@dejidaniel
Please would like to find out more about the submission process. i want to do mine soonest.
Can a notarized copy of my documents be allowed in place of original copies?
And i am being sponsored by my dad although i have job, do i still need to provide my personal bank statement other than that of my father?

To answer your first question, ALL documents MUST be originals.

Since you are sponsored by your father, he needs to provide you with a notarised signed letter of sponsorship

As yu have stated you are working currently, you need to collect 1)a letter from your employer on a letter headed paper of the employer which includes their contacts details (phone number which is land line, email and website which all can be verified)
. As evidence that you are working yiou also need to include 2)pay slips
3) as well as bank statement (since pressumably ur salary is paid into ur bank account) .

I do hope I have answered your question satisfactorily.

Same here...the waiting is really killing. I hate the fact that we can't monitor anything and just hope day by day we will be contacted. Who else checks their phone every minute there is a ping? I tought of calling them by tomorrow to ask about it. They should know we have to prepare nah and without this response every other things are stalling automatically cry

I too I am on the waiting list which I believe they will respond towards ending of July which will be 8weeks as I applied on the 21st May

Hello, What of a situation where u have a sponsor and also you've changed job within d last six months and both jobs have its own bank account, as an applicant will you tender both even when both has little or no balance in it? E.g u work in company A from April,2016. to March 2017, Company B from April 2017 to April 2018, resumed in company C in May, 2018 till date. Kindly advise.

@IcasNG , Longest time. You've been missing in action on here. Pretty sure you r doing great. We still need you here biko. Don't go

Letters from both employers, payslips and bank statements is just to back your claim that you were working if u stated it in your application(as to explain the gap years in ur past and current education). Hence you can provide both bank statements to which salaries were paid. Hence the amount paid as salary no matter how little it is do not count and wont speak against you IF you do NOT claim your are self-sponsor.

You gotta include your statement regardless of sponsor...you do not pay for accommodation from here unless you intend to stay in the school hostel

That is a wrong information bro. You only include your personal bank statements if:

1. You claim you are sponsoring yourself.

2. You claim you working which could explain d gap in your education(last education and presently). Your bank statement is evidence as well as ur letter from your employer and you may include your pay slips

You do not need to provide the above if those conditions dont apply to you, that is if:

1. You are not self sponsor.
2. You do not claim you work or have worked.

To those who are going to Griffith college and has submitted their visa application just like me.....I contacted CiarĂ¡n Coakley(the regional marketing and recruitment manager) on the 22nd may 2018 about my visa application submission via email and he replied stating that he met with the visa office team in Abuja the previous week....

Does any one who is also going Griffith college get the same email reply from him, and does that mean Griffith college has some sort of influence on visa outcome??

I'm so nervous and curious taking into consideration of the huge money and time invested in this process so one gotta be successful.

Between I had my diploma degree in the UK, will the English requirements be waived for me? although I had included my IELTS result I took last last year June with the overall band as 6.5

As for the bank issue don't worry about the cover letter and surely every bank statement always have contact phone number they can always get that done themselves moreso you have done the right thing putting your MD email provided he is aware of this and had given you recommendation letter to its effect the only mistake you.
Made was not putting your own bank statement to show your income from the company but Allah will see you through. Wish you all the best
Amen and thanks bro..... Yea she's very much aware and yes even if they request for d statement befor making decision that is not a problem. My statement reflects that... Just to mention, I am using my employment because of the gaps in my study I have to explain. If not I could have love to keep things simple and private......this embassy suppose to even kno dat one can have enemies within d company that dnt wish one well and such persons can ruin ones opportunity..Guess u understand where I'm coming from cos tbh and sorry to say I fear Africans esp Nigerians, most if us are wicked and envious which is d bitter truth.

It's dicey. You may be lucky by enrolling the help/advise of Griffith College representative.

Be truthful with him oooo. All the best... Looking forward to seeing you in Griffith College

Thanks to u both @Nairacountry @Abuhusna,

Something is quite worrisome to me about my study visa application. I need some truthful experienced clarifications:

1. On my application form about my current employment contact email, I used the MD's private email since there was a limit in words for that space. However, in the employment letter headed their websites, email telephones(both landline and mobile was there and very visible and can be verified). On another note, I did not include my bank statement as evidence that salary from same employment was paid in.....

2. My sponsor whose my parents, her bank didn't include a cover letter....but generally I want to ask in such bank statements does the banks contact number is always contained in as I didn't even check......

My question is hope this two wouldnt result in refusal?

Please how can I get an invite letter from an Employer in Ireland? I would like to live and work there permanently.

It doesn't work that way bro...First of all you have to get a job offer in a company that sponsors work permit In Ireland before you can apply for work permit visa..please note that there are some job profession that are not legible for work permit sponsorship.you have to check the lists if your professions is among the list. Also even if at all u get, there's also a minimum in respect to annual salary for that specific job title/profession that is among the legible profession that must be met. It is nearly impossible to get such a job when you reside outside Ireland.

Hi guys,
Here's my background fact in other for a correct advise or response...I was studying in the UK since 2007.first extension granted and never broke any condition of my visa conditions. My student visa extension was refused, so was appeal in 2012 and Judicially reviews which the final straw was in 2015 was detained I. The U.K. Wrongfully twice....I had wno criminal records neither was I illegal but overstayer due to efforts in trying to extend to complete my study. hence I returned to Nigeria in late 2015....Finally was awarded with a diploma in law from my uk university in 2016. Applied for tourist visa to attend my grad which was refused but both the judicial reviews and the refusal letter contents is bad enough that will speak against me.... Got admitted to Griffith college for same course, all Tuition fees paid in full and accommodation deposit(full accommodation fee will be paid dis week) and a viable good bank statements....the only good letters were d initial student visa extension refusal and appeal refusal dated 2012 which are d only two I want to use for my Irish study visa.. I have explained all gaps in full minus d bad judicial reviews and last refusal in 2016 for tourist visa

My question, are
1. Will d Irish visa contact the uk home office(immigration authorities) to disclose to dem my immigration history(all applications made and refused?
2.what chances do I have in been successful in getting the Irish study visa?
3. To those in Griffith college, does the school have some kind of influence on visa application outcomes ?

Looking to hear from threaders ASAP with answers and address to all questions raised with background fact befor I submit my visa application.
