Asoko80:
I traveled to the UK for 21 days but at the point of application,I said I was gonna spend 7 days not due to some unforseen circumstance and the fact that that trip was made during my annual leave.
Would this pose a problem if I want to reapply with my kids when my visa expires?

Just a few questions,
What was the duration of the visa?
Did you overstay the duration allowed on your visa?

For example if Mr X was granted 6 months Visitor Visa from January 1 to June 30. He had stated in his Visa application form that he'll spend just 2 weeks but as fate had it, he spent 4 weeks for some reason. Provided Mr X leaves the UK on or before June 30, he hasn't violated any terms of his visa in my own opinion and as such he won't need to make explanations as to the disparity between the speculated duration of his proposed stay and the duration of his actual stay in the event he is re-applying for visa.

My 2 cents

Thank you for your responses
She accepted the job and they have started the pre employment verification process

I want to encourage you that I also received CoS 11 days ago, so once her references reply favourably and promptly to the HR, and she confirms the date she's willing to start the job then they will issue her the CoS. She needs to be persistent with her mails and sometimes even make phone calls to the HR. I hope she asked some pertinent questions before accepting the offer. Good luck

Warm regards to one all, Please is there any faint ideal as to when TLS Contact in Ikeja, the Visa Application Centre will commence for biometrics? I am asking now since the UK government and Lagos state government have started the gradual easing of the Covid-19 Restrictions.

Thanksvery much

For the individual on RN and RM Evaluations please note the following
1. Never never use WES for RN and RM evaluation (it is stated as not being comparable to Canadian study)

2.We used ICAS and it took 20weeks from the time all relevant credentials reached their office including verification by The Nursing and Midwifery Council of Nigeria. The equivalency we got was as follows RN - 3 years college diploma, RM - 3 years college diploma
3. I don't have personal experience with IQAS, however people say they give same equivalency as ICAS does for the two certificates, however, people claim one get his ECA Report as fast as 10 weeks

Best wishes

Holla. If u have read d experiences of older members, u would have a fair idea how to go about this.
Pls check the moniker of "Esosa4real"...read his timelines and see how he added his wife.
There are so many other guys who did likewise.

My suggestion is this..
Declare your son from the onset.

When u get an ITA, You will be required to show funds and medicals for him and consent from his mum.

Marry her after you have submitted and have AOR...
By so doing, your scores wouldn't be recalculated. Rather u will get ADR for her pcc, medical and funds.

Like I always say, pls read d older parts of this thread. Use d search button and type key words of your peculiarities. I believe almost every possible scenario has been encountered on this thread
Best of luck sir.

Cheers.

Very clear, and helpful advice. Weldone ma'am

Could you please provide more details about this?
I USED WES to assess the credentials of my double-qualified spouse (RM and RN), though it was moderately fast, the results were unfavourable. it wasn't comparable to Canadian degree.
I had started out with ICAS but some pple on this forum advised I go for WES, .......

Please RN and RM Nurses evaluation by WES is unfavourable, spread the word, bitter lesson here.

Oga u be doctor? Or why are u interested in the group? If u are a doctor why are u asking questions about ICAS? You have no business knowing about their modus operandi, what u should be making enquiries about should be MCC
Yes madam, I be doctor. I was asking about ICAS on behalf of my spouse who is not a doctor. And yes I know about MCC and my evaluation is ongoing with them.
