Travel / Uk Dependant Visa For My Wife And 6months Old Baby by Lanre13: 5:33pm On Apr 26, 2009 |
Hello Everyone, I'm new to this forum and I've been reading a lot of the posts with interest. I however have a dilemma of my own. I am a UK permanent resident and want to apply for dependant visa for my wife and child (6months old) to join me in the UK. My dilemma is that my expenditure is more than my income. At the moment I earn 25k a yr which is about 1600pmonth (after tax). but my outgoings including loan repayments etc, makes me overdrawn every month. My question is, do i need to have a certain balance in my account to meet the financial requirement, or all they want to see is that i have income coming in. Any input from anyone who has done this recently will be highly appreciated. Many Thanks. |
Travel / Re: Uk Visa - Visa Appeal Process by Lanre13: 5:19pm On Apr 26, 2009 |
Hello, I'm new to this forum and i've read a few posts with interest. I however have a dilema of my own. I'm in the process of applying for a spouse visa for my wife and child. They are currently in Nigeria and i'll like them to join me in the uk. My dilema is my monthly expenditure is greater than my income, which makes my account overdrawn and it has been like this for a while. My question is, do i need to have a certain balance in my account to get a dependant visa for my wife and child or the balance doesnt matter and all that matters is that i have income coming in? Any advice from anyone whose had to do this application will be highly appreciated. Thanks. |
