I got the bank statement from access bank, I went to the bank and requested for my bank statement and told them I was using it for study visa
I stated very clearly in my sop that I paid full tuition which was 18, 900 cad which was what was written in my offer letter
I don’t know where they detected partial payment
Although I noticed weeks after I’ve paid I got another new offer letter from the same course and I wrote to them, they said I should disregard the email
Weeks after I’ve submitted my application to IRCC they gave me a new invoice for my school tuition which is 19,900
I got a denial way before this second invoice came out
I had 23,350,000 naira my account
Dollar was 136

So you think I shouldn’t bother to appeal?
Just want to know how much it cost for the appeal and how long it takes

1. Did you obtain the bank statement from the bank yourself or how did you get the bank statment?
2. What was the balance of your tuition fee after paying the deposit? Currently, the living expenses are:

Proof of Funds Practical Updated for 2024

Applicant Studying Outside Quebec:

• 1 year tuition fee OR full fees for the entire length of study

• 1 year living expenses: 20,635 CAD

• Miscellaneous expenses for a single applicant: between 3,000 to 6,000 CAD

This totals expexcted apart tuition fee approximately 25,000 CAD. Therefore, you need to add your remaining tuition fee balance to 25,000 CAD. This is the amount the visa officer needs to see in your account. What was the exchange rate when you applied, and how much was in the account?

Was there an error in your SOA, because the VO pointed out a mistake and formating of the SOA? You didn't proof the source of the funds you have in your account. That is a major problem.
Please who knows how long an appeal takes

who own the company?
My brother’s friend where I did internship for one year
Then we decided we can use that to say he decided to sponsor my one year school
My sop was very good, my access bank statement was very visible to the blind
I also stated and proofed the lump sums sent from the company to me
Also the school fees was 18,900 cad and I paid in full I don’t know why they said partial payment detected
I wrote an email to the school one time I got a new admission letter stating my school fees was 19,900 cad and they said I should discard the information
I now got an email from the same school sending me a final invoice weeks after I’ve submitted my
