Thanks Rabbi!
Apologies for the late revert. ...been really busy lately.

I can assure you I DO NOT feel slighted at all bro. In the past, maybe... but not anymore... not even a tiny bit!
I was only a bit disappointed with fellows (like @ Currentprice/Toluway) who indirectly but advertently joined in mocking my person. ...I forgive though.
Will not call out or try to attack anyone in return. ...I just smile when I read certain posts. wink cheesy grin
Let me address certain stuffs though;
I have suggested to you in the past to stop taking issues too serious, Learn to ignore . This matter didn't get to you and you dey write this much , if the matter con get to you wetin you go write? grin

Currentprice didn't mock you, his bedsheet was also dragged. Also, Toluway didn't mention you and even if they did every one is entitled to an opinion, its a faceless forum. So just do your thing, those who follow you will follow.

Also saying 60% of posters here are posting for selfish reasons is nonsense, if that's true you must be the leader of that 60% because no one dares challenge your stock picks without you feeling slighted.

Meanwhile, UBA has outperformed Accessbank in terms of dividend payout. You cursed me on this issue months ago, Access has not delivered the goods as you projected. Can you see no one knows it all in this stock market. You've got PZ right though,so kudos to you on that one.

Sorry I had to edit what to some might have been a handy post, seeing that some old guards decided to indirectly "ridicule" the messenger, instead of "scrutinize" the message, pick a thing or 2, so together we all can keep learning and improving as we seek to grow our investments.

I can not be given out something that sometimes take long periods of effort to build for FREE and also get to receive inciting remarks.

Despite all your analytical skills and brilliance the bolded portions still remain your flaws ,you need to work on developing a thick skin and stop taking your self or your analysis too serious.

You,currentprice and ositadima1 were having a simple discussion based on fundamentals . You've been on this GSK since 2020 hence its wise for investors to also consider the time value of money as stated by Osita. None of them ridiculed you or made inciteful remark.

This doesn't mean the GSK may not rise in its time just like you've predicted some stocks correctly in the past. I just had to highlight the bolded portions to show you aspects you should work on. Taking criticism in good faith will help you become a better analyst. Cheers

Hi megawealth, please take the advice given to you in the first paragraph seriously,i have been observing you in the past truth is YOU TALK TOO MUCH.I hardly see the big boys here yapping about what theyve bought or sold.

But na you dey always broadcast about how youve bought this or sold that . Even the people giving detailed analysis and stock recommendation hardly talk about their trades. I hope you are not like that in real life in order to avoid security issues. Please take caution,LESS IS MORE.

If only you know what the company worths tho,
Please what type of license did your company obtain from SEC, can we have the registration number with SEC for verification?

On your last statement any company can claim to be worth anything by ammasing depositors fund while promising juicy returns. It becomes a problem when your company can't separate assets from liabilities.

By the way we all know that it's an offence to issue a dud cheque in Nigeria but please mention 5 individuals in Nigeria that have ever being convicted and sent to jail in Nigeria for issuing dud post-dated checks!
LOL thanks for this brilliant expose, just like MBA forex recently did , all the excuse that this Oxford group need to dishonour those cheques is just getting the CBN to freeze the company account.

Is it the Nigerian police that would have been well settled that will have time to arraign the accused in court? Once they settle the Nigerian police, the police will also advise investors to settle. Case closed.grin grin

Oxford International Group is a duly registered company with RC NO : 1376384 and regulated by special control unit against money laundering {SCUML} a unit of EFCC with RN: 251808356. . Our Farm Produce are fully insured by LEADWAY ASSURANCE, with reg: AC00000119FS

I repeat, do more research Sir/Ma ... I patiently await your response.
Just to educate you a bit there is nothing special about getting SCUML certificate , every company taking huge deposits will be advised by their banks to get one. I have boys that can get it done for ordinary 40k within 2 weeks. If you were talking about SEC registration and publishing of audited reports I will take you serious.

Money laundering and running a Ponzi scheme are also two different things,SCUML won't track Ponzi schemes its left to investors to do their due diligence. Only your company is running hospital, mortgage bank, site and service schemes and farms very soon you may even launch airline all within 5 years. The endgame i see here is that your company will force investors to take plots of land they can't sell when your cash inflow dries up. Its a Smart one though. grin

Wishing your company and its investors the best of luck,Though We've gone down this road several times.

Your post came to mind when the market started crashing, haven been in the market for over 12 years, I knew you were making sense. Well,
I bought stuff that I can confidently leave for a long time or for dividend yeild. My question now is, do you see further price reduction in the NSE?
I always pay attention to preexisting economic environment to have an idea of the direction of the market. Though movement in individual stocks can always happen whether during the Bull or Bear season.

Positive Factors in the Market
1. Low interest rate in fixed income securities: this should have kept the market on a longer bullish run but it seems this factor has already been priced in.
2. Rise in the price of Crude Oil: The rise has been marginal with no immediate positive impact on the local economy.

Negative Factors in the Market
1. Consistent Devaluation of the Naira and the FPI: When you keep devaluing your currency foreign investors will prefer to wait till normalcy is restored.

Feel free to add yours. Based on these few points there is more probability of the market staying stagnant or declining, than having a meteoric rise in the next few weeks.

The much anticipated amugbo , Ragamuffin BULL has entered the market and everyone is claiming to be professional stock picker. grin

I also see some monikers accumulating Covid infected stocks like no tommorrow. As it was in 2008 so it might be in 2020. Apply caution and don't abandon your investment principles, very soon water may find its level again.

If the BULL don mad, if the bull don Kolo? Must you follow am Kolo? Don't get lost in the euphoria.

On November 11th I posted the above and few days after that post the market went down. MCY56 came out to reprimand me for advising people to trade with caution, even though I never mentioned her in my post. But I ignored.

When the market is on a bullish run all of us can claim to be experts but it's always sure that at some point water will find its level.

Nothing beats what I call Commonsense investing by using the EPS ,the Dividend yield and stock Liquidity as your basic insurance against an unexpected downturn in the market contrary to what some have been saying here. When you start valuing Nigerian stocks using standards that are beyond these Commonsense metrics you are already playing Russian roulette. This is not NYSE, this is Nigeria home of possibilities and shocks.

For those who bought high during the bull convert those investment to long term assets, it's a cycle the market will go up at some point. If you bought dividend paying stocks that's better.

Please! Ogas & Madams of this noble thread
What is the meaning of this bull almost everyone is mentioning?
The bullish market is a term that represents a period of continous and aggressive increase in share prices, while a bearish period represent a time of continuous and aggressive decline in share prices.

We are debating the current bull because it's very high on kwale weed .

These few stocks are the ones I think still have some miles to cover before this bull is over . They were chosen either because of their current intrinsic value or because they are still trading below their Year high. Zenith, Wapco, Access, ETI, JB, UBA, Dangsugar etc (For people entering the market in this Bullish era)

Stocks that are trading above their fair Value Dangote cement, UCAP,Afriprud, FCMB, GTB,Guinness

The event of the past few days have shown that there may be some small sense in that arguement. We still keep Observing. grin

Since June 2018 that this GOOD FOR NOTHING Buhari REGIME have learned to TAX the BREWERY SECTOR to DEATH via EXCISE DUTY, BARGAIN HUNTERS TAKE NOTE!

Just some questions for Guinness investors

Is Guinness not in the same Sector with Nigerian Breweries?
Is Guinness the only company affected by the excise duty?
Guinness may be sitting on a lot of Cash but we know thats not Guinness primary function, its function is to make that cash sweat and work hard for investors.

Guinness is not doing well right now so investors should trade with caution. From a Loss Per share of 17kobo in Q1 2019 to Loss per share of 38kobo in Q1 2020.

This doesnt mean the company cant turn around its fortune if it gets better managers. I see a lot of inefficiencies in Guinness, If i am buying right now ,I will buy as a long term investment.
