Politics / The New Nigeria by looder: 8:36am On Jan 13, 2018
Kindly read and forward for Nigeria!
Good day!
If we want the desired change in Nigeria by 2019, we have to act now! To change the types of leaders we have, we need new ideas, technocrats, specialists in their respective fields with the experience and integrity we require.
We know they are out there but they don't have the financial muscle to compete with options we have now so this is what i propose:
If you meet the requirements above and are interested in the future of this country, signify by letting Nigerians know and meet you, put your credentials out there we will vote for you!
This movement is to gather 500(minimum) individuals with the competence and leadership qualities we need to change this country. We will support the team of 500(minimum),we will campaign for you, we will join you rewrite Nigeria's story!
Put your credentials out on social media as we start to build the team of 500(minimum)!
Politics / Re: Fulani Herdsmen Promised 23 Million Votes For GEJ During 2015 Election by looder: 3:20pm On Jan 11, 2018
sarrki:
A Fulani socio-cultural group known as Miyetti Allah Kautal Hore has revealed that it would mobilise 23 million voters for President Goodluck Jonathan in the 2015 general elections.

This was made known on Monday in Abuja by the national leadership of the association led by the chairman, Alhaji Abdullahi Bello Bodejo and secretary, Saleh Alhassan Kubah.
It's a shame how ppl like you have polarised Nigeria's problem...making it a pdp and apc matter. You live in a country where nothing works but you are able to compare evils. What do u want as a citizen? Ask urself Tht question! Maybe then youths like u, govt officials like femi Adesina, nyesom wike etc will stop blaming evil for evil.

Leadership reports that Bodejo claimed that 23 million registered voters belonging to the association have decided to support Mr. President because of his Agricultural Transformation Agenda.

Bodejo further explained that both the ethnic Fulanis and pastoralists have been able to mobilise more than 23 million voters for Jonathan, adding that they have an efficient means of mobilising their kinsmen whom they directed to register in all the places they live and have done so. He said these are the votes they promise President Jonathan in the 2015 general election.

The chairman, who listed the prominent Fulani pastoralists serving in the Jonathan administration to include the national chairman of the Peoples Democratic Party (PDP), Dr. Adamu Mu’azu; the private secretary to the president, Alhaji Umar Tukur; political adviser to the president, Prof. Ahmed Alkali and the minister of the Federal Capital Territory, Alhaji Balla Mohammed, distance themselves from involvement in Boko Haram activities. He said they were elated as well as support the agreement reached between government and the sect.

Speaking on the effects of the ongoing Boko Haram insurgency and the continued conflicts between farmers and herdsmen in the country, Bodejo called on government and other relevant stakeholders to immediately wade in and end the violence in the northern region.

Speaking also, Engr. Kubah debunked reports of suspected Fulani herdsmen involving in sectarian crises, especially in Nasarawa and other northern states.

“The crises you spoke about are multi-faceted and stems from the struggle for power in the states. Former IGP, Mohammed Abubakar instituted a high-powered committee comprising of DIGs to unravel the root causes of the crises and they had since submitted their report. The Fulani pastoralists were exonorated but unfortunately were caught up in the political crises,” he said.

Engr. Kubah further explained that the Egon people, unleashed the Ombatse Cult against the Fulanis and others, but following JTF’s intervention, the crises was quickly stemmed. He said what they have left in Nasarawa state is cattle rustlers and miscreants parading themselves as Fulani pastoralists.

He condemned the fact that they (Fulanis) were being victimised and targeted for unnecessary profiling and criminality which he claimed security reports have exempted them from.

It would be recalled that the Peoples Democratic Party (PDP) on Thursday, September 18, decided on a sole candidate for 2015 presidential elections, and it is Incumbent President Goodluck Jonathan.

Also a group known as the New Dawn Nigeria (NDN) promised the highest number of votes to President Goodluck Jonathan from the South-West in the 2015 presidential electionselections

ogunteluwo: This is no more a new thing, instead of tackling the way out. Taking a disciple step like testing them before encamping them will give a sit up notice to them. And providing the consequences of not passing the Oral and writing test, like giving them no way to camp with the successful ones or repeating the camp the following year. I was once a victim of this but I went on researches to develop myself and God helped me. If I can improve, it means these people can improve too. It is a matter of willingness.

No. He's a defender.

Rossikk: Is Efe Ambrose The New Finidi?

....................................

This guy's game reminds so much of the great Finidi George. Only difference is that Finidi played a bit more forward. But when Efe comes forward, his play and elegant comportment on the ball is very similar to that of the former Ajax and Real Betis legend.

Is he the new Finidi?

ohaleoghene: While you are wrong ! Let me enlighten you , and only hope you learn from this . Movies world are fantasy world , totally different from the real world . My lecturer who took me on drama , said and I quote ' in art we do not find reality ,when we do , it is no longer art ' poster , what caught our fancy in movies are the fact that this things do not , and if they do happen arre very rare , and we do only hear about them , and then we say , oh , just like in the movies . Haven't u notice how people who find it hard to believe a certain story say , I am sure you saw that in a movie , that sure can't happen ! So your analysis my dear is crap ! Think of it , won't you find movies boring of it gives us exactly real life situations ? If that is how movies work , while ,.I rather wait till such happens to someone around me , and save the ticket money for a meal .

And why is it tht d main character(male) in hollywood movies is ALWAYS named jack! Thinking about it?...I'll wait

stagger:

Which of such pastors have you told this face to face? If you were so concerned about their salvation and their Book of Life status, why not talk to them one on one instead of coming to Nairaland to score cheap popularity points? With your long verbiage, who have you helped? I even doubt you are a Christian when you claim to be one, else you would know what the bible said about what to do when a brother is in the wrong.
U cnt say long verbiage...tautology! Next!

natureplusjobs: Hello Nigerian graduates, this is an opportunity to list the success stories and achievements of NPGC.When graduates roam the street of lagos without jobs and we are changing the face of labour market by providing a great opportunity for everyone.I work with NPGC and to God be the glory my income as risen from #20,000 as an accountant to #200,000 today.we say no to corporate slavery, when a graduate is being payed #35k/month and an okada rider can earn #3500/day,it is simply slavery.Nigerian graduates shld wake up frm their slumber.if an opportunity is given to you and you dnt take time to understand what it is all about then shame on on you as a graduate.it baffles me when some graduates call to confirm interview msg and speak like a secondary sch child, watery spoken english, and u want a job tht will pay you #100k,never!A graduate who dosnt knw what hi/her core conpetence his?it is terrible.Am proud to be a part of NPGC cos av gotten a lot, personal development, bought cars, landed properties, travel abroad, now drive a RAV4 jeep.Thank God I met NPGC.

Lolz. Stop fooling around. Ur post is not convincing...

If u hav an HND or ND and u submit ur cv, u'ld definately not get a response. For Lag peeps, i was told some pple who did their 1st interview on 27th feb & subsequently did 2nd interview & medicals in march were called 2 resume TS on 29th. So i think we're d remaining backlogs & should probably resume ts btw june ending/july. Am i d only one missing d old guys? Evry1's on a lowkey
