Do you know that the difference between Handling and the interior appeal of the GS and ES is Day and Night if you ask me Like it may be for many, it is a matter of affordability but I think the brand would benefit from cancelling the ES and building up the GS. I would choose the GS hands down ... because it gives you a balanced measure of both the qualities of luxury and sport. Upper management is always talking about how sales volume doesn't matter and how performance and design are the driving force -- I don't see how the ES fits in that picture. I think the ES has everything to do with the lack of success of the GS. Vehicle overview For all the wonderful things lexus cars are, "athletic" is not an adjective that usually enters a discussion of the brand. Traditionally, the automaker has produced cars that trade sharp reflexes for more predictable comfort (the IS F sport sedan and LFA supercar excepted). lexus has reshaped that perception with the 2013 GS 350. Slightly wider and taller, much stiffer and with vastly improved steering feel, the GS 350 can finally lay claim to ground once owned solely by German sport-lux sedans. The new GS 350 is not unlike its third-generation predecessor under its distinctly more aggressive-looking skin. Length and wheelbase remain the same, but the chassis is pulled out wider by about 2 inches. It also shares the same basic suspension setup, with an improved rear design that now allows about 25 percent more trunk space. The engine is the same 3.5-liter V6 as before, but with slightly improved power and fuel efficiency. That's where the similarities end. Revised suspension geometry, a stiffer body structure and a quicker steering system help make the GS 350 the best-handling lexus this side of the LFA. Inside, interior designers imposed a diet on the door panels, roof, trunk and carpet, shaving pounds to make room for new features like the touchpad-operated infotainment system, and sport seats with multiple adjustments. Longtime lexus buyers needn't worry about quality, either, as the GS maintains the brand's reputation for high-quality materials and excellent build quality. The end result is that the 2013 lexus GS 350 is more equipped than ever to run with the Audi A6, BMW 535i and Infiniti M37. If you're shopping for a midsize luxury sport sedan, the latest GS is worth serious consideration. 2013 lexus gs350 AWD up for grab @8.5m WhatsApp 08033885773 Lagos, Nigeria

Shagamu youths and OPC stormed a bandit camp at Lufape Village at Shagamu interchange, Lagos Ibadan Express Way. All the bandits were successfully arrested and their weapons recovered. This is what is expected of our youths, they should defend their land and not join the kidnapping business. Other youths from all over Nigeria should consolidate the efforts of security agencies at getting rid of criminal elements that are disturbing the peace of the country. The youths are clearing the bushes that are being occupied by dangerous bandits which attack people along the expressway. They are saying enough is enough. The youths after arresting them handed the bandits over to the police. Although, the southwest geopolitical zone of Nigeria is one of the less insecure zones in Nigeria since the arrest of a Yoruba Nation agitator, Sunday Adeyemo popularly known as Sunday Igboho, and his retinues. The zone has been affected by the attacks on farmers by killer herdsmen, but peace is gradually returning to the zone and the efforts made by the Western security outfit, named Amotekun, have been very effective against the activities of criminals in the zone. One important thing noticed from this video is that the operation was led by Nigeria police, a legally licensed security outfit to rid out criminality. This is the right direction to go about fighting insecurity, as a private citizen you need to collaborate with the security agencies to combat crime. This surely is the right way to go and then the brave youths should be commended for their wisdom and the Nigeria police force for a job well done. This is the only way forward; not agitating senselessly and causing more chaos the way some acclaimed freedom fighters have been going about it. Together we shall weed out criminality in our country. 1 Like

ABEOKUTA – Ogun State government has extended the recent ban on high-density gatherings in the State to all public and private schools in the State, as well as religious houses. According to a statement by the Chief Press Secretary to the Governor, Kunle Somorin, all schools in the State will remain closed indefinitely after school hours on Friday, March, 20th, 2020. The statement reads, “Due to the global spread of the Coronavirus and the recent ban of all high-density gatherings in Ogun State, the State Government wishes to clarify that the ban on high-density gatherings affects all schools, including public and private schools in the State, as well as all religious activities in the State”. “Also, all religious centres and activities including regular and special services that bring together fifty (50) or more persons in the same place are banned with immediate effect”. “These measures will be reviewed at regular intervals in response to the development surrounding the Coronavirus disease”. “The government, therefore, enjoins all parents and guardians who have their children and wards in any boarding facility within the State to immediately evacuate them and return them to their respective homes at the close of schools on Friday, March 20th, 2020”. “Governor Dapo Abiodun thankfully acknowledges and appreciates religious leaders for their advice, understanding, solidarity and support, as we jointly search for solution to the pandemic and for their cooperation to observe all safety measures in the overall interest of our State and common humanity”. “Government emphasises the need to observe global best practice of social distancing as way of curtailing the spread of the pandemic and recommended that as much as possible, people should minimize contact with others and maintain a distance of at least five feet between one another in public places or in public transportation. In addition, nonessential travels should be limited whilst also avoiding high-density gatherings”. Governor Abiodun pleads for the understanding of parents, school owners and the entire citizenry to comply fully with all laid down measures and for them to offer useful information for the state to respond appropriately to the COVID-19 challenge”. “The Governor further encourages people to maintain a high level of personal hygiene and surveillance. He added that suspected cases should be reported at the nearest Primary Healthcare Centre (PHCs) in all the 236 wards in the State or the Emergency Operations Centre on COVID-19 by telephone on 08188978393 or 08188978392”
