bigbroda: The problem you will likely face when you withdraw that money after printing your statement is that sometimes before passport request, you may be asked to print your current Statement. The letter mustn't show your average balance, you can omit that but in place, add your 6 months statement. Hope you have an explanation for the sudden bulk deposit? 1 Like |

Adeniyitob: I think you can only include your kids or adopted children in your application. Except she's adopting her and getting the necessary paperwork done, I don't see how she can add her. |

eyoiba: What is the meaning of this your 'human beings sha'? So if I create a post ITA whatsapp group, we'll stop helping people? or you believe that there are no express entry/visa groups on whatsapp? Those people are still here contributing in different capacities. I am not trying to take away what we have here, I just want few people who can call up each other anytime and ask questions which need immediate answers....a more personal group. If you feel its not adequate, no problem, am not here to lure you away so please ignore. |

temitope06: It's just that replies come a bit late here. This is a general express entry forum, we aren't going to abandon it, will share timelines here but some specific questions in regards to eAPR, PoF etc, could best be treated by those in same shoes. I was in an ielts WhatsApp group created from Nairaland and believe me it helps people a lot. |

Fusion23: Bros I tap your blessings oo! I am poised to get ITA on the next draw by the grace of God. I have few questions 1. I have my Pof in Treasury bills which I did a month ago, I actually had that money fixed last year on a deposit and submitted the cert when I applied for study permit (was denied by the way). Do I need to wait for the tbills and my fixed deposits to be 3 months before applying? Note I fixed these funds for one year. 2. Work experience. I have about 8yrs experience in one NOC, but the place I spent the highest number of years...am not too sure about including it cos its not a salaried employment. But the previous places I worked is about a year and half for one, and 6months at the other. Making it 2yrs combined, I know using those 2 alone may decrease my points...please what do you suggest I do. Iphie25 please if you are still here, I need your help! Will pm you. Others please put mouth for this matter. |

Epudome: DO NOT FILL YES FOR NO 2! DON'T! You weren't refused visa due to misrepresentation or inadmissibility. Read between the lines...its a NO, if you make a mistake here you would be refused. People who are inadmissible have something to do with criminal profile. 1 Like |

kike100: I don't think you need to since its a salary account. I believe you can use your spouse account for POF. You don't have to amend it. |

I think should be proactive. When you are in the pool awaiting ITA start borrowing funds, do fixed deposits with it, plus treasury bill. By the time you get ITA, you could wait a few months and then submit. 4 Likes |

That letter from bank is even more harmful because it asks to state the average of the amount in your account for 6 months. Do the maths to get average. Except the money is there in your account for the stated 6 months straight, your average will be very poor. |

Please could someone reply me urgently. My husband's degree certificate is not available yet from his school, can we send Statement of result and transcript to WES or IQAS for evaluation? Does anyone know if they accept Statement of result in lieu of Degree certificate? |

Avalon316: Hello Avalon Am only responding because I have seen this your question many times. I believe you are looking to reduce your tuition fees per Semester. From my understanding, tuition is calculated per credit not by how many Semesters. What you see per Semester reflects how many credits you take in that given Semester. Many programs which are 30 credits take 15 credits per Semester, which could be about 5 courses of 3 credit each. As a full time student you need to be registered in at least 9 credits per Semester, less than that, and you lose full time status. Now if you decide to pack all your courses which could be taken over 6 Semesters into 3 Semesters, you won't pay less, rather you will pay the whole 2 years tuition in 1 year, because remember its the credits that is costed not the Semesters. Hope I was able to answer your question. 10 Likes 2 Shares |

OGIYEN: I feel you should apply alone first. If you all apply together then you've cut your home ties. You can add all the docs you listed above and state that your hubby is sponsoring you, then after you've gotten your study permit, he can then apply for open work permit. This question has been asked severally before and such advice given. About the money lodgement, you can pm me. |
Travel / Re: Iceland Deports Boko Haram Victim From Nigeria - Al Jazeera by lacord5: 8:34am On Jun 20, 2016 |
bejeiodus: Exactly! Many are here demanding he be deported and insinuating he is telling lies. When can we ever be kind to a fellow country man? There are different tribes in Nigeria affected by Boko Haram. Many who are skeptical because of his name should learn that people from different tribes in Nigeria live in the North and were affected by the menace of Boko Haram. All their killings aren't just Northerners! There are southerners and easterners involved also. Please let's give this man a break...there is nothing we can do from here for him but since he has friends in Iceland who are helping him, all we can do is stand in solidarity with our countryman. Do not let bad belle get in the way. Peace! 44 Likes |
