Politics / Re: What Atiku Told Reno Omokri About Jobs by LoGiCkk: 12:45pm On Oct 30, 2018
I have for years been an advocate for better governance and to be honest, when i got the wind of Buhari coming out as president again in 2015, i felt bad for our lovely country.
This was mainly due to the fact that history gives us proper preview and insight of the whatever outcome we expect to have in future. Buhari wrecked Nigeria's economy in 1984-85, caused socio-political and ethnic division amongst peace loving Nigerians and above all, was part of the military bulldogs that truncated our nascent democracy that Obasanjo handed over to Shehu Shagari.
Come to 2015, i knew Buhari had nothing to offer because in most of the campaign APC had, people spoke for him, from Fashola to Tinubu to Amaechi to Osinbajo et al, he barely spoke for himself, he knew he had nothing upstairs to offer, the people that brought him to power knew he had nothing to offer but they still went ahead and forced him on Nigerians throats because they had ulterior motive.
Three years after what Buhari did to Nigeria and Nigerians is more than the hurdles and sufferings the people of Israel faced in the hands of Pharoah. Buhari did not only spend 6months appointing his cabinet, he appointed incompetent psychos who know nothing about governance or economy. As if that wasn't enough, Buhari put together, spent over a year in UK hospitals abandoning the hospitals in Nigeria and contributing to the GDP of UK with his wasting of TPM(tax payer's money) on aircfaft parking payments and other stuffs. All the time Buhari wasted in Nigeria, is enough to kickstart a positive change in any giving country.

Now my question is, after 3 years plus, election comes up next year and electioneering campaigns starts November 18, what exactly would be the contents of Apc and Buhari's campaigns? What have Nigerians and Nigeria gained apart from untold hardship, incessant killings, lack of infrastructures, ethnic division, hatred, increase in cost of petrol, mass loss of jobs, unemployments etc? Why would they want to come back?

This is my main concern for this country, let us shun political differences, ignore personal hatred or dislike and look into issues that affect lives of the common man in Nigeria. Buhari has shown Nigerians that he has nothing to offer, lets kick him out!!! Lets bring in Atiku who would come to prove a point to Nigerians that just like Donald Trump, he has a major concern about NIGERIA AND NIGERIANS. People hate Trump for his personality but the truth is, EMPLOYMENT RATE has gone up in America, lives are being improved in America, Trump is concerned about America and Americans...Atiku will be concerned about Nigerians and Nigeria.

Atiku values lives unlike Buhari that doesnt care about anything, Buhari doesn't even know about anything, so how will he care for anything? Let's bring the change we desire by sending the tyrant we have today out of aso rock.

Let's vote wisely for ATIKU/Obi 2019.

Politics / Re: Festus Keyamo Mocks "Coalition" Against Buhari. Calls Them Husband & wife Party by LoGiCkk: 10:19pm On Jul 09, 2018
I strongly think media houses and people alike should not make dafts like Festus Keyamo, Oshiomole and a couple of other fools to look relevant by making their nonsense opinions headlines. Festus Keyamo has shown how money can buy one's intellects and replace it with stupidity. Nothing sensible comes out of him even since he joined ship with APC and Buhari. The time for Buhari and his cronies to pack their loads and go has come and there's no going back. NIGERIANS are wiser. Propaganda can bring you to power but it can't sustain you. I hope buhari is taken to ICC and held for his crime against humanity. The greatest evil is not crisis or violence ...the greatest evil is APATHY and that's what Buhary has shown over the years .

Politics / Re: Kaduna South Chiefdoms To Be Converted To Emirates by LoGiCkk: 7:34pm On Jun 05, 2018
From time immemorial, ethnocentricism has been the major characteristic of the Fulanis. They so much believe that every other ethno socio-political or religious groups are inferior and irrelevant and thus, should bow before them. They have the inhumane unforgiving spirit whereby even after centuries of years of conflict that has been put aside by time which heals all wounds, the Fulanis pass from one generation to another the hatred caused by that conflict until havoc is used to pay back the generations of that group that went into conflict with them.
A typical example is the statement of El-RUFAI in 2011 and the Buhari-Dasuki saga, (I believe you all know the story). This ethnocentric demeanour is exactly what El-RUFAI is displaying in kaduna where he showcases himself as a minigod that can do and undo...but he forgets that one day, he will leave power like Buhari left power in 1985 and will still leave in 2019 and by God's Grace, justice will prevail on both of them for the innocent souls that they have allowed their political and religious ambitions killed!!!
I pray and will Vote for anybody that I believe can jail these two bigots!!!

Car Talk / Re: What Are The Things To Consider Before Buying A Naija Used Car?? by LoGiCkk: 7:36am On Jun 05, 2018
To begin with verify it's not a stolen vehicle by checking the vehicle licence and car papers, see if it's the same number you'll see with the ones engraved on the car mirror or elsewhere, then go with an experienced and RELIABLE MECHANIC (not the one that will tell you everything is ok and the car is good just to go behind you to collect money from the seller And then you find out the car had bad engine ), check the body to ensure it has not been worked on so much that all you see is contours as a result of body-filler and bad painting...the reason for going with an mechanic is because, since you're the one buying the car, you may not be patient enough to check all the necessary things you need to check. I think with that you'll be rest assured of getting a Nigerian used car that you'll not shed tears every night for.
Health / Re: Important Health Benefits Of Cashew Nuts You Should Know by LoGiCkk: 6:08am On Jun 01, 2018
At last I see a topic on food/fruit/ health that really didn't talk about male sexual enhancement blah blah blah...because every food, fruit, drink or snack must "have sex enhancement That could make a man last 25hours on a woman" before it can be talked about on blogs or even advertised in Nigeria. Na wa.

Foreign Affairs / Re: Donald Trump Barred From Blocking Twitter Users For Their Political Beliefs by LoGiCkk: 6:58am On May 24, 2018
In Nigeria there's nothing like freedom of speech or opinion as long as you're against the policies of APC and Buhari, what you have is HATE SPEECH and the judges in Nigeria do not have the guts to do such thing, instead they would be the ones to rewrite the laws to favour Buhari and APC just to send whoever says or have contrary views to jail. Nonsense.
Politics / Re: Xenophobic Attacks: Reps Charge FG To Punish South Africa by LoGiCkk: 6:49am On May 24, 2018
The federal government would rather spend tax payers money on frivolous issues than take measures that would secure lives of Nigerians living abroad. I know some people would say those victims are the cause of their problems for travelling out and engaging in shady businesses blah blah blah, but the truth is , it's not all Nigerians living abroad that are into shady deals, most people do honest and time taking jobs just to assist their family down here in Nigeria where things are so hard now...but then, in a country where the president has often referred to her citizens as "fantastically corrupt " and "lazy",I don't see why any citizens of other countries or their governments would take Nigerians serious or protect them.
In conclusion, Fulanis or Hausas don't travel out often or at all and so this issue raised in the Senate would be taken lightly, if you know what I mean.
God help us.

This same characteristic is in every fulani man, they see other people as inferior and not up to their level, so tell me how you wanna do that Buhari!!! It's pretty funny how we are still in this media trial process of past administration (GEJ)!!! The court, EFCC,ICPC, POLICE etc should do their job and leave the public out of this, face what really affects the lives of the masses!!! What concerns a layman or an average Nigerian with these trial process or recovered loots, when the ones recovered have not been put to use where lives would be touched? Instead, they are planning to borrow record-breaking loans to jeopardise the future of younger generation!!!

I didn't and haven't seen anything 2015 or even 2016 budget was used for, the removal of subsidy on fuel didn't change anything, increase in electricity bill didn't change anything, people are losing their jobs on on daily basis, businesses are shutting down, people are committing suicide because cost of things are skyrocketing while salaries are being slashed, this is the reality!!!! We are tired of these media trials, PMB and his economic team should aim to better the lives of Nigerians, not this stupid unnecessary news that will not reduce th prices of fuel, rice, school fees, or exchange rates!!!

I'm getting really confused here...first they (APC and their people) said GEJ didn't procure any ammunition, hence the $2.1b arms scam whatever...now, Lai Muhammed is saying the weapons bought by GEJ were substandard...which kind contradictory statement be this one again? My question is, has the PMB administration bought any weapon at all What policy has this present administration made to move this country forward? Corruption is a problem in Nigeria BUT, IT IS NOT OUR ONLY, I REPEAT, ITS NOT OUR ONLY PROBLEM!!!!!!!

God bless us all....Ahead Ahead.

I hope the policemen won't wait till they finish before responding

Exactly, and after then they start arresting innocent festac people who go about trying to make ends meet. Lagos as a whole has become a safe haven for criminals, people lose cash and belongings worth millions on a daily basis on traffic gridlocks ( especially in Mile 2 express, maza maza, Ojo road all the way to badagry), robbers go to people's houses comfortably, bike robbers wait for your in the bank, snatch your money, snatch your cars, steal brain box of cars, you go to relax in a sports bar and your car is stolen, robbers shoot you, you can't walk freely anymore...Its really painful, don't just think these are mere assumptions because I'm a firsthand witness to all these, my friends in surulere, festac, badagry etc, cry of this high level of insecurity everyday. so so painful.

Wow...I'm so so glad to be part of the nairaland family...this platform is one that has really inspired, assisted and increased my knowledge on virtually everything...on this note, I say a big thank you to all the writers, members and readers...I hope to also use my responses and write ups to inspire someone/people just as you've all inspired me.

God bless you all.

Having said that...I honestly think the Nigerian Army should let their actions speak for them. They've been using the Internet/ media to talk more than is expected...how many times do/did we see the American army tweeting or updating their activities on social media whenever they're on a mission? Talking too much is a way of revealing your strategy thereby strengthening your enemy to attack more...less talks, more actions please.
