Business / One Way To Discover Scam Business Adverts by mekino87(m): 6:35pm On Jan 06, 2010
This is a new Year and surely more crazy and greedy marketers and business people will come up with more business ideas that promise heaven and earth to buyers just to rip off customers and make quick cash. Here's one simple way to determine business scams;

If the business promises you will make thousands of naira or dollars without doing anything just turn the other way. As far as I am concerned and from experience I am yet to see any business idea that requires you to do absolutely nothing and make thousands. Avoid greed; the reason many Nigerians fall for all kinds of bogus businesses is because such businesses promised returns as high as 10,000% ( put 2,000 and get 200,000 in 2 months!!) Even money doublers can't do that.

Politics / And Those Careless Banks Are Doing What They Only Know How To Do by mekino87(m): 6:15pm On Jan 06, 2010
After playing chess with their customers' money and enriching a few unscrupuluos directors some of the banks have now resorted to doing what they know how to do: sacking thousands of their workers. These workers weren't there when the top idiots gave out billions in unsecured loans.

The sack should start from the very top and not the hapless workers but I guess that's how life works. Nothing is fair in life, it is only as fair as you make it for yourself.

Job hunting will become more creative and competitive this year and Job seekers need to step up in order to survive the competition
Jobs/Vacancies / It's 2010, Where Are The Jobs? by mekino87(m): 5:49pm On Jan 06, 2010
It's another new year. Getting Good Jobs is not going to get easier cos the Government is clueless and lack direction. The private sector is not faring any better; the banks are busy laying off people. Where then can the Jobs be Got?

One thing I advise is : You must come up with new places and new ways to seek for Jobs. This is a time of creativity. See yourself as a salesman trying to sell your ability to companies. The way companies lay off people now you will agree with me that unless you have quality things to offer the chance of getting a job gets slimmer.

Follow The Ten Step Job Hunting Strategy; It guarantees wonderful results.
