You can get and download the forms from the IRCC Website..

You will need to fill 3 IRCC forms

Application for Study Permit Made Outside of Canada (IMM1294E),
Family Information form (IMM5645E)
Temporary Resident form (IMM5257B)

If your kids are following you, you have to explain how you will take care of then in Canada. Where will they be and who will Carr for them when you are school? An email showing you are in talk with or booked a daycare will suffice, but you must also mention it and cost implication in your LOE/SOP.

You hubby will have to write and sign letter if support/authorization for you take your kids with you. I hope you have a good employment in Nigeria and submitted all the necessary documents to also be your home tie. All the best

Am for Fanshawe too, I had the same experience. To convince the school that I have initiated payment, I sent a screenshot of the form A. And for flywire, I sent a mail to them for extension.
Less busy banks makes your payment faster. I used Ecobank.

Flywire is used to generate the payment advise which you would present to the bank for Form A. So the form A is to access paying with CBN rate of the USD amount already generated from the Flywire platform or another means which the school must have advised ( CIBC or Global pay) depending on your school.

I applied before my friend and when they gave him b4 me I wrote the school demanding for a quick reply to know my stance...lol...and it came in the day after.. they have good communication.

Lambton college is pretty fast...highest is one week...my friend got he's in 2 days

Surprisingly, this same Lambton College did not ask me to upload a notarized documents. I saw the PGD program that fancy me in their college website and I immediately applied by attaching all my documents and proceeded to the payment section. Did payment via someone in Canada and a week later, I received my letter for acceptance.

To notarized your docs, visit any high court( if you are in Lagos you can go to Ikeja High Court) or any notary public office.Go with your original docs and as well the photocopies of the required docs. NB you are only to notarize the photocopies not your original docs. Each docs cost range is 1-2k depends on your bargain strength.
