understand the envious position we occupy in Nigeria, but the average Igbo man will surely continue to succeed in his endeavors.
