Education / Online Masters Degree - Need Advice On Universities by lucky98: 12:28am On May 05, 2016
Hi Everyone,

I'm employed by a multinational as a trainee and have been working for the past 3 years but I only have my bachelors degree and PMP certification.
I earnestly seek a master's degree and I can only do online/distance-learning because of my job. I perceive that not having a masters might hurt me later even in my career advancement/devt. I've been searching online but need advice from fellow nairalanders with foreign online education experience, and more around cost effective institution & scholarships.

Pls help a brother.

Autos / Annoying Process To Get Driver's License by lucky98: 12:40pm On Nov 07, 2014
I was confronted by VIO recently because I do have the new driver's license and it was pertinent that I was not going to allow this happen again. So I decided to get it once and for all.

When I got to the FRSC and VIO office in ojodu Berger to process it, what I saw and went through made my heart bled for our Nigerian public system.

The truth is that one cannot get the license without waste of time or bribery from both the VIO office to the FRSC . The approved cost is supposed to be around 6k but if you don't spend up to 20k then you are lucky.

I know I've experienced the same thing at the hands of Nigerian Immigrations, passport costs should be like 9k but to get it you must spend at least 20k to get it.

Sports / Liverpool Wants Victor Moses On Loan! by lucky98: 2:37pm On Aug 26, 2013
Brendan Rodgers wants Chelsea winger Victor Moses on a season-long loan at Liverpool.

Moses, who travelled with the Chelsea squad to Manchester and may make the bench on Monday night for the game against Man United, can leave Stamford Bridge.

Chelsea want a £2million loan fee for the 22-year-old, but Liverpool will try to secure his release on reduced terms. Moses earns £55,000 a week at Chelsea and Liverpool are reluctant to match that.

But they are still hopefuly of a deal as Moses prepares to leave Chelsea before the transfer deadline on September 2.

Rodgers hopes his long-standing relationship with Mourinho will help steer the deal in Liverpool’s direction this week.

Moses has been told that Chelsea are unlikely to agree to his sale, but they will let the winger leave for a season.

The chances of Moses — and Juan Mata — of getting in the Chelsea team have been reduced by the £30m arrival of Willian from Anzhi Makhachkala.

Moses has yet to make an appearance for Chelsea under Mourinho. Atletico Madrid want Mata on loan.

Sports / Official: Barcelona Sign Suarez by lucky98: 11:32am On Aug 23, 2013
Barcelona have announced on their official website that they have secured the services of Denis Suarez from Manchester City for an undisclosed fee.

The 19-year-old had long been linked with a return to Spain and has now signed a four-year deal with the Blaugrana, where he will start in the club's B team.

Suarez's buy-out clause has been set at €12 million and will rise to €35m once he gets promoted to Barcelona's first team.

The attacking midfielder, who has been capped at Under-20 level for Spain, came through the ranks of the Celta Vigo youth academy, but left his boyhood club for Manchester City in the summer of 2011.

However, Suarez failed to break into the first team at City, despite being voted the club's Young Player of the Season in 2012, and has opted to move on.

Hey, i know its always normal to wanna save and pay bills, but aside that is there really any formula that can be used for efficient or prudent spending, or is there any stuff u can do with the remaining pay after one has taken care of the usuals.
