@justwise, in the refusal letter, they said is almost 3month of her net. Her net is 215,000k. And she is the sponsor of the trip.

The application was refused because you did not provide evidence of rental payment you claimed as other source of income AND they were unable to speak to the UK sponsor stated on your application.

If you want to reapply you have to address those two issues first.

£350 is more than enough self. just hold few #200mint notes for the hungry guys in naija airport (if you wish to be guy man) and hold little pounds, in your pocket oh not your check-in luggage, wich will be enough for layover snacks, transport from LHR to your hotel then frequently use your MasterCard for all other expenses while in the UK. Caveat; you can spend more than $300(or £ equivalent) per day!

By the way, which airline tickets & at Wat price as at Wen did you book?

@lekansola, if you are referring to the receipt u gave for rent of 60k on your property(ies), you may even include the bulky receipts booklet and agreements with your tenants. No sin in showing your ties. ( but it means you don't have a caretaker right?)

It's important to know that the law places a burden of proof on you to prove that you have substantial ties that would compel you to leave the UK at the end of your short visit. Example: employment, business, family, properties, inheritance, social and family relationship.

12-20k will not raise eyebrow, those are still small amount, but I hope ur salary comes directly from your employer's company account and not CASH deposit?... 850K is good, but what's ur budget?? ... My friend got his visa with a well run salary account of just 630K I think but his budget was so minute cos it a family visit 820GBP

That figure is not too much considering the fact that your salary is above average. but if i'm making that list i will put it at £300, £100 for transport, £100 for feeding and £100 for ticket fees for those places you tend to visit.
