Spherical77: Whatever bad characteristic you ascribe to them is all true. Let them go back to thier unproductive dry region and die. You should be supportive of thier struggle. Why do you care so much for people you hate this much and wish dead? Is it not better for you if they all go back to thier dry region and die? Let them use ogwu ego and kill themselves and prostitute themselves to oblivion, the question is why won't you let who you hate that much to go and die? Why? Are you normal? |

Redcrafton:Same reply I gave a dude above, you don't put the cart before the horse, they declared their nation and manybof them left for it. The same people complaining now fought a war to drag them back into the union after they left. Now it's go back to your land and then demand the nation from there while still being under the same nation they are trying to leave? I don't really understand how some folks reason! |

allthingsgood: it's quite simple, you can't put the cart before the horse, the last time they all went back home, and declared thier country you all fought a war to drag them back to the union. So saying they should go back home without giving them thier independence while still having military and security control over them is a no brainer. Hope you get the sequence it should be in? Grant them the freedom first, then chase them out of your lands, close your borders to prevent them from returning. For the ones who refuse to leave your region after that you can do as you wish to them, flay, burn, behead, drown any punishment that suits your fantasy. You will now be free to do as you please. After all they are all subhuman according to you! 2 Likes |

derecho: Bro I wasn't aware of the former thread, I simply referred to the title of this thread! Which I have specified the answer. And I repeat again not everyone fancies Virginity. Take it to the bank! Some fellows like experienced women and that's fact, weird but true. Anybody disparaging virginity is an idiot. The bone of contention here is virginity solely a determinant for successful marriage? Not if it's not a good thing or a lofty ideal! |

derecho:Now you're coming closer to the crux of the debate. No one says virginity doesn't matter. The topic of discourse was virginity isn't the sole requirement to a successful marriage and the answer is yes! The other side talks were just rants in response to what some silly boys were attributing the virginity status to, like women who married as virgins don't fall prey to other hypergamous temptations women typically are known to fall for. And please don't presume for all men, I know men that left virgins for non virgins (married), I dated Virgins and dumped them as virgins as well. Virginity means nothing to some men, you really need to discuss with some men around you and figure this out. It doesn't take away anything from a virgin. For those who value such. 4 Likes |

derecho:My brother all you said is also true, but remember not everyone shares your religious belief system, that a woman is not a virgin doesn't also make her a prostitute. Does virginity matter in marriage? The answer is dependent on what people value. If it's what you value for your marriage above all else then yes! Some men don't attach value to it, they will look at compatibility of both virgin and non virgin women in terms of what they have to offer and bring to the table. Only when that criteria evens out between both women will virginity be the deal breaker. If the non virgin woman exceeds the other in all other criteria any sensible man will pick that option and vice versa without recourse to who is a virgin or not. Unless your trying to say all non virgins who married cheat on thier spouses then I don't know what to tell you. Comparison of a thief and a non virgin woman just doesn't cut it. No married woman will remain a virgin, there's no guarantee that you marry a virgin and she won't cheat tomorrow, women's minds work differently from men. So if it's about the OPs statement, virginity isn't the sole determinant of a successful marriage. There are marriages where women married as virgin turn olosho.... isn't that a conclusive answer to the question? 2 Likes |

40 secs man don drop quote. You want virgin so that she won't compare your weak arse game with better gbola abi? your analogy and comparison doesn't even make sense to begin with. Virginity is a virtue which is dependent on your moral or religious value. Some men like the olosho you hate why? Cuz she dey knack well and sex is all he cares about, some men love the borehole you dismiss. Virginity disappears once the hymen is gone. After it leaves what remains is what matters. The Oloshos of today were virgins of yesterday. Virgin can turn olosho anyday, Nigerians aren't the most disciplined people on the planet after all....we rank highest for porn watching, google exposed us, so that your virgin is probably waiting to use it to mugu you! After all she knows you're likely not a virgin yourself and will use it to make you loose guard....by the time you realise what's happening, your gateman is chopping the kpomo you thought was your sole proprietorship. eldoradoxx: Saw your comment and want to correct some assumptions. IPOB are not unknown gun men. They aren't the same. IPOB have not killed or burned any igbos person in the east, take what you read by the media with a grain of salt. IPOB has called off the sit at home for months but my wife doesn't go out to the shop due to fear. Not fear of IPOB but of the Nigerian military and police, they are the ones who are responsible for most of the killings in imo state. 3 people I personally know off where shot dead by police men in Owerri. One owned 5 sharwarma joints and was killed while going to deliver ingredients for the next day production. His wife told him to just avoid going out and wait till the next day he said nothing was happening, ipob did not kill am the police did. The second was a pig farmer who was killed barely just a week after the prison break in owerri. He was driving from ideato to supply his pigs to a market In irete and was not aware the Rd lane in front of the prisons was cordorned off. He was shot when he noticed the traffic was being diverted and tried to reverse, his assistant that survived and that was how we got to know after the boy was detained for 2 weeks. The 3rd person was just an acquaintance who was to travel back to Germany. He had booked his flight to Lagos from owerri and took bolt taxi to the airport. That was on the day ipob gave sit home directive for the Biafran rememberance day. The military checkpoint just before naze junction along the airport road is where this guy was shot by the military personnel there. Their excuse? they thought they were IPOB members.....unarmed civilians, loosing Thier lives everyday due to the terrible work ethic of the Nigerian security forces and you still question why people stay at home? These are people I know personally, if I recount stories of people who lost loved ones to these animals in uniform you won't be here passing blame on IPOB! There's a reason they are supported by the masses in the SE, the Nigerian security men are terrorist and monsters. Don't even try to justify their actions. |

Ibkhaleel01: Still going to the internet and posting pictures from websites. You really are a funny Muslim aswear. Like I said earlier focus on your religion first and solve the problems you have within it, deflecting and hounding chirstianity for whatever flaw you perceive is laughable. Sorry to burst your bubble mister I don't identify as Christain , was born into it but left a while ago. My post was to point out your ignorance and falsehoods on the bible passages you quoted. For all you accuse the religious adherents of chirstianity of, you are 5 times guilty of the same. Your religion is no better. Your all in the same boat so feeling Superior to them is foolery on your part. Nigeria..... USA yada yada yada! Quit the sermons bro......your rants are becoming erratic from religion to politics..stay one place. Chirstians are the problem of the world just like you moslems, don't exempt yourself! Ibkhaleel01: While this part of your comment seems true about brainwashing and televangelist being cunny and deceptive, you are no better than them with your mixing of half truths and outright twisting of the bible to pass your obvious falsehoods. And I'll expose your animosity clouded as being logical and analytical. Ibkhaleel01: You took Luke chapter completely out of context to tell a bold faced lie. Jesus was telling the parable about a master and his servants and his charge to them before he left on his journey. The parable starts from verse 11 up to verse 27 you conveniently edited out. A parable is story used to pass a lesson. Incase you don't know what it means. Ibkhaleel01: Here again you commit the same falsehood as the first, pick a verse and take it out of context. This passage was clear and meant that a person who choose to follow him and his teachings would become an enemy even to his own people. Which is a simple statement of how people oppose the beliefs of others especially when it exposes thier own inadequacies. Hence it will bring division. Ibkhaleel01: If you understand any idea about christianity you should know Jesus birth wasn't a normal one. Many christian denominations have the same problem with Catholics for this same reason on how mary should be honoured. Calling your mother woman doesn't go all the way to show if he honoured her not. Honouring a person is in your actions and deeds not what you say necessarily. Ibkhaleel01: Again false comparison, he drove the merchants out of the temple to show that the house of God was not a place for business. Infact the bible said it angered him. Turn the other cheek was among the beatitudes of peace making. Chirstians understand it as not actively seeking trouble and avoiding conflict at any cost. Ibkhaleel01: No you don't understand both sides but just your side. I can go on and on on your falsehoods and frankly it's tiring. Chirstians see chirst as God and moslems see him as a prophet. The two positions are radically different, so don't think you understand the Christain point of view cuz you don't. You can disagree with it which is fine and within your rights but rather than focus on Christains and thier problems, I suggest you focus on your Muslim faith that commands death for apostates, and defenestration for homosexuality. You have a lot of doctrinal issues to fix within Islam first to make it compatible with modern society before you turn your eyes on the chirstians. Looking for out of context verses to butress your false stance shows you neither read the verses you quoted not understood them, I'm guessing you copied them from anti Christain web posts on the internet. If you wanna argue better I suggest you read the chapters of the verse you quoted. Hopefully your ignorance will shrink on the matter and you can make your positions more refined! 1 Like |

chukxie: Bro you just hit the point everyone else has been missing. We have this crude oil as a natural resource, if we drill out and refine the crude here with majorly local sourced means would we die? If we refine these things ourselves within the country shouldn't it stand to reason that it will cost less to do so here and sell the refined products at cheaper rate for our people then at international rates when we export them and make money from it? Rather, we export the crude and import one of the refined derivates at international prices, then subsidize it with profits we made from the crude oil sale.....who cursed this nation abeg? Ive heard of locally refined petroleum products done crudely by our brothers into bunkering that live in the creeks of ND, all it needs it's fine tuning and professional methods to make it feasible for the larger public. Whenever you talk of this petrol stuff you hear landing cost and all what not....can't we refine it ourselves and enjoy it like an oil producer should? 1 Like |

AutoChick4U: Where you say Zero possibility men hear potential possibility! That connection to the child's father is always there whether you choose to use it or not. It's a door and it opens both ways, if you don't use that connection he might decide to use it, and then showing up and causing problems for you and your family when you least expect. I had no qualms if they were keeping tabs and in communication at first, after all it's his kid and if it was up to me I wouldn't support keeping the kid away from him if he was interested. But she claimed he abandoned the child, and was not in the picture so I thought no communication whatsoever was going on in that regard, I was prepared to deal with that eventuality anyways but still got burned. Once you have a kid with someone there's always an eternal connection, you might not use it but he might and will eventually, all these complications might not be worth it for a lot of dudes. I wouldn't call her dumb cuz I have no idea about thier history, all efforts to bring up the matter about their relationship always made her cry and emotional I had to just let it go. Some people are just weak around certain people especially when they share a lot of history and a kid, all sorts of things could go wrong and I wouldn't advice any young man who wants long term peace to go for it. The potential risk involved isn't worth it....let single dad's and single moms have each other, that's a better deal in my opinion! 4 Likes |

AfroKnight: Bro you are very on point....take it from someone talking from experience....it's emotionally draining and damn complicated to date them. The majority who have tried have the same story that's evidence enough by itself. You scenario was exactly my experience, she hid the kids existence from me cuz we were in separate countries. I only got to find out months later after we got serious. When asked of the kids father you can guess the response she gave....same line you Typed in the original post.....this women never disappoint like clockwork! I said okay not bad, lemme try getting to know the kid and make it work. I live in the same country with her parents so her mom brought the kid over and I went visiting to get to know the parents and my prospective step child. Everything went well, I loved the kid even discussed a formal adoption for the child after the nuptials since the father in her words abandoned it. Few months to the engagement and set date for return to naija to conclude the traditional rites, Babe went AWOL. Stopped picking my calls, her parents as well. There was no way I could reach her, plus I couldn't just travel to her location due to I Being in a different continent and my job demand. To Cut the long story short, I had a friend who stays I. The same country to help me check up on them, turns out baby daddy showed up, somehow they made up and had a short lived rekindled love affair. I was seriously vexed but what could a brother do. Madam just ghosted me. I had to let it go ultimately. Now here comes the interesting part, the baby daddy knocked her up with twins and vanishes again. 3 months to her EDD and 4 to my wedding she calls me up out of the blue and starts pontificating. Sounds like a movie but I was living it in real time. Single moms? Hell no to any young single man. If you don't love drama stay far away. 35 Likes 7 Shares |

Yet, they overtake men in every dependency index like prostitution, NGO beneficiaries and low income jobs! Like you said, wealth is built over time. 3rd world countries like Nigeria have a very limited wealth making opportunity especially for younger folks, few obviously make it through but a larger portion he just hover the poverty line. Especially for people who want to make it legitimately....it takes time effort and dedication. Is that people don't actually follow the news or what? The fuel scarcity is caused by NUPENG/IPMAN going on strike due to a dispute with the imo state government. Some years back the former governor Rochas destroyed a filling station owned by one of their members during one of his land grabbing schemes and the matter was dragged to the courts. The case was concluded last month and the court ordered the imo state government to pay up. The new governor Hope refused and thus the whole drama you're seeing, it's got nothing to do with IPOB, sit at home not the FG. |

LegalWolf: I understand all your points bro and you're somewhat correct. Necessity they say is the mother of invention....my personal opinion is that all the current Nigerian states are viable ( although not equally). Both the north and south have thier share of corrupt leaders and when people refer to the regions they don't necessarily mean the ordinary people there but the political and elite class. It's not an open secret that the Northern power brokers and the political class are opposed to the restructuring of Nigeria, of course there are a few southern elite idiots that will take the same position and it is well known that they do it to remain in the good books of the federal power and not be seen as opposition. The North has the land mass for mechanized and modern agriculture than the south and that's fact, just that can place any northern state on the map for fiscal independence, food will never go out of style. what is needed is the will to actually tow this fiscal federation route, but the current revenue system sharing make a lot of these states (both north and south) to be lazy. Compared to the north though the south is more in support of it. It's common knowledge! |

lexy2014: You still repeating yourself, making up a strawman and shifting the goal post with your question. I blamed Biden for the sloppy pull out and endangering American lives with his withdrawal tactic. Which could have been avoided if he evacuated civilians first before the military personnel. You keep asking me how it lead to the Afghan situation and Taliban takeover....the answer is right there. Get your people out first not just strand them there. Leaving American civilian behind enemy lines is the Afghan situation and not the Taliban takeover is what his mistake is....you keep lumping the 2. It's doesn't matter the percentage of military hardware the US troops used 10 percent, 20 percent 50 percent.....none matters, they know the numbers and should have pulled them out especially the heavy ordinance equipment to avoid the Taliban getting them. Intelligence reports showed that corruption was very evident in the Afghan army that could lead to even the equipment being used by them directly falling into Taliban possession. "Why was the Afghan army not able to....." That's another question that had been answered numerous times.... corruption, unwillingness to combat the Taliban, heck even the US withdrawal.....it could be any or all of these and more. lexy2014: The Afghan predicament isn't the discussion, but the US citizens and Afghan US workers and translators still trapped within the country caused by the shody withdrawal of the military. You normally evacuated civilians first and military last. Actions 1 and 2 led to that. The Taliban takeover of the country was always sure as night and day, military intelligence briefed that scenario for months. To forestall certain military hardware from falling into the hands of the Taliban on thier eventual take over, a large number of the equipment the US troops used should either be transported back or scuttled. A large number of the equipments and hardware there were not just for the Afghan army but we're being used by the American troops in joint defense operations. In an eventual pull out the hardware should be pulled out as well, especially the heavy ordinance weapons to avoid the possibility of it falling into Tliban hands by either take-over or simple corrupt practices the Afghan military is known for like handing it over to them. It's was clear the Afghan army wouldn't hold back the Taliban in an eventual take over scenario, every intelligence agency knew this to be fact. |

Act 2...he did not inform the US allies on the exact plan for withdrawal, after the Military pulled out impromptu, Boris Johnson tried to get ahold of him on the phone for 36 hrs to no avail. Act 3....the US military left behind humvess, attack helicopters, ammunition and drones behind, news sources called it effectively giving the Taliban an airforce. Usual MO of the military Is to evacuate major hardware and scuttle the ones they can't transport! If you are following the events I did not need to type out all this for you! |
