1. Wrong motive: James 4vs3. In Christianity, its not so much what we pray for but why. Write down reasons justifying your cause to God.

2. Lack of expectation: Expectations is the mother of miracles. There is something about the expectations of the righteous. God is obliged to grant your expectations. Proverbs 21vs18. Praying to get results and not just praying sake.
