MasterP, the only reason to your denial is that probably from your application, there was no convincing home tie, you didn't convince them you are just going for studies and will return after your studies, looks like your going there to hustle after graduation, your landed property would have served as a strong home tie but probably it was not clearly stated in your SoP... my opinion thought, still stand to be corrected.

Sorry dear but I don't see any IELTS and TOEFL Scores in all u have stated. I also think you submitted too many documents which I believe it gives them avenue to see more reasons to deny the person visa. Why not try again.

To be honest, your documents are on point, but God knows best. I've read a particular case on here, of someone who was delayed then reapplied with the same documents he was delayed with and got the trv. No one knows how the VO's work or what exactly they look out for.

But my two cents, are you sure your intended course correlates with your bsc?

Then current employment solution/financial assets = since you put your business reg documents and all did u include your SOA? personal/business ? I think since you have a business and you included in your app that you have one you should show your income.

Pls someone I knw has been pursuing this Canada stuff (trying to relocate to Canada) after some huge amount of money collected by d so called agent and nothing has been heard, the agent is now on hot seat to bring back d cash. Only yesterday d agent asked the aspiring Canadian(lols) to get a paper and stamp his fingerprints on d paper and send to him. Now who does that? Do you do fingerprints on ur own at home?
