Thank you. I made the house very modern and was only expecting an acknowledgment and nothing more. The dude just ignored me. The house was a shit hole before I moved in there, the previous tenant had left over a year ago and no one was willing to rent, I only liked the location reason I proceeded with the renovations. I don't do such anymore and would rather get a new place that meets my taste.

Some landlords too can be very useless. A long time ago, I once rented a flat and spent over 400k on renovation. The landlord never said any words of appreciation or even acknowledged the work I did. Since then, I stopped spending a dime on properties not belonging to me.
