Crime / Re: Burial Of The 33 Muslim Travellers Killed In Jos Plateau: Buried In Mass Grave by LongT(m): 10:21am On Aug 16, 2021
People should be mindful of what they report. The caption "33 Muslims" is bias and unprofessional reportage that may worsen the situation. It really doesn't make sense attaching a coloration to crime. Crime is a crime, whether the victim is a Christian or Muslim. Let's try to douse the tension by not adding salt to injury. May God give us peace in Nigeria.

You don't know where to use a comma(,) and a fullstop(.) when constructing a sentence, yet you're a first class graduate! Nawaoo.

Again, you said you've been writing books? You'll soon make people choke to death while reading your marathon, unpunctuated sentences and paragraphs.
I beg take it easy with the poor fellow. The peculiarities of having a first class degree is daunting, as such his in ability to punctuate. But we all understand that some first class were non merited alas the drudgery in securing a good paying job.

We are littered all over the state of the federation. I also came out top of my class. But i don't decieve myself i have no one to run to concerning job. Getting a job on merit isn't feasible anymore in this clime. Particularly, government jobs.

I recently got a transcription job. I'm likely to lose the job due to my inability to get a system.

I'll be rounding off my service soon. Yet no job in sight. Got some cool business ideas, don't have access to loan

Got no connection, nothing nothing

I'm losing my mind seriously

Try connecting with your state governor.

The end is near

Climate change is a very important sign of the end times that we live in

But the rapture doctrine is false

No one is vanishing

This is the devils tactics to keep people locked on that special event which will never come

And the end will catch them unaware

Woe to all prophets and pastors deceiving the people with this false doctrine
I am sure that your assertion on rapture being a false doctrine is from your extensive and yet misguided studies. You shouldn't condemn what you know nothing about.

The hause would successfully pulled this off if Aminu marries Aisha.the only witness wud be truckloads of sokoto sugarcane.

Meanwhile, Igbos are planning to storm the court, very easy tactics for the judges to adjourn the court case that's only even they would be around as judges are on vacation.
Judges are on vacation, but a vacation judge will handle the case. The hearing may be adjourned till December if iPob members takes laws into their hands. Which will be very bad for Kanu. They should take a cue from Zakzaky.

Politics / Re: Fati, Ibrahim Attahiru's Wife Is Alive, Not Dead - Dattijo Mohammed Sani by LongT(m): 11:41pm On May 21, 2021
It really beats my imaginations when Nigerians attribute death of an individual with some gory tales steming from disillusioned perceptions. Death will definitely come to all, and as such, respect should be accorded in the first instance. We begin to pour out invectives and ills without an intercourse with higher reasonings. Some are glad, while some are showing remorse. Which ever way, what will be, will be and what will not,..we cannot change. We should be more patriotic and rational because we are all Nigerians. What unites us is more stronger and powerful than what divides us, and what a minute of peace will give us as a nation, a thousand years of violence can never and will never give us. Let us be more patriotic, against all odds, because it is the one sacrifice amongst many that is never too much.

Science/Technology / Re: The Moon Landing Conspiracy. Truth Or Hoax by LongT(m): 10:10pm On Dec 12, 2016
MOSTEC:
Why Faking It?
In order to understand the
theories, it is first essential
to answer the fundamental
question: Why? Faking a
moon landing is not a trivial
matter; it not only requires
massive resources, and
technical prowess, but also
the trust of a large number
of people who would be
involved in the moon landing
conspiracy. In terms of
practicality, attempting such
a hoax would only make
sense if the reasons behind
it were solid enough. Most
theorists point at the very
Space Race as the reason.
During the Cold War, both
the United States and the
USSR did all they could to
outsmart each other, and to
demonstrate their
technological superiority. The
idea of launching rockets and
satellites into the space was
not only a practical
undertaking, but also a very
clear demonstration of
power. It became quite
apparent that the faction who
would win the Space Race
would win the Cold War.
Politics / Re: I Now Realize Buhari Is Worse Than Jonathan – Falana Cries Out by LongT(m): 2:30pm On Nov 22, 2016
Voy:
Renowned Human rights lawyer, Femi Falana, SAN, might have now realized that President Muhammadu Buhari’s administration is worse than that of Former President, Goodluck Jonathan, having confessed that there is inherent evil in the proposed $29.9 billion loan, the president seeks to borrow. According to him, at the end of the day, only 50 percent of the amount will arrive Nigeria with generations suffering to repay it. Vehemently opposing the move to obtain the loan, Falana during the weekend, counseled the President to channel recovered loots towards addressing the growing economic hardship in the country. Falana stated this while speaking at the 4th Convocation Lecture of Oduduwa University, Ipetumodu, Ile Ife, adding that he had written the Minister of Finance, Kemi Adeosun, to that effect. Continuing, Falana called on the government to recover the looted wealth of the nation and prosecute the culprits, without considering their party affiliation. He further called for the investigation of payment and servicing of debts, insisting that most of the loans that gave rise to them were diverted by public officers. Falana said: “Curiously, the Buhari administration has failed to address capital flight and round tripping by financial institutions, otherwise why has the government been reluctant to ask EFCC to recover and sanction the oil and shipping companies which under declared the crude oil worth billions of dollars shipped from Nigeria, under the Jonathan administration? “Why has the Federal Government failed to recover the $20.2 billion withheld from the Federation Account by the NNPC and some oil companies from 1999-2012? “Why has the Federal Government not inquired into the allegation that the sum of $25.4 billion was laundered and illegally taken out of Nigeria by a telecommunication company? “Why has the government failed to recover the looted wealth of the nation which has been traced to financial institutions in the west and the United Arab Emirates?” “Why has the CBN failed to recover the $7 billion deposit and N600 billion bailout given to the commercial banks in 2006 and 2008 respectively? Instead of intensifying efforts to recover such huge funds among several others, the government is determined to take a loan of $29.6billion”.

I think that for a personality like the Emir to come out openly to voice out on areas that have loopholes in the economy should be taken seriously. From his tract record, I can vouch for him as a sincere and patriotic Nigerian, with the Nigerian state and it's many problems, it could only take sincere minds to voice out the ills that are perpetrated without fear nor favour. He voiced out as a then Governor of CBN. To many then, he was simply being a northerner, trying to act against the then GEJ Government. Now to what extend is his criticism of the PMB government vis-a-vis the foreign exchange that a very few still have access to by making a phone call? My take on this issue is that credit should be given to the emir for being a true Nigerian, whose ideals are devoid of nepotism, sectionalism, tribalism etc. When individuals with such sincerity of purpose speaks, it is very important that people should take it seriously, if important and volatile topics as these are taken for a joke, what then should be taken seriously. Nigeria belongs to all of us,and still remains indivisible. The sooner we realise that and put our heads together to find a lasting solutions to all the menace in our system the better for all of us.
