Trust the day has been fine. Please I need a legal advice on this issue I experienced today from people who understand the way these things work before I go astray.
Now straight to the point. There is one commercial bank beside my mechanic's workshop, the bank has left the site over 3 years now but there still send 3 security guards to watch over the facility for different shifts. Recently, people from different places come around to park their cars either for repairs in the bank space or to sell their cars there or to go pick up something around, however, cars are parked at owners risk. The other 2 guards have no issues with me parking my car as others do. But one of them has always raised dust whenever he sees me park in the vicinity. Today, I confronted him and he threatened to deflate my tyres.
Eventually the nigga got my tyres deflated, am not comfortable with that and I intend paying him back any means. Am taking it personal because am not the only person using the space, why would he stop me from parking there when I've been using the place for the past 3 years just like others? I left the car there and went home without saying a word.
Please in your opinion, what am I supposed to do to this guy pricing me?

Well, you are either advertising a product or you copied this trash from somewhere. I was opportuned to own a Samsung galaxy note 10.1 2014 edition. I also use Samsung galaxy note 4. In fact there is no difference between a tablet and a good phablet. A tablet is only a glorified smart phone using the same mobile OS. After sometime I was bored carrying the same expensive product. It doesn't make sense. I disposed off the Samsung galaxy note 10.1 tablet and got a Microsoft surface pro 3. This is both my tablet and a full fledged computer. I do my PDMS, core draw. excel spreadsheet, and all my office application I need for my business like I would if am using my desk top or laptop computer.
In conclusion, get a good phablet and a laptop. And you are good to go with your computing. My opinion though.

Please I have a question about a company I worked and I would need your advice on how to deal with this situation please.
For the past 4 years I worked in a Lebanese owned telecom company. The pressure was the type that hardly anyone could bear. When I believed I could not cope any more, especially when the hazard of the job is threatening my life as a young man, I decided to drop my resignation letter immediately so I could do something better with my life.
My question now is:
1. Am I not supposed to have a payoff, no matter how small it is, since I have worked for 4 years?
2. Its now 1 month since I left and I have not gotten anything from them yet, does it take that long to get cleared financially?
3. How should I follow up with them to get my pay?
Note: some times back the company fired more than 200 field staff a day, and immediately within 2 days they paid them off with 200k each irrespective of how long they worked for them. Why should it be difficult to pay me off since I resigned and not fired?

But it seems abnormal when a young man or lady root out his big smartphone in his pocket to pick a call in the public place and in few seconds he/she brings out another big smartphone to send messages another time he/she is watching a movie in his 10.1 inch tablet. I have 2 mobile phone numbers (you know the kind of networks we have in Nigeria, an average Nigerian carries 2 phones about... lol) and an official number for my job. But it seems to me that it's quite abnormal having a possession of these smart devices. Though all have their different purposes.
